Jon was very friendly and pleasant to meet with. He was honest about our vertical crack that it did not need to be fixed after the grading we had done recently. He made suggestions for seepage that was coming through wood. Relayed that our concerns are mostly outdoors and possibly with gutters. He also checked our sump pump was functioning. I appreciate his honesty, expertise and thoroughness. I also appreciate that he wasn’t dishonest to just try to get business from us.

We had a great experience with getting our basement repair work done. Brian was friendly, knowledgeable, a great communicator throughout the process, and he took extra time to educate us on the work we were having done/other things to look out for to maintain our early 1900s home. The crew who came to do the work were also great! Additionally, i had a wonderful experience with the office staff. Everyone made it so easy to get this project done! Accurate Basement Repair recently finished up a basement project in our home. Brian Leffler was great to work with. He was knowledgeable about our situation and available to help provide clarification and answer questions. The crew doing the work was incredibly efficient and, given the extent of work, left it as clean as possible. My only regret is that a different company came out to assess the basement during the transaction of the home years ago. Thank you to Paul Vicaro for his time and patience in explaining what needed to be done and how it would proceed. As it turned out, we needed to replace the entire interior drain tile on this property as well as brace approximately 85% of the basement walls. I was most impressed with The way accurate handled the project, including allowing me the opportunity to see it in progress. The property involved was on the north west side of Milwaukee and was a 1950s vintage ranch home. Once again, thank you to the entire accurate team.

Paul was fantastic to work with! He is super responsive and knowledgeable and I really appreciate his advice on general improvements to my property not even related to the foundation repair. Accurate Basement is Truely a 5 star company. I was very impressed with Paul’s knowledge and commitment to solve my basement water issues. The crew worked as a team and left my yard and basement looking great! It’s been a couple months since the work was done and my sump pump alarm went off. I called Accurate, Chris tried to solve the issue over the phone. He was pretty sure it was ice in the outside discharge hose, but came over to be sure and reset the alarm. No trip charge or service fee!

Our home of 32 years required major foundation repairs. Wall bracing, excavation, interior and exterior drain tiles. Searched many contractors and chose Accurate Basement Repair. BEST DECISION we ever made. They sent an army of personnel and equipment and completed the entire job in just two full days. They did a great job and every worker on site worked incredibly hard in the cold. They did the repairs and cleaned up not only inside our home but outside as well and even flushed and swept the entire street so that no debris would settle at a neighbors driveway. We had a great experience with Paul and the Accurate team replacing all the interior drain tiles in our basement this winter after having them originally quote the work back in 2018 when we bought our house. I was impressed that when Paul came back out to requote, he even brought our old file with! He did a great job explaining the problem, our repair options, and working with us to find a cost-effective solution all while keeping us updated throughout the process. They gave me great advice of what I can do to get started on the project. It's great that some companies can give you advice on how to get started so you can save money on the rest of the project.

As a new homeowner with basement issues and new to the Milwaukee market, I had no idea where to turn for help with basement leakage and wall movement. Accurate Basement Repair performed structural support to a basement wall in our Milwaukee house as well as installation of a subfloor drain and sump pump. From the initial assessment by Jon through to the work by the crews, including the structural support crew with Jimmy and his team as well as the sump pump crew with Ricardo, everyone was professional and excellent. Communication was superb. Work was high quality and done efficiently; cleanup was thorough. Highly recommended.

Jon from Accurate Basement was very honest and great to work with. He came out and looked at our issues and suggested a sump pump and drain tiles be installed. The crew that did the install were very hard workers and did a great job. We had Jon on speed dial and he was always available to answer any questions.
