The etching of my natural stone tile on my shower floor prompted me to get professional help. After doing some research on sealing the tiles and reading a ton of reviews, I decided to get in touch with Revivify. Great communication from beginning to end. Noah was very informative and kept in contact throughout the process. Billy did a great job cleaning and sealing the tiles. I could not have gotten it nearly as clean as he did. After sealing, it was amazing how well water beads up on my tiles. Now I know my tiles are well protected from water absorption and further damage. I made a great choice with Revivify and I highly recommend!

Called and explained my issue with our marble shower bench. They were able to get someone out within a couple days of calling. Billy was very professional and explained the process step by step. Cleaned up, gave the dogs a good pet and was on his way.

It's not cheap but they did an outstanding job; my tile work looks like new! I had 2 bathroom showers (1 with ceramic tile & the other with travertine tiles & slabs & my kitchen granite countertops steam sanitized, resealed & polished. They were as quick as they could be digging out all of the old cracked grout in the showers & working with my different surfaces. They were organized professionals who did not interrupt the flow of the household while they performed their jobs with quiet, expert efficiency & without complaints. CALL ME ONE VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!

I couldn’t be happier with the work done! They re-caulked my large shower, cleaned and sealed the shower glass door, refreshed and sealed the vanity caulking, and gave the entire shower a full clean and seal. Everything looks brand new again. The attention to detail was outstanding, and the results are flawless. They did an excellent, excellent job, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality bathroom refresh.

We had a fabulous experience with Revivify today. They came and cleaned and sealed our tile in both baths and the kitchen. Wow did they do a great job and were very professional and communicated well. They both were very knowledgeable and explained everything. We’d highly recommend them.

Billy was very professional. I appreciated letting me know upfront how much it will cost. There was a miscommunication at the beginning but it was all squared out. The silicon based turned out nice around the sink and shower in our bathroom.

Brett was great and did a great job when my stone floors were in such bad shape after we just moved in 3 months ago. He really did a good job on getting them back in shape! The counters in kitchen and bathroom were also well done but I mostly was wanting to get my floors done and that was my main goal. Entry way was also a mess and he fixed that too! Really glad I hired them! My floors were heavily damaged from something that was used or spilled and heavily etched. Thus, had to have them deep polished out and decided on a matt finish as I didn't want high gloss for stone floors, more natural look for me. I took before and after photos but don't know if you can tell. But if matt finish those are after for floors. Very polished counters also.

Was looking to clean/seal my pink mold from shower rock floor and seal other surfaces. Revivify came to the top of the Google list though I thought I’d called another company (they’re way over the WA border from me in Salem, OR), but they had a convincing pitch and claimed I was in the service range. The guy who came out is the usual bid securer: the professional, knowledgeable, craftsman you think is coming to the house. He assured me Manny was, like him, a detailed professional.

On visit day, someone else showed up. Not Manny. Manny doesn’t work for us anymore but no one told the customer. Now, fearing I’ve got the traditional sales problem on my hands, I have to accept this guy walking into my house, hoping he’s going to do the job I was promised, but of course the job finish was unfortunate.

I sent pictures and videos of the substandard work to Robert, my original estimator, and I received word that even Robert either no longer works there, or is only part time or some other excuse, all of which was made by the owner, who spent most of the call talking over me to justify how great they are at their business, despite the video and picture proof that I sent of not removing the link mold and possibly sealing it in. He committed to coming out here to get it fixed. When I reminded him where I live, he took a giant step back because he realized that the distance was not a good job to have screwed up. Told him to take his time to plan the trip, but haven’t heard from the company since. What a surprise.

I also had them caulk something in my kitchen and the caulk is so large a line it just makes me laugh every day (husband said I’d get used to it but, ahh, no!). I’m going to have it torn out and done less conspicuously since I assume I’ll never hear from this company again.

I gave them a challenging granite countertop to sand and seal. They did an amazing job and I'm very happy with the results. I would recommend Revivify for a project, they were right on time and very friendly.

Overall fantastic service! Technicians were here in less than a week to fix a crack in our grout, explained every very throughly, left the place spotless. We will absolutely be using them for ongoing maintenance!

Unbelievable company! They called me right back,came out to look what I needed,got me in fast ! Billy got here at 8am! And got right to it. Omg! The grout in my floors looks new and it was bad! And also all my tile floor looks so good,and then he sealed everything! .
He also redid the caulking on my backsplash .

All I can say is wow! My shower looked so bad before these guys came out and now it looks brand new! I'm so happy with the work they did and would definitely recommend! They recaulked and cleaned everything including glass door, which you couldn't see through before! If I ever need this type of work done in the future I'm definitely calling these guys!

Just had these guys out to my new house to do the shower. Just as impressive as the last job they did for me! Can't say enough good things about this company! Very fairly priced and up front about cost. They explain everything during the whole process. If you need this kind of work in your house, you should call them, you will be very happy you did!

I had a super wonderful experience With My in-home estimate. I contacted several tile refinishing companies in Portland and the first to respond back to me was Revivify. They were super professional and sent a technician out to give me a quote the next day. The technician was wonderful, he gave me a very reasonable quote and more than one option. I was originally expecting to have to completely regrout my shower, but he gave me the option to first have it deep cleaned and see how it looks and if I’m not satisfied, then we can go ahead and re-grout. I really appreciated his consideration and not just charging me the most expensive thing up front. He was super awesome and friendly, He even gave me some advice on how to clean surfaces that Aren’t even ones that their company can clean. So he just gave me this advice out of the kindness not to make any money off of me.. I am most definitely going to go With them for my project

Today, I had my shower tile/grout cleaned and sealed. The whole experience was impeccable. Noah gave a prompt, detailed explanation of the price estimate and process over the phone. And Bret came out and restored my shower like it is brand new :) Bret was super friendly too. I definitely recommend Revivify and will return to them in the future.

I scheduled Revivify to clean, seal, caulk, and repair a small shower. They were able to schedule quickly (within a week), give an extremely competitive price, and the results were great. They were clear at the start about expectations for results and they either matched or exceeded them. There was one area that I thought might have been missed (I had to inspect the work after they left) and they quickly returned to do the small touch up. Was very happy with all aspects of their work and would definitely hire again!
