I recently had some issues with my basement and decided to reach out to Accurate Basement Repair. I was really impressed with how quickly they responded—I had someone come out the very next day! Brian was the technician who came to help me, and I can't say enough good things about him. He was professional, friendly, and really knew his stuff. He took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I felt comfortable with the solutions he offered. Overall, my experience with Brian and the company was fantastic, and I would definitely recommend Accurate Basement Repair to anyone in need of their services.

I love Accurate Basement Repair and in particular, Paul Vaccaro. Paul helped us in 2002 resolve our basement water problem. He found the right solution and the price was fair. He spent a lot of time explaining things and walking us through options. Now to 2025 after we had 12 inches of rain in ) hours. We got water in our basement like everyone else in our neighborhood. When we removed the carpet, we noticed a hole that had been there for probably 40 years. I immediately called Paul. He came over the next day and told en it was a very old drain tile test hole. He suggested and showed me how to test the drain tile my self at no charge. After testing it, Paul explained the things I wasn’t sure about. I am so relieved he helped me again. Paul came out after 2 others companies missed a critical part our basement walls that one side had obvious which trigger the other side of the wall to have issues.Amazing knowledge! Charlie help to prep the basement for the work and Jimmy and crew came in at 7:15am put plastic up to minimize dust and were out by 11:00am Wow great work!!

Jon came today and did a fantastic job walking around our basement inside and outside with us, explaining in detail what he saw and what he suggested needed to be done. He was friendly, prompt, and didn’t try to sell us services we didn’t need. We learned quite a bit and feel confident to move forward with next steps.

We were extremely impressed with the timeliness and expertise that this company could provide! We needed the drain tile replaced on a home we were interested in buying. They got the work done on a tight timeline and it has been functioning great. Kyle even came back a year later to check out the space when we wanted to finish it off to check that everything was looking good. He was straight with us and provided sound advice as if it were his own home. There is no one else we would go to for basement questions or repairs! They seriously are the best!

Brian from Accurate Basements did an exceptional job evaluating my basement. I’m writing this because we ultimately didn’t need to hire them for the initial problem I called them for. Brian assured me the walls and current drain tiles were sound and the issue I was having stemmed from a support issue and needed to be evaluated by a structural engineer: not something they do. Brian gave me a recommendation for one, so if and when I need to replace the support beams Accurate will be my first call. They did a thorough job when they weren’t getting paid, and Brian gave me solid advise on how to proceed when he didn’t have to. They earned a future customer.

Jon came to our home today and was very professional. Jon and his company, Accurate Basement Repair, were quick to respond to our call and scheduled an appointment. Jon pointed out how our problem could easily be fixed with grading and clearing gutters. Jon was amazing and so is his company. We would highly recommend calling them. They are very honest and helpful.

Called Accurate based on a recommendation from a friend. Brian came out to check out out situation. He was thorough in explaining what was happening. We haven't officially hired them yet, but I was very pleased with how he helped me understand what was happening.

UPDATE January 2020: Accurate is absolutely fantastic. Multiple people from the renovation company have complemented how well the finish product. The flooring company installing our floor said this was the best concrete work they have seen from a drain tile job. I cannot recommend them enough.

Although I didn’t purchase service from Accurate due to timing, I had an excellent visit with Tony who taught us the basics of basement design, failures and repairs. He was very knowledgeable and generous with his time. I would recommend Tony from Accurate to others in need of basement repair.

Paul was extremely helpful in explaining the process in laymen terms so I could understand. They were able to fit me in within a reasonable timeframe. The workers showed up on time and did a great job and cleaned everything up at the end of the day. Ran into a hiccup during the initial project which meant they had to come back and were able to fit me in the schedule within a week. Weather was on our side thank goodness. The office answered all my questions and Paul was available through out the process as well. I would recommend them for any basement needs. I did get other estimates and they were in the same range as others. Much better communication not only in the process but returning calls and following up. I feel a burden has been lifted off my shoulders now that the project is completed. I had a large job. I had a foundation inspector come in first so I knew exactly what was wrong and needed along with a general guideline on possible cost. I needed drain tiles installed the perimeter of the basement, a sump pump added, 3 post brackets on the west side and 9 to 10 n the east side. The hiccup was my East wall was caving in more than we originally thought which meant we needed to excavate on the East wall. They showed me and explained everything. I appreciated being informed and given an option whether I wanted to do it since it was not in the original contract. I did not feel pressured at all. I wanted it to be done right and not run into any issues down the line so moved forward with the extension on the contract. I know others whom have had similar work done on there basement. Not only were they impressed with the cost but also with the finished job. Very professional work crew as well. I was home during the entire process. They truly impressed me. Nenan came to finish up little odds and ends that needed to be done and did an amazing job as well. Truly impressed with all the employees and the work completed.

I use this company about 2 years ago in October to do some work for drain tiles around my entire basement and to install a sub pump. I wanted to wait before I did a review to actually see how well the workmanship was. Unfortunately, I was tied up with the military, so it took me a little longer to do this review. First off, they are far better than just the other companies I had come over and quote me. Some wanted to do things that were not even necessary which confused me. My house is built in 1947 and it's been dry except for one bad rain that filled up the bowl and I had water starting to come in between the floor and the wall on my northwest wall. The owner actually came out and looked at everything and gave me a really good quote, so I went along and did it. We talked about putting in a sub pump also because I did not have one and being in the military sometimes, I'm gone so we have a battery backup on this. I'm very impressed by the workmanship and how well they did everything and the timing of it also and how clean everything was afterwards. I would recommend this company to anyone if you want some honest hard good work done to your home at the right price where they're not going to rip you off. I can say after 2 years of having this work done to my house there's never been an issue, and everything has been dry. Now in some of my pictures you will see some cracks but that's because that's going to happen no matter who does does the work due to expansion and contraction to concrete when it cures. That is not an uncommon thing and once that happens, he will tell you exactly what to do after that or they come out there. But I did the work on my own. I didn't take a lot of photos because I got so much stuff in my basement right now over most of it. But once again A1 5 star rated company right here that I would recommend to anyone. UPDATE AUG 2023>>>>>>So I was recently deployed with the military out of country, and I just wanted to say that for another year that went by and with the battery back up my basement was in tip top and still stayed dry. I am so glad I went with this company because when I am gone for that long and don't have to worry about my basement flooding, even with the power going off, that's a win win situation. Now, since I was back, we had a storm i believe it was on the 25th of August that was very similar if not worse than the storm that started to flood my basement prior to calling this company. It rained so hard, and we even had hail, but my basement was dry again. It doesn't cost anything to get a quote and once again I highly recommend this company.

Just had 7”+ of rain last night and I had to amend my review. Accurate’s work passed the biggest test with record rainfall last night. Our sump pump ran hard at 10 second intervals last night to keep up with the record rainfall and guess what we woke up to this morning? A DRY BASEMENT! After their initial drain tile repair we had complete confidence in spending $50K in our lower level in Wauwatosa adding a full bathroom and additional living space and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results! More living space staying completely dry thanks to Accurate! Don’t call anybody else because these people see the best!! A+++++++!

I would HIGHLY recommend Accurate Basement Repair for any basement drain tile work. They just finished repairing out indoor drain tile in our Wauwatosa home and they did a phenomenal job. The entire crew was extremely hard working and organized and they were on time and explained the work thoroughly with each step. Ricky our crew manager was a terrific communicator and his crew worked all day like a well oiled machine. Everyone knew their job and preformed at 100%+. Subsequent technician work by Naned was done very well and in a timely manner and Ricardo who installed the sump pump did a terrific job too. And finally office support from Lisa & Erin was top notch as well. I feel extremely confident that our basement will remain dry from now on and I appreciate that they backed up their work with a 20 year transferable warranty too. Paul came by this morning and provided a very thorough assessment and answered all my questions. He let me know what services he could help with and which ones he could not help with and provided some other recommendations. He was very honest and helpful and he even opened my Palmer valve to help alleviate some existing issues.

Kyle came out to inspect some water issues we were having. He was very polite and courteous. He offered an expensive solution as well as a cheaper one. He was honest about the implications of both options and recommended the cheaper option, which, by the way, was a simple fix we could do ourselves. They aren't out for "easy money" and seem to genuinely care about actually helping people. Should I need repairs in the future, I will reach back out to them.

My experience with Accurate Basement Repair was amazing. Brian gave me a lot of incredible advice, and I appreciate his time and energy. Due to the scope of my Project, it actually did not lead to any work for Brian to complete, but he still gave me lots of information and ways to improve my basement situation.

We had such a great experience with Accurate Basement Repair! After the August storm, we noticed a minor crack in our basement foundation and some water coming in. With a basement remodel project planned, we knew we needed it fixed quickly- and Chris and Al were incredible from start to finish.
