I've had the pleasure to work with John and his demolition team recently. They were very quick to respond to the call and showed up within the hour. I was unable to be home due to work while they did the demo. Upon returning home everything was completely spotless, you couldn't even tell that they did any work. That is the kind of work ethic and professionalism that every company should work by. An excellent example of where the standard should be. I gave 4 stars as I feel the communication could be better, as I had Equipment running in my home for much longer than I was initially told. Other than that I highly recommend this team for your water damage needs.

We had a small kitchen fire in our Denver home and put it out with water. Had no idea what to do with the entire house smelling like smoke plus a partially flooded kitchen. This Sevpro office was the fastest one in Denver to pick up the phone and come out. Great job!

We had a water leak at our ski condo in Granby Ranch. Quinn, Cliff and Angelo were amazing. They were on site the day of and staid late that night getting all the gear set up. They kept us informed every step of the way and dealt directly with our homeowners insurance which was nice. Couldn’t recommend them more. Great team.

The Servpro Golden team did a really wonderful job with my house. Their timing was very fast, and their customer service and communication went above and beyond! They updated me every step of the way, and were so easy to work with. I had a mold issue in my home that required mitigation. They demo'd the ceiling and dried out an area that had an issue.

I highly recommend SERVPRO of Golden! Bryce and Angelo have been helping me and they have been fantastic. Angelo was very careful moving my items and cabinetry out of the way. Bryce has been reassuring and knowledgeable in a very stressful situation dealing with a misdiagnosed water leak. He lets you know when he's on his way and is there when he says he will be. They are very trustworthy and I would recommend this company for any of your restoration needs!

These guys are AWESOME!. They are totally professional, and resolved the issues quickly and efficiently. From the project manager to the lead to the crew they were all focused on customer service and making the very invasive process as comfortable as possible.

We had 2 separate problems. Our house had a chronic mold problem, and my dad's condo had an emergency due to a leaking shower. When we called about the emergency they were there within 90 min, and had everything drying out within an hour. The team lead and the crew knew exactly what to do.

For the chronic mold issue they carefully surveyed all the areas, and handed us an estimate in a day. They were able to complete all the work in 2 days! The final work is very high quality and we no longer have any mold concerns.
I give this company my HIGHEST recommendation.

Quinn, Cliff and Angelo worked so hard - I really appreciated their professionalism, communication and extensive documentation so we could move onto the next steps of the process (rebuild) with relative ease. (I mean, as far as rebuilds go.)

They walked me through the process daily, as I was staying nearby and on-site to help move items and coordinate other vendors. I really appreciated being kept informed while they worked on mitigating the water damage.

I hope to never need SERVPRO's services again, but should the need arise, I know who to call!

Very happy with how SERVPRO of Golden helped us. They were prompt in assessing what needed to be done after smoke damage to our home. The crew who cleaned were phenomenal! Cabinets cleaned inside and out including the spices! Another crew was able to get rid of the smoke smell.

Ernesto did a fantastic job. We had 4 feet of water in the basement of our house. He showed up and realized the power at the house had been shut off so he needed to go get a generator to power his tools. Upon returning, the tenant showed up to remove some of their belongings and were in his way. He helped them load up chairs, a bed, a desk (which he agreed to dispose of for the person). All of this was pushing back how quickly he could start the job. In the end, he stayed at the house until 10:30PM to make sure the basement was dry. All through this, he had a great positive attitude, and was willing to do what was necessary to get the job done.
I know this is his job, but a lot of people would have just left earlier and put off the rest of the job until the following morning. He stayed and made sure there was no water left behind which may have ended up being a crucial decision. I truly appreciate his effort and diligence to finish the job. Servpro handled this professionally and swiftly, which I am thankful for.

These guys have been at my neighbors house for a few days. They think nothing of blocking peoples driveways or leaving their trash that falls out of their trucks.

They were rude and laughed at me when I asked them to pick up their trash, after I offered to let them use my garbage.

If you don’t have respect outside peoples homes I’m assuming there’s none inside as well.

About as good as you can expect given the nature of the business and the amount inherent stress if you’re needing these services. I’ve used others (also located in West Metro Denver) and these guys are the best. Spencer is a true ace. Kit will answer the phone at basically all hours and Ben in accounts receivable was very helpful regarding our bill.

I really appreciate Kit, Brad and the whole Servpro team. They stayed close to midnight getting the mitigation started and were kind and responsive throughout the whole process.
