Had a fire at our house in the back room. My insurance called serve pro. Fernand, Kevin and Philippe were in charge. All 3 were very good at communicating what each step. They mitigated the smoke damage and cleaned everything. And I mean everything. My house has never been this clean!! All the people who came to work were very courteous and nice which made this chaotic time a little easier. Highly recommend this company and these young men in particular.

Fernand and Kevin were fantastic!! We are so fortune to have found them at a time when other companies were not helpful. Fernand and Kevin quickly came out to do an inspection and made a full detailed report of the smoke and ash damage to my house as a result of the Eaton fire. They sent that information to my insurance company. They did the cleaning of our entire house and insulation replacement very well, we are very happy with the cleaning and are so grateful for their hard and meticulous work in getting our house back to a safe house for my children. They were always very good with communication and fast to respond to questions. Thank you Fernand and Kevin!

The crew workers that did the job in my house were very nice , polite , friendly and easy to talk to for any question I needed. Kevin and Dee were very nice and hardworking young men. I’m mentioning specially this young and hardworking man Kevin cuz twice, one coming from a job in Beaumont on a rainy night and second from Lake Elsinore; came back to our house to switch back the furnace which they forgot to turn it back own. We recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with significant water damage in our home, and to make matters worse, insurance wouldn't cover the costs. Thankfully, we called ServPro, and they made a difficult situation much easier to handle.

I worked with ServPro Chino Hills office and they really did a phenomenal job remediating our home after a recent wildfire, specifically the Eaton fire. We had received two other quotes before finding them, and it was immediately clear that they were the right choice. While our house didn't have any direct fire damage, the house did have some smoke damage (really strong smell), and ash penetration (especially in attic) requiring a top-to-bottom cleaning, attic insulation removal and replacement, and exterior and hardscape washing—including our garage. They were incredibly responsive, flexible and accommodating, and truly helped ease the stress of an otherwise difficult situation. Their team worked tirelessly (my neighbors even mentioned) going above and beyond to ensure our home was thoroughly cleaned and safe for our family. I highly recommend them for any remediation needs and sincerely appreciate their commitment to quality and customer care. I worked most directly with Fernand and he was great.

I feel so lucky that we found Fernand and his team from Servpro of Chino/Chino Hills to perform the smoke remediation of our house after the Eaton fire. Fernand took my initial call late at night and arrived at our house the next day. He was very thorough, clear, and compassionate in all of his communications with me, and very patient as we navigated working with an environmental testing company and our insurance. His team was on site as soon as everything was cleared for them to begin work, and they all worked diligently and attended to every detail. Our house has never been so clean, and work was completed exactly on schedule. Despite all the headaches dealing with our insurance company, Fernand was pretty amazing at both remaining calm and getting us through the process. Any time I had a question, I could call or text him and he'd have the answer immediately. He and his crew took enormous care with our belongings and with our home. Would definitly recommend if you find yourself in the unfortunate position of needing to have your home remediated.

We had some restoration that needed to be done to our ceiling after a leak repair/remediation that ServPro also helped us with. Louis and Helmer were super awesome. They were very efficient, did excellent work, seamless paint job, went the extra mile to help, and assured us if we have any additional issues they will be taken care of. I was very impressed with their work overall!

I called Servpro for a water damage , they came out very quickly and took care of the damage that the water caused . I had a gentleman explain very detail what was the processes . The gentleman by the name of Deallan Johnson helped me moved the furniture and take out the carpet and carpet pads. Very respectful and helpful .I would definitely recommend this company to my neighbors and family .

We started noticing black spots on our bedroom walls and honestly I freaked out thinking it was mold.

Our landlord called Servpro and they sent Fernand the manager, seriously the nicest guy ever. He took the time to explain everything and made me feel way less stressed about it.

Working with the on-site Water Mitigation Team under Kevin G's lead was a very positive experience amongst the mess my home was reduced to by an almost month long leak while I was on vacation. They were prompt, reliable & thorough in removing the moisture & then microbial growth which passed air quality inspection. Fernand Lopez was Johnny-on-the-spot from beginning through service performed by Kevin D and D Allen. I was 500 miles away when I learned I had water damage in a bedroom.
