Why is it always the NE corner of Lone Hill Ave @ Gladstone St pedestrian light to cross Lone Hill Ave along Gladstone St always having issues after short time improvements? And it takes AT LEAST 3 TIMES FOR THEM TO ANSWER THEIR PHONES‼️ Can’t they staff more people on Fridays and do more to fix pedestrian lights? This wouldn’t be an issue if it was for cars but not pedestrians; I’m asking Glendora for accountability

This should deserve a zero star, not even one. I don’t even know how one reviewer was lucky enough to give them five stars when they deserve the WORST ratings. Glendora City Works and Glendora deserve to be cursed until they step up

SERVPRO Glendora/San Dimas should be your FIRST call in a water or fire damage emergency. In those type of fast moving situations, minutes count. Because of their large team, SERVPRO is extremely responsive, and can be on-site and have the work underway quicker than other remediation companies.

SERVPRO Glendora / San Dimas is family owned, and the owner Joe is extremely knowledgeable which all things water/fire/mold remediation. They'll handle situation for you from start to finish, dealing with the insurance companies along the way.

God willing, you never have to call a remediation company. But, if/when the unfortunate happens, remember to call SERVPRO Glendora / San Dimas. Joe and his team will make it like it never even happened.

Sorry for the delay, for this review! So the day after Christmas, at 530 AM, yea I am a morning person, anyway,I stepped into my Hallway and stepped on a wet carpet. First thought the Dog, so placed a rag over the spot , went turned on the coffee went to get my paper. ( Yea I still get a newspaper) So when I came back into the house and saw the rag over it was soaked , I knew I had an issue. It was a broken water heater. I’m getting to the review even as I write this the remodeling is not done , Ugh. So called the Ins. Company (Mercury) and they said they would have the serve pro people call me. I was in contact with them on a Monday. Now wait it’s the following Monday after Christmas weekend which means a holiday. Serve Pro was great. They informed me of the reality which was great. Just tell me the truth. Now I am waiting Tuesday for the call, Their service guy (Diego) calls me says he will be there at xyz time and should up. Not only that, he set up 6 fans and a humidifier to dry everything up. Very cool and very appreciative. So their office call me asks if there is anything else and that they will call me every day to send someone out and check on their machines. I’m thinking ok, we will see. Sure enough and not only did the call and send someone out, their people should up ON TIME and sometimes earlier. Look, when waiting for service people, it’s about a two hour window. Not here and not with these guys. They were prompt, courteous, answered all my questions and concerns and were professional. This water heater thing has been a mess. I can honestly say Serve Pro Glendora ( It’s a franchise) helped make this a lot less frustrating. Again to their front office and the staff, I do appreciate your help

Alexander & Oscar came to our residence prior to their scheduled window of 8:30am - 9:30am and didn’t leave until 6:43pm. It was encouraging to see 2 young man be thankful for their job, and to be so competent at their craft!! They did major depo work in our home & I was thoroughly impressed with their work ethic, the way they carried themselves and their cleanup!!!! I was wondering how our home was going look after the depo was complete and WOW they left our residence inside & outside probably cleaner than when they arrived.

Megan has been a great resource since getting our new place. My husband and I are starting our family, so having our home in good standing is very important to us. We are looking forward to working with Joe and his team to make sure our house is mold free!

ServPro did mold remediation at my house after we discovered an upstairs leak, and they also arranged for the subcontractor to re-tile the bathroom floor after they finished. They showed up to work when they said they would and worked efficiently. They explained to me what they were doing and exactly how long the work would take. I was pleased with their service and I recommend them for these reasons.

I came home from work to a sewage pipe that had backed up into my apartment, completely flooding the bathroom and two bedrooms with the worst gunk ever. Servpro sent someone out in the middle of the evening, took care of it, helped me document and throw away what needed to be gone, and even had a team come out to follow up the next day to review damages and verify that things were cleaned. Turned a horrible event into a manageable issue.

The Glendora/San Dimas Servpro has been Dolan & Knight Property Management's go to Fire & Water Restoration company for years. Joe and Christina have always gone above and beyond in providing excellent service for my tenants and me. They are the most clean, responsive and well coordinated restoration company I have ever worked with and I highly recommend their services.

This company is fantastic. My fiancé and I found mold in our condo caused by our water heater. The office staff was incredibly friendly when we called, and they were able to have someone come out the next day. Highly recommend.

After buying a home a few years ago, Servpro is my go-to. They were able to help when I found a leak in my kitchen sink and mold had already began to set in. Would recommend to all my friends and family. It’s a plus that they are locally owned! The owner is great!

I came home from vacation to find a busted pip and water damage in my living room. I contacted AAA and they sent Servpro out. The project manager has been awesome, Peter Fregosa has handled this as professional as could be. Today we ghad there crew Alexander and Carlos our to remove the damage, I want to tell you that I am also in construction and I have never seen a better crew, they took the time to preserve all of our furnishings, completely demoed the walls and ceiling. They did such a great job with the level of caution, Installing cardboard to protect the tile flooring, Covered the cherry fireplace with furniture blankets and wrapped the total area with tape and plastic. When they left it was spotless and they even mopped the floor on there was out. I defiantly would recommend this outfit to any homeowner that has property damage and need restoration. Thank You Dale

I work at a Dental office in town and we had some water damage that needed immediate attention...I called and within 20 minutes Peter was at our door and within 30 minutes had a team here hauling out wet carpet and setting up fans to dry up damage.
Lisa in the front office is wonderful and very helpful in coordinating with the insurance company in regards to cost.

I called ServPro of Glendora when our home was flooded after a big storm. They were incredibly responsive (even in the early hours of the morning) knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Megan, Christina, Connie, and all of the gentleman who have come out to help us have been amazing. Truly they have given us peace of mind during such a stressful time. Big thanks to the Mcann team!

Beau at Servpro was top notch during the whole process. Easily reachable and courteous. The team answered my questions to the fullest extent and they went above and beyond with repairs. I hope I never have to use their services again but if I do, I know they’ll do a wonderful job!

All members of the Servpro team that worked on my dad's house were professional, prompt, clean, courteous, respectful, communicated clearly with my 87 year old dad on the next day’s schedule and above all did OUTSTANDING work! I cannot say enough good things about this experience. Given the scope of the work involved, our family was not looking forward to this project whatsoever, but thanks to the Servpro team, the entire process was very positive. The biggest complement I can pay them is that my dad had absolutely no complaints at all. He can be quite particular about things and doesn’t have much patience, but he was 100% satisfied with all aspects of this job, which speaks volumes for this team.
