Martin was here to dry up water damage to walls and wood flooring. Martin went into the attic and found the broken pipe was still leaking. The plumber had not closed the correct valve. Martin and his team were professional and cleaned up all debris from the drywall that was removed. Thank you Alert!

We recently dealt with a water damage issue and hired Alert Restoration to handle it. Martin was sent out to assist us, and he performed excellent work. I should have listened to the people who warned me not to use Alert Disaster Restoration. My experience with this company has been a complete nightmare.
From the beginning, the workers they sent were completely unqualified. They clearly had no training or supervision. They painted without cleaning or prepping the walls, left plaster unfinished, and have had to come back multiple times to “fix” the same areas because their work keeps failing. Every visit creates more problems instead of solving them.
They were careless with my home — they got paint on my furniture and appliances, and didn’t bother to protect anything properly. The quality of their work looks rushed and unprofessional, as if they were hired off the street that same morning.
Even worse, no one from Alert Disaster supervised the job. I was the only person paying attention to what was being done, and I had to constantly point out mistakes and ask for corrections. I even joked with them that I should be getting paid as the “foreman” since I was the only one managing the project.
To make matters worse, the billing has been confusing, inconsistent, and full of unexplained charges.
Overall, this company shows zero professionalism, poor workmanship, and no customer care. I truly regret hiring them and wish I had listened to the warnings. Do not use this company — I learned the hard way.

At first I thought I had made a mistake in choosing ProRestoration Services because it took so long to get the work done but it turned out they were negotiating with the insurance company. I was very, very delighted with the painting and flooring. I would call them again if needed. Carlos and Gustavo took pains in doing an excellent job.

Pro Dry stands behind their work. Three years ago they were able to restore a wall that was damaged due to a faulty roof seal. The job was completed but just last month it was noticed, by someone cleaning my solar panels, that there were missing tiles from where the repair job took place. I called the office and they immediately went to work to investigate. Everyone was so respectful and the tiles were replaced without any question. Then, to top everything else, the office staff made a followup call to ensure that I was totally satisfied. Not often have I been blessed with such integrity in business dealings.

Rick was great. He identified the problem, provided solutions, and gave us some great tips as homeowners. We will take it from here.

When our attic flooded, for the second time, Pro Restoration Services quickly arrived to dry and clean up the crazy mess.
They were careful when cutting into our celling; seriously, the lines were perfect (which helps reduce the cost of repairs.)
Customer service was great. Heidi Yglesias was especially attentive and forthcoming. Felt comfortable with the staff, they were easy to talk to when we had lots of questions.
Never felt any pressure to make decisions. It was a nice process.

This review is a long overdue. We had a major water leak in our bathroom ceiling that caused significant damage to the main bathroom, part of the master bathroom and an adjacent bedroom closet.
Jack responded immediately and had a crew out to remove the water damage materials and put drying fans in place. Followed by having his estimator Joe there to develop a quote for our insurance.
Once things were approved by the insurance and jumping through the insurance company hoops Jack and Joe worked with us to get a crew to start working.
The crew started working right after New Year’s Day and were done in less than 10-days. The crew was very attentive to our needs and very detailed oriented.
We could not be happier with not only the work but having our prayers answered by a company and personnel so thoughtful, considerate and caring. Even Shaina in the office is a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend to any of friends family to use this company.
