22 years ago, when J & K Roofing replaced the existing roof on our house, we were extremely satisfied with all aspects of the process and at every opportunity through the years we have recommended this outstanding company. We did a broad search for a roofing company after a hail storm and landed on J&K Roofing. I met Ryan Kane after he led the repair on my neighbor’s roof and we quickly decided to move forward with them. Ryan was just incredible to work with - patient, detailed, and supportive. J&K did an awesome job for recently. We were selling our house and found out it needed a new roof from hail damage. I contacted 6 different roofing companies and J&K, and more specifically Dennis, was an easy pick. On initial contact with Dennis, I didn’t think we were going to be able to meet because I had to get to work in a couple hours and he was on the other side of town. However, to my surprise, he rushed down to our house and made sure to meet me with time to spare for me to get to work. This work ethic continued through the whole process and we ended up with an awesome roof! Dennis is the man!

Ryan at J&K was great to deal with. We had hail damage, and thanks to J&K and Ryan, our insurance company agreed to pay for an entirely new roof and other aspects related to the damage. There were some items which our insurance company did not wish to pay for, however, Ryan fought for us, and the company agreed to pay. I would highly recommend J & K, and do not hesitate to call Ryan for estimates, or his expert opinion.

Another complication is that I am out of town and completely relied upon Ryan to “hold my hand” through the process. No one better!

A friend of mine recommended using J&K roofing to get hail damage on our house repaired. J&K did not disappoint. Steve Coen was our general throughout the process. I have never filed an insurance claim and Esteban helped take care of working with the insurance company and they covered all my needs.

My name is Xiaoyu Li, I am a retired Electronics Engineer.
After we finished the stucco around our house, my wife was really interested in the Stone coated metal tile roof. The reason we picked up J & K to be one of the candidates, was because we looked at a similar job they did nearby, and got a very good recommendation from the owner.
We have 35 solar panels on our two story house. Due to the solar installer preferring shingles under the solar panels, the roof had to involve three different sections: tiles, shingles and flat (on top of the sun room. Dylan (a project manager from J & K) is an excellent manager. His professional quoting was very detailed and much better than other competitors. He listened to my requests carefully and responded quickly. Our roofing job was finished on time, even during the material shortage. Dylan was on the site everyday making sure of the job quality. They did extra work to make the tiles and the shingles seamless. My wife is very happy with the outlook.

I called for an inspection because I had some concerns about my roof and Nate Letts came out within a day-I was surprised with speed, efficiency, thoroughness, level of knowledge and incredible professionalism. Nate created a detailed report for me to send the insurance company so that I could get credit for having a Class 4 roof. All at no cost!!!
There is no doubt I would choose them for a new roof and give their name to friends needing a new roof.
I wish Nate and J&K could give customer service lessons to all of the industries that we deal with on a day to day basis-our happiness level as community would be 10/10!

Who thinks it’s great getting a new roof? Not me! But they made it way more manageable and easy than I could imagine! The most stressful part was getting the check authorized by our mortgage company. Danny did the rest of the work! I appreciate his time and attention to making sure we got what we needed and made it easy for us. I hope to not need a roof for a very long time but would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Quick response when I contacted them about a roof leak. Completely repaired in just a few days! Everyone was friendly and professional. Most importantly for me, communication was great, especially from Ryan, and I was always kept up to date.

Tim Tennant, lead man for all the jobs, handled all aspects from insurance negotiations, start to finish, as well as management of all work. This has been a very LONG and drawn-out experience. From the first contact to completion, took over 8 months!!!!! The roof was replaced in month 3. However, The roof installers damaged many parts of my siding and fence while installing the new roof. The gutters installers had a down spout drain directly into an exhaust pipe in my roof. Just very lazy and careless work (in my opinion). The last 5 months were spent trying to get all of this repaired.
