I can not tell you how pleased I am with my newly renovated kitchen. This project has been on my mind for over 6 years since the purchase of our home. We received quotes a few years ago but put the project on hold due to cost. Last winter, we finally decided to hire a contractor. To my surprise, many contractors did not want to work in Philadelphia due to the strict construction guidelines within the city. Those that were willing did not want to deal with zoning/building permits. Noam Construction had no issues with these, as they are experienced with working in the city. Their price was very competitive compared to the scope of the kitchen renovation I wanted.

Zohar provided us with a timeline and kept it, maintaining exceptional cleanliness and organization throughout the process. He and his team were very polite and professional, treating my family and me with great respect. The work was precise, and the crew was highly efficient. My family and all our guests who’ve seen the new kitchen have given us many compliments. I want to give a shoutout to Zohar, Tyler, Victor, and Sai, who helped me get through what amounted to a huge renovation project.

The joists under my kitchen were in really bad shape, and most of them had to be replaced, which necessitated a rebuild of the kitchen. The price was competitive and they helped me navigate all the permits, coming up with a layout, picking out materials, coordinating inspections, all that stuff. I had also asked for a few things like front door and screen door replacement, replacing the drafty window & door on the back wall with a sliding door, building a deck over the uneven and steep concrete steps to the backyard, installing a 240v outlet behind my gas stove so I can upgrade it later on down the line. Really a ton of work in total.

The bulk of the construction took about 10 weeks, with two weeks after that dealing with a few minor things. I'm very happy with how everything came out. We had a few roadbumps in the process, but they were addressable and got addressed, which is to me the most important part.

If I need more major work done on my house I'm definitely coming back to these guys first.

We hired Noam for a sizable home renovation, and it was the best decision from the beginning to the end of the project. It is rare to find such an organized, reliable, meticulous, efficient, and professional contractor/construction team. Every day, we were made aware of the plan for the day, and the communication was always fantastic. Unlike most other companies where you're simply assigned to one of the project managers, we worked directly with the owner daily. We were never waiting for answers or wondering about next steps. Each team member was extremely respectful, dependable, and pleasant. They treated our home as if it was their own. We received regular photo updates and walk throughs when we were home and the best part...they finished ahead of schedule. Choose Noam for any home project, big or small.

He and the team were willing to accommodate my last minute projects (fixing the subfloor of a bedroom on the second floor and reglueing and regrouting the kitchen tiles) because I happened to have days off and there would be no kids in the house the week after my consultation with them. The team was similarly very courteous, professional, and worked cleanly and efficiently. The kitchen floor repair became much more complicated than either Zohar or I anticipated, requiring a full replacement of the tiles. Yet Zohar and team were kind enough to work with me to manage the added costs and finish on the originally agreed upon schedule, including working longer hours and over the weekend. I cannot praise them enough.

I found Noam Construction on Google so it was a leap of faith hiring them for our renovation but I have zero regrets.
