Brad, Jesus and Tim are life savers. We spent 15 months working together on our home from the ground up and they were professional, helpful and at your service 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Especially Jesus who was on the ground every day helping his crew and helping me keep it together from the disaster that we had. Thanks again guys I can't say enough good things about you.

Franky and his crew were oustanding!!! We had a water leak in our kitchen that caused mold to growand from the very start but they made the whole process smooth and stress free. Franky was incredibly thorough and everything he recommended ended up being exactly what needed to be done. We had a few other restoration companies come out before, but none compared to his knowledg attention to detail, and professionalism. He even helped me find the leak!

He walked both my mom and me through everything answered all our questions and making sure we felt comfortable the entire time. Franky was super responsive, even late at night when he didn’t have to be. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients. Highly recommend him and his team!

Alert Disaster Restoration was there when we didn't know which way was up or down. Since we travel a lot we let them take it from demolition to full renovation. Brad the project Manager was outstanding and Gerson who worked with us to accommodate our travel arrangement was nothing but outstanding! Hopefully, we won't have another fire but if we ever did we wouldn't even think twice, we would use Alert Disaster Restoration again and again!!!

Alert disaster did a great job taking care of leak in our shower Marcos and Alex were amazing and very professional. After this we meet Jesus as our project manager to rebuild our bathroom.
