I definitely recommend Arch Solar (a company here in Wisconsin) to anyone wishing to install solar panels. There’s much to be worked out with WE Energies, and licenses etc. There are a number of steps, but I have to say, the people at Arch Solar were the ones who put all that together - fortunately for us. Everyone we met from Arch was knowledgeable and easy to work with. They did a good job, and now I’m very excited that we have solar panels! YAY!

I have been in the trades for 40+ years. Jen was the most organized electrician I have ever worked with. She kept us up to date daily and worked with us very well. She also kept the job site clean. Jen deserves a raise!

Im truly gratful for arch solar. The previous company I had for my solar panels went bankrupt and didnt inform me and I was in process of putting a new roof on. Arch solar took over and optimized my panels to work fully as well as financially work with with me. I just wish they accepted other forms of payments beyond a check. Otherwise great people great service and my panels are working better than before.

Last year I wrote a review shortly after our system was installed. We just had our 1 year anniversary of solar production and we couldn't be happier! The system is doing exactly what was expected. I monitor solar production regularly through the app and I track production against Arch's monthly forecast. The results are impressive. After one year we produced 100.4% of Arch's forecast! Some months were higher, some were lower, but for the full 12 months, the forecast was spot on! Not only were we delighted with the installation process, but one year in we have the comfort that our investment is giving us the return we expected.

After getting quotes from several local and national companies, we decided to choose Arch Solar as our installers for our home solar project. I thought they did a very good job all around. They handled the permitting paperwork, the paperwork with respect to WE Energies, Wisconsin Focus on Energy rebate, and let me know where we were each step of the way. The installers did a good job getting things done, and keeping us informed of where they were at, schedule wise. I would recommend Arch Solar.

When I finally decided to go solar, I went with Arch Electric based on a very favorable recommendation from a colleague who had used them a few years back. I was not disappointed. From the time I made the very first inquiry, they responded in about 30 minutes. From then on, every person/team I dealt with - for the site visit, contract proposal, project scheduling, installation, and billing - were superb. These people are professional and very good at what they do. They were always prompt, always profession, and did an outstanding job. I'm extremely pleased with the result.

I'm very pleased that I chose Arch Solar to install my solar panels. Each person I worked with on their team was knowledgeable and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone interested in adding solar to their home or business.

If I had to do it all over again, I would likely go with a different company. There seems to be a training issue regarding what the costs to install will be. We had our array installed and the meter ended up being to close to the AC unit outside so WE Energies wouldn't commission the array. I had to pay more money to have our HVAC company come out and move the line further delaying the commissioning.

The array was finally activated this week and appears to be working properly. Time will tell how it goes. I do think the electricians themselves appeared to know what they were doing.

If you do choose Arch since your options are pretty limited find your own financing! The company they use is "Credit Human" and they have been one of the worse companies I've ever had to deal with. If I could give them a negative review I would have!

They are really good at answering your questions and they will address your concerns as well. I loved their presentation, and they gave me a clear picture of what we were getting into. I would recommend Arch Solar for your rooftop solar project. They installed panels on my roof, hooked it all up, and replaced my electrical panel. It all went very well, from design to installation, and through commissioning. communication with the company was good. I especially appreciated them taking care of the utility paperwork, and the Focus on Energy rebate.

Whenever I had questions they were responsive and informative. They made the process as easy as possible. The installation crew was also very helpful and very considerate. They patiently heard all my questions and concerns, and provided explanations that helped me understand what was being done. They were also very respectful of our home. They wore masks at our request when in the home, and without asking they even wore boot covers to avoid a mess. I would highly recommend Arch Solar to anyone who is looking to add such a great product to their home.

Team listened and designed a residential solar project to meet my needs. Answered all of my questions promptly, helped get the tax refund and has checked in frequently after installation. One of the installers even came back on a Friday evening to help me get the app working.

The Team kept us up to date on all progress and were very good on completion estimates. One thing important to us was they have their own installation crews (no subcontractors). The crews were very fast and efficient and left everything in a neat and orderly condition. Arch had a contact person for us during the entire project if we had questions and supplied answers quickly.
