I’ve worked with Kevin De La Toba multiple times since the end of September, and every single visit has been outstanding.

Kevin is respectful, patient, and always takes the time to explain what’s happening and what to expect next. He never rushes, never brushes off questions , and treats every part of the process with care. Over a long restoration that has been stressful and complicated, he has been reliable and professional.

It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the people he’s helping. I’m grateful for everything he’s done during this entire project and would recommend him without hesitation.

Our house got hit pretty bad by the fires in Altadena earlier this year and everything inside was covered in ash. We had no idea where to even start. We talked to a few companies but Servpro really stood out. Ferdinand came out with his team and actually checked the whole house, even the attic and crawl space, while the other companies barely took a look around.

At first our insurance only wanted to cover a few things but Ferdinand took the time to talk to them and got everything approved that needed to be done. You can tell he actually cares about his work and his customers.

When the cleaning started he had a great crew come in and they really went above and beyond. They cleaned every inch of the place, by the time they were done the house looked and smelled completely clean again.

What really stuck with me was how respectful and helpful his team was. They even made sure to feed my dog and give him water while we were stuck at a hotel. That honestly meant a lot.

Came back from our vacation with a leak in the walls which Servpro addressed. From the very beginning our experience was excellent with total professionalism from everyone that we encountered. Rude workers with inconsistent demands

They do not return phone calls, left 5 messages, still no return call. They made an appointment for a job walk and they didn't even show up or call to cancel.

If I could give 0. I requested an estimate for 3 projects I have and need a contractor for. I reached the senior project manager who wouldn’t give me his name or let alone introduce himself at the start of the call. He said my call was “generic” and he was very disrespectful on the call. All because I have trouble explaining myself sometimes and get nervous on calls.

I just wanted an estimate damn haha. It made me feel embarrassed that I had to make a review I haven’t done any of these.

Either way, if you plan to spend a large dollar I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO LOOK AT OTHER COMPANIES! Why spend your money with people who are rude, when there are good people that deserve it!

Completed a $1500.00 repair on panic bars and they broken two months later. Did not respond to numerous calls
