A very difficult time with this Glendora company. At first, they tried to do a half-assed kitchen "repair" based on the insurance summary without even asking what we wanted. When we told them we wanted to upgrade our cabinets, it took them 51 days to complete the job in what should've taken them a week. They put us on the back burner. Many, many days of just waiting around in an empty house with infrequent responses to our text messages. The pack-in was a disaster because the workers claimed they didn't know what to do because the cabinets were slightly different--as if they don't do this all the time--and they literally dumped everything randomly in the cabinets without any sense of order. We've spent weeks since then trying to find and sort everything out. They also jammed a piece of wood in the hinge of our garage door to prop it open, and now it won't shut properly. After they hooked our fridge back up, the water hammers every time we shut off the faucet; it took them three weeks to even look at it but couldn't find an explanation, so we just decided to fix it ourselves.

This is a huge company with many locations doing a lot of jobs. If you want quick, personal, reliable service, I recommend going elsewhere.

We had a leak from the wall above our oven, and Servpro Glendora did an outstanding job addressing the issue. They promptly came out, removed the cabinets and oven, and cleanly opened the walls to assess the damage. Their team was professional, efficient, and thorough, placing fans everywhere to ensure the walls dried properly. The entire process was handled with great care, and their work was incredibly clean and well-organized. I highly recommend them for their excellent service and professional.

What an amazing job they did! They moist vacuumed, pre treated and steam cleaned, then added a freshner. In many of the bad spots the did a special treatment with a device that looked like a rectangle iron attached to a hose. I feel I got more than my money's worth. For $155.00 I got 2 guys, 3 rooms and 2 hrs later my carpets look new. A+ job. Highly recommend!!!! I will definitely use them and refer them again.

Classic Floor Care blew away my expectations! We had carpets and a rug that I had just accepted would never be clean again. Other cleaners had tried and the stains would show back up in a day or two. Not the case with Classic Floor Care, they were friendly did the job quickly and did a fantastic job. I will never use anyone else for my floor care needs!

Highly recommend using this company. The lobby floor at my work was dirty and grungy as could be/ is a 32 year stone floor. Others had tried to clean it with not much affect. Classic came in with the deep cleaning & sealing the floor has restored it. The floor is now back to it's original color & looks so nice & clean. Beautiful job.

I would use Darren, owner of Classic Floor Care, again. He did a great job on a really difficult job. He did what was necessary until both he and I were satisfied with the result.

I’m the trustee for my deceased parents’ 2,700 sqft. home built in 1938 that I am getting ready to sell. It has 83 year old original hardwood floors, stairs and exterior ornamented doors. Although my folks had refinished some of the floors earlier, some previously refinished areas were dried out, scratched or gouged.

Also the stairs, upstairs hallway and huge master bedroom had always been covered with carpet. Under the carpet, the stair treads had large nail holes and the risers had original very thin wood that should have been replaced. In fact, the stairs probably should have been torn out and rebuilt in order to get them up to the same standard as the rest of the floors.

But to save money we decided to only refinish the master bedroom, upstairs hallway and the stairs. We decided to “screen” and buff the rest of the floors while also dealing with their problem areas.

The front door and its two sidelight panels, which all have intricate molding accents, and which all had a lot of weathering, also look good.

The wood floors everywhere look great. The stair treads even look good (considering everything)

We’ve used Classic Floor Care several times for our carpet cleaning. They showed up on time and did an excellent job. Our carpets are 16 years old and look all most new. We highly recommend them to anyone needing their carpets cleaned.
