Jordan and Alexandre were very professional as they worked on the project. I was pleased with their professional demeanor and the diligence they pursued. Everything was done carefully. I couldn't have asked for better service then the service Jordan and Alexandre gave to boxing up everything in the cabinets, clearing out the damaged material, taking care of the mold and getting everything ready for the inspection. These two are definitely a positive part of Service Pro.

I recently had a water emergency (my washer overflowed) and my Insurance Company, Auto Club, called ServPro of Glendora. Both my Insurance Adjuster, and the ServPro Project Manager, quickly responded and went into action. The result was that my wood floors were saved and the water damage was minimized. It was a hard 6 days and nights with loud fans, a humid atmosphere and holes in walls but I followed the advice of Peter Fregosa and the end result justified the means. Reconstruction is now complete and you would never know about the damage. Also, my Construction Personnel had very high praise for the ServPro workmanship and I consider that a definite plus.

All of the ServPro Personnel that I interacted with at my condo were professional, polite, pleasant, positive, patiently informative, exceptionally effective and unbelievably prompt or early. Under the direction of Peter, everyone knew what they had to do and completed their tasks making the least amount of mess and always cleaning up. Kudos to Peter and his Tech Team, Aaron, Adrian, Alex and Oscar for making this unpleasant situation the best it could be. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention Lisa, who I dubbed from the first as “The Voice of Glendora ServPro”. IMHO she is the best PR asset you could employ! Overall, I have very high praise for this Company as the coordinated teamwork and competent workmanship are the result of excellent leadership thanks to Joe, the owner.

Communication was excellent as I always knew when Techs were coming and exactly what they were doing. Lisa was amazing and kept me informed daily about who was coming that day, when and what they would be doing.

Overall, I couldn’t be more pleased with the workmanship and efficient completion of my project by ServPro of Glendora. I sincerely recommend this company to anyone with water, fire, mold or other clean up issues and they won’t disappoint. Read the recommendations on Google. I did and never found one that was anything but positive. Also, the Google Review Summary was 5 Stars all the way!

Alexander, Jordan, and Aaron were so helpful during a really difficult time when our shop had complete water damage. They were absolute professionals at what they do with their equipment and incredibly skillful at their positions. If I ever had problems at our business with water damage I would choose them again without any hesitation. SERVPRO guys are GREAT !!

Beau and his team came into my life after a devastating flood in my home. SevePro was not only professional but kind and understanding. Each day Beau Justin or Lisa would call and update me. They also advised before their Team went into my home.

We had smoke damage in our home and garage from the Bobcat Fire and reached out to Servpro, and specifically Joe, because a friend of ours recommended them.

Joe was extremely patient through the whole process and worked closely with us because our insurance company did not want to pay for the entire smoke remediation. He helped us work through these issues over the three months we had to deal with the insurance company. He is truly professional, knowledgeable and cares about his customers.

The cleaning crew was absolutely amazing. They were fast, diligent and friendly. Our cleaning took two days and the lead crew members explained what would be done. The house looked pristine after and we felt safe knowing that they used materials that would not be harmful to use to clean the carcinogens from the interior of the home and garage.

My kitchen plumbing failed and flooded my entire downstairs living spaces. My homeowners insurance recommended ServPro of Glendora/SanDimas, and i'm glad they did. They showed up on time, were polite, courteous of my time, and were quick to deal with my home disaster. I communicated with Christina Pope, the ServPro Office Manager, who was professional, kind, and understanding. I didnt enjoy my house flooding but when it did i'm grateful it was Christina and ServPro who helped me get through it. Thank you.

I cannot speak highly enough about Diego, Jose and Alexander. I had a slab leak in my home. They were knowledgeable, kind and informative. Diego spoke to insurance on my behalf and ensured the floor removal happened in a timely manner. He kept me appraised of each step involved. , from asbestos testing and removal to packing and floor removal. I will always be grateful. Ashley was very knowledgeable and helpful as well. I truly cannot say enough good things about this company and highly recommend them.
UPDATE: Oscar and Martin picked up and delivered 110 boxes of flooring to my home They carried each box in with a smile and kind word. They were professional and efficient. Thank you once again for the quality of your employees.

We had the best experience with Serv Pro of Glendora! A water pipe broke in our wall destroying our month old brand new flooring. Serv Pro called and came immediately when contacted by insurance. Professional and experienced workers. Carlos and Alexander were absolutely the best! They worked tirelessly and quickly to clear the water and mold. Very professional and careful and they took time to explain what they were doing and why. We really commend them on their dedication to their work and it was a pleasure having them in our home! Lisa in the office is also wonderful as is Alex the project manager. They have made a disaster much more palatable with their expertise and attention to our problems.

ServPro was excellent to work with during what could best be described as a disaster. My house flooded and they handled the remediation on behalf of my insurance company. They did such an amazing job that when it came time for the rebuild and I had a choice of who to use, I went back to ServPro. Ben and Ezekiel were excellent to work with and even came back for minor touch ups a week later. They even phased the work so I could still live in my house even though every single room had to be touched. If I could give more than five stars I would.

Just want to say that Joe and the people
who work withh him are awesome. They came from Calif. 3 days after I called ServPro. 9 days after Helene, they had wet dry wall, carpet,pad, trim,and bathroom fixtures out of our basement. Several
days later it was dry, sanitized, and ready for estimates for repairs. Grat job guys

Servpro of Glendora/San Dimas team is Very Professional and Very Responsive from the minute I called in regarding a Pipe that had broken in our Office Building. They were at our Office fairly quickly to assess our Water issues. Servpro was able to bring in drying equipment by the end of the day and was here every day monitoring their machines until the floors and walls were dried. I dealt with a different location and didn't get the daily monitoring which made such a big difference and peace of mind to us. Thanks, you so much to all your Professional & Friendly Staff!

Recently noticed our master bathroom had a leak and water damage under neath our sink. I called SERVPRO and the office staff was friendly and was able to get a technician out to my home within a few hours for an inspection. I will absolutely use them again in the future!
