The insurance company dispatched Servpro of Chino and Chino hills.

Ferdinand arrived to my property and help me throughout the loss, he gave me all of the information and advised me of what to expect from the insurance company. Very detail oriented and great at communicating.
The demolition team Chris and Felipe were at my property and did an excellent job they installed plastic containments throughout the house before they did any demolition and are very clean.

The Reconstruction team will be performing the repairs at my property

Oscar, Mitchell and Kristy were absolutely amazing through the entire process! They were great about communicating when they would arrive, what work would take place and approximately how long the work would take. They were always on time, always professional and kind. The workmanship was spot on and the materials used were better than what was originally used in my kitchen. They completed the job 2 days before our deadline which was a huge relief because I had a large get together planned at my home and needed the job done. They totally made it happen for me even though they didn’t have to. I am so pleased and crazy impressed with every single aspect of this company and would be more than happy to recommend their services to my family and friends. Fernand Lopez, the project manager, was incredibly helpful when I experienced a leak in my living room. The water damaged both the carpet and the walls. He and his team promptly arrived to address the leak and managed the entire situation efficiently. Fernand consistently checked in with me to ensure everything was progressing smoothly. Fernand and his team have been amazing helping deal with the mess the flood created. The team was fast and efficient and Fernand always kept me informed of everything that was happening. He also answered any questions I had, pretty much 24 hours a day. Outstanding!

Kevin G and Chris were here for mitigation and demolition team. Guys were transparent. Kept us in the loop. Very knowledgeable and good at their job. Polite and respectful. The crew, Jesus and Jonah were very polite and respectful. They knew what to do to make the assessment of the problem, taking moisture readings, making notes, and photos. They took time to explain their findings and the procedures that needed to be taken. In little over an hour they had the machines set up and paperwork signed. All on a Saturday evening. Aubrey Garcia was the first contact to get the service started. They all worked together and got my dilemma resolved with in 3 hours. Great Job Servpro team.

Fernand Lopez was absolutely amazing! We had a lot of fire damage and we just recently lost my husband three months before this. Being in a state of shock and then the fires hit, we were lost. Mr. Lopez came in with his crew, was beyond professional, and went over and beyond for myself and my sons. It’s our family home and Mr. Lopez cared for our home like it was his. Fernand and the team did a fantastic job doing a deep cleaning and getting rid of the smoke damage after the fires. They were super thorough, professional and a joy to work with. The team went above and beyond to make everything look like new.

We did not end up needing ServPros services as originally thought (the homeowners went with a company that was able to handle the entirety of the repairs) HOWEVER, the experience they did have with this Chino location was wonderful! Fernand was very friendly and professional. Even when the homeowners explained why they would not require their services, Fernand was gracious and unbothered. He never once lost his long-term commitment to treating each customer, past and present, with dignity and respect. We would highly recommend this company! Well done!

We had major water damage to the entire first floor of our house. Fernand his team were great and Fernand was in constant contact with my insurance company to keep things moving along smoothly. We were pleased with their service and would recommend them to others. We are also using Servpro to repair all the damage as well.
