These folks put panels up on the clinic I work at. They're just the nicest folks. I already had panels on my home but wasn't getting the greatest service from the folks who put them up. So I ended up switching to Arch. Excellent decision. No issues since.

A great experience with Arch Solar, a very competitive bid, informative data on production rates and return on investment at the start of process. Once we signed contract, they were informative on start date, installation process and assistance on rebates and tax credits. I have recommended them to some friends interested in adding home Solar and happy to recommend on google!

After a hectic beginning with our quest to go solar, Arch Solar saved us. In June 2021, we purchased our panels from(SF) and after they were placed on our roof, the quest began. The first installer went bully up before completion, the second installer (EPS) failed inspection twice, and then Arch Solar came to the rescue.

Arch Solar came into a mess left by the other two installers, but quickly got to work. They had to redo most of the previous work, get the right permits, and much more. Within a few months, they had our panels ready to go. If they didn’t walk into a headache from the last two companies, I imagine they would have had our panels ready in a week. It was a 38 month quest for our family to go solar, but Arch Solar was definitely the light at the end of the tunnel. 6 out of 5 stars is well deserved for this amazing company. We could not be happier.

Arch Solar is an amazing company! My solar installer went out of business in 2022 without performing the final connection needed for my panels to generate power. Arch Solar stepped in and took on my challenging and complicated project. They secured the required permits and worked closely with all parties to complete my project. They dispatched Dennis and Jenny who were competent and dedicated to making sure I had power back the same day it was turned off. They did a great job despite challenges including working through torrential downpours and installing a system that was more complicated than most. Thank you so much Arch Solar for getting me through one of the most stressful projects I've gone through since owning my home!

Jasonn provided a very realistic idea of the project before I signed the contract. The first crew of Jenny, Don and Dennis were excellent. The second crew installed the panels and the area around my house was completely cleaned. Three days and the installation was done. One day in middle for a rain out. Project slowed waiting for inspections and WE Energies certification. Since then nothing but solar runs the electricity for my house. I enthusiastically endorse Arch Solar.

We've been very happy to have worked with Arch Solar throughout our project. The team was quick, clean and professional during the whole installation. Their electrician was personable. He answered our questions and kept us up to date. We Energies slowed things down with some confusion on their end. Arch Solar was eventually able to set everything straight and get the project finalized. My husband is especially enjoying the Enlighten App that keeps us up to date about power production, power consumed and our environmental impact. We can't wait for the weather to warm up so we can have a stronger impact. We highly recommend Arch Solar.

After finally getting my solar system working (solar with batteries) I am delighted with my system. The Arch Solar folks clearly are experts and know what they are doing. Unfortunately I live in Madison and I feel like this may have slowed my project. I signed my contract in July 2024 and I finally got the Permission to Operate in April 2025. Initially I had hoped to have the installation completed by the end of 2024 but obviously that didn’t happen. If you’re going to go solar this year then right now it seems that the system installation must be complete by the end of 2025 to be eligible for the 30% federal tax credit so regardless of who you pick be sure to get a hard guarantee that the project will be complete before the end of the year. If Arch Solar can guarantee completion in time then I wholeheartedly recommend them

Not only did Arch install our solar array and battery, they also helped us to fix it after another company subsequently messed up that work while installing a heat pump. I can't say enough about the professionalism of Tyler Weber and our main technician, Dennis, who worked tirelessly to unass a difficult situation. Arch has transformed our home, our lives, and increasingly, our city for the better.

So glad we (our Son) picked Arch! Very professional start to finish! They were on time and great workers! 37 Panels on our roof and working great! Paying most of our electric and even gas with WE energies and their net metering system! Highly recommend!

Arch Solar installed solar panels and backup batteries hooked to the generator at my house. This was a rather complex large-scale project involving boring, tranching, installing ground mounts, cross-connecting everything, programming, etc. A few different crews were responsible for different parts of the project working on the site. Arch Solar organized and coordinated everything very well. I highly recommend the company.

Everything was very easy from beginning to end. The sales person was awesomely friendly. Any questions she couldn't answer she got back to us the next day with the answer. The project manager was very communicative - always keeping us up to date, and taking care of paperwork with our local government and utility company. Installation took 2 days. Foreman was also friendly and communicative. We were informed of everything we needed to do every step of the way. Finally, the price was right and the product seems great so far.

I reduced a star because a ball was dropped somewhere in the logistics. I don't know exactly who was at fault. We should have had our system online much earlier. It could have been one of the inspectors; it could have been Arch Solar. Either way, I think Arch Solar *could have* recognized that our system was never turned on for an inordinate amount of time. Instead, it was I that determined something was wrong and I contacted them. After that, they did expedite the process and we were up and running within a few days. So I appreciate they fast-tracked us after they were aware of the issue. And on the bright side, I knew something was wrong because they were very clear when explaining all the timelines to us. So even with that little hiccup, I still highly recommend!
