This company is highly experienced, professional, efficient, and they communicate quickly and well. I am so glad I did not go with the two other companies that came to do an estimate. One company suggested replacing our beautiful large tile shower stall with fiberglass panels, and the other suggested testing the air quality of our home for mold and mildew in the environment. Don't get me wrong, both are great options in many situations, but I simply wanted to refresh my shower, buff out the existing tiles, and replace grout and caulking since this is an older house that has seen several owners and we just moved in recently. Revivify came to my rescue with a really great estimator who knew exactly what I wanted and could give me a price right then and there. I had to wait several days for the job to be scheduled, but it was worth it. Logan Ross was our technician and he did a fantastic job! He worked quickly and efficiently and checked with us frequently to make sure we were satisfied before moving on to the next step. Our shower stall now looks clean and really refreshed with new tile sealing, grouting, and caulking. The price was a fraction of what it would have cost if I did not know of this service and procedure. If your shower or floors are looking like they need a bit of a refresher, give Revivify a call. Very well worth it!

I have limestone floors that were installed 25 years ago. I wash them every other week, but they never looked clean. I was going to replace them and received various quotes up to $47,000. the estimate was easy to establish. The initial cost was more than expected, but Revivify worked with us to modify our estimate to fit our needs and budget and ended up coming in under their initial estimate. Scheduling was straight forward, and although there was a last minute timing issue, the technician was still able to complete the scope of work efficiently and professionally

They did a fabulous job! My shower glass shines like the top of the Chrysler building. My shower tile actually has a color…I mean, it’s still hang-myself beige, but it’s there! They were punctual and under budget. Can you imagine? They use tech for everything - appointments, invoicing, billing and receipts - we love that.

The only improvement I would make would be to ask that they start accepting Zelle, if their bank participates.

Bret did a great job cleaning, sealing, and repairing caulking on our walk-in shower. It's a pretty large space, several years old, and it was great to get a deep cleaning done. The river-rock floor in it is a challenge. Bret worked hard on it, and it looks terrific! He also polished up a glass vessel sink that I have tried all sorts of ways to get a film off of, and it is beautiful again! And it took him no time at all for that. I hope to have Bret back to do a countertop and floor. Many thanks for an excellent job!

Billy Melton and Shane did an excellent job deep cleaning, regrouping and sealing out walk-in shower. Additionally the cleaned the glass. It's never looked better!

Revivify did work in our Kitchen and Bathrooms. Cleaning, sealing and
re-coloring our grout, retiling our shower. Manny and Justin were very helpful and great, Alex in the office was very kind and answered all my questions and Robert, who came out to meet with me and schedule the booking was really helpful too. We had some delays, due to some weeping - but once the work was done - we were really happy. Thanks, we will call on you again if we need anything.

Hiring Revivify was not a good choice. My tile looks no different than it did before. Their website claims they can make old tile look like new. This is not true. Don’t trust their before and after photos. They don’t restore vintage tile. I’m out $1800 for nothing. I would not use them again and would not recommend to anyone.

I am satisfied with the work that was completed on my tile and grout in my kitchen and family room. They did a great job. The crew was kind and respectful. I would have given 5 stars but the edges around the base moulding was not cleaned.
I would recommend this company and I will probably hire them again someday.

My experience with Revivify Surface LLC was excellent from beginning to end. From my interesting and informative meeting with Bret at the Trade show to interacting with phone messages to having Billy working on the 2 showers in my 1966 home, it truly has been one of my best experiences in having a project completed by professionals. Billy was hard working , thorough,and helped me to understand these showers in older homes. I would highly recommend them for your or my next project.

Great experience overall dealing this company! Noah was very accommodating scheduling the job per my schedule. Bill did an outstanding job of restoring my year-old walk-in shower conversion to looking like new again. Bill also followed up with Noah’s advice about using square tiles for the shower floor instead of the existing pebble floor tiles where the grout got so discolored in only one year of use. Based on my experience with Revivfy, I’d recommend the company highly and will use them again in the future whenever I need the services they provide. 😊
