With very few exceptions (their office manager), every interaction with J&K roofing was terrific. I did not have to deal with insurance, but I was kept in the loop along the way, and understood everything that was taking place. Lee Bronson was very knowledgeable and straight forward. Always available to answer my questions.
The large roof was completed in one day with a 15 person crew. It looks great and only a couple nails were left behind. I highly recommend Lee and his crew at J&K roofing.

I checked Google reviews and my county’s permitting website and decided on J&K Roofing. They did a fantastic job getting my roof and house repaired. They are an established company with tons of experience, support staff in an office, and established relationships with the best work crews.

Chancy Garner was my project manager. He did an amazing job for me, and I would recommend him to anyone. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the damages to my home and repairs needed. He handled all of the claims with my insurance. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and was immediately responsive to all of my questions and concerns. Chancy is genuinely a good guy who you want on your side navigating your repair process.

My project manager, Dennis Benoit keep me updated on every step of the process. His crew was fast and efficient. I had ZERO problems along the way. I highly recommend J&K Roofing!

Tim Tennant, Katherine, and the J&K Team were wonderful to work with on our hail damage repair. They were professional and efficient from the start, navigating the insurance process and providing ongoing support when we were communicating with the HOA. The team was patient during insurance delays, detailed clear options throughout, and ensured everything was handled with care. Simon was our job's project manager. From the outset, we had a positive vibe that J & K Roofing had a customer focus mindset. Simon provided many J&K recent jobs so that we could see color and shingle appearance. Once we made a decision, Simon handled everything (yes, even coordinating with our insurance adjuster). The team doing the work was great. We were impressed with how they worked together and how much they accomplished each day. If you don't ask J&K for a bid, you will miss the opportunity to have a first-class experience with your roofing project!

J&K roofing and specifically Nick Luethi did an absolutely amazing job with my new roof, siding repairs, paint and coordinating repairs with my insurance company. There really isn't a nicer more competent choice someone could make if they need a new roof and have other damage from hail.
The process was easy, the roof was done in a day and all the painting and siding repairs were scheduled quickly and done in a day too as well as help scheduling and getting a new garage door.
They did a much better job communicating and getting necessary repairs covered by insurance than anyone I have ever worked with. The quality of materials and workmanship was top tier. Nick and the team literally got my house back up to new condition on the outside. If you need work done call J&K and ask for Nick, he's been in the industry for more that 20 years and is definitely one of the most knowledgeable, nicest and honest people to work with.

Just completed a roof replacement with J&K Roofing, and we couldn't be happier with the professional, courteous service we received from Ryan Kane and everyone else who worked on our job. Ryan helped us navigate the challenges of dealing with a sluggish insurance company that greatly underestimated the cost to replace, resulting in a bit of back and forth to get something more reasonable. Not only did we get the new roof we needed, but also new gutters (they were also damaged in the hailstorm), a new garage door, and a new skylight! (It was quite a hailstorm, but everything was taken care of!) We would work with J&K and Ryan Kane again in a heartbeat if the need arose, and would highly recommend them to anyone else. Top quality, professional service all the way!

We had a great experience with Carlos and the rest of the J&K team. Carlos handled everything and was easy to work with and communicative through the whole process. Not only did they bring everything up to code (Ice&Water shield, venting, etc), but they did several additional things (fascia/soffit repair, removing an old non-functional solar-water system) that really went above and beyond. We also installed new gutters/downspouts with J&K and that team did a great job as well. Quality workmanship, attention to detail, good crews, and easy to work with.

We ended up getting solar installed a couple months after our new roof and had ran into a few issues with the solar company (no relationship with J&K at all) doing a poor job of installing. Carlos came out two separate times to look at things with me and offered some guidance on what was OK vs what could be an issue. Once I addressed those with the solar company, Carlos coordinated getting two of his guys back on the roof early the next morning to repair the spots the solar installers damaged so that they could finish that day.

I can't recommend J&K highly enough. We were happy with our experience all the way from first look to identify hail damage and work with our insurance through installation and inspection. Then when we had problems with our solar installation - that is when the customer service of J&K really shined and was extremely appreciated. If you need a new roof, ask for Carlos!

Fantastic experience! Ryan Kane was simply brilliant. Ryan walked us through the whole plan and explained everything expertly. He kept in constant contact, keeping us apprised of everything going on. Ryan went above and beyond working with our insurance to make sure we got as much covered as possible. The crew he chose was very efficient and performed a meticulous cleanup. J&K Roofing did an excellent job on our re-roofing project. Ryan Kane was our contact and he was very responsive and professional throughout the whole process. He prepared the proposal and kept us informed throughout the process. He worked with our insurance company to get the project covered in its entirety, except for our deductible and the gutter upgrades we wanted. The roofing crew did an excellent job working in between several spring storms. They were quick, efficient, and thorough. The gutter subcontractor was also very good. The overall installation looks great and exceeds our expectations.

We had our roof replaced by J&K last year, and are quite happy with the results. We worked with Ryan Kane, and he was very helpful and responsive through (and after) the whole process, and the whole crew was professional, hardworking, and friendly. We had one snag: a rainstorm that came up faster than expected, leading to some water damage inside the house. Obviously, not great, but every job has its problems. To me, the differentiating factor between a decent company and a great one is how they handle these problems, and J&K handled it perfectly. They quickly fixed all interior damage to our satisfaction, came out and checked for any additional damage or water a week later, and frequently followed up with us to make sure there were no additional issues. They did not ask for payment until well after it was clear that all damage was repaired and future damage was prevented.

If you're looking to get your roof repaired or replaced, I hope that the job goes perfectly for you. But if it doesn't, know that J&K will take care of you without you having to nag them, remind them, beg for help, etc. We are very happy that we chose this company for our roof replacement.

We chose J&K Roofing as a recommendation from State Farm Insurance for a hail claim. From start to finish, Ryan Kane made the experience as easy as can be. Ryan is friendly, knowledgeable, processional, and wonderful to deal with. In a world where communication falls by the wayside, Ryan kept us informed every step of the way. We do not live close to the home that needed roofing, gutters and paint. J&K Roofing helped us with pictures and amazing communication throughout the project. Brent was amazing to work with. He was a referral and he lived up to his reputation. I had a smaller size standing seam metal roof job and they were very responsive and did amazing work. I wanted to take a moment and thank J&k roofing and their outstanding representative Ryan Kane. We had some damage on our gutters due to storms this summer. Ryan did a fantastic job in getting them repaired. He took care of every aspect of the process, including setting up the repairs, following up on the work, making sure the paint matched, and checking in with us after the project to make sure we were satisfied.
