I hired Noam Construction to do interior renovation for our restaurant. Zohar and his team did an excellent job. They were very detail oriented and the project was completed on time as promised. We hired 2 different contractors before Noam Construction and it was big disappointment. However I am glad I was able to find Zohar and his team they are very trustworthy and honest in their work and communicated it well to us.

Had an excellent experience with these guys! Zohar and Tom were very friendly and able to accommodate a very tight schedule to remove damaged stucco and install new vinyl siding on our house just a couple of weeks before closing a sale which made a huge difference for us! They were very quick to respond when we reached out and came to the house within just a day to do a thorough assessment of the work that would need to be done. They were not the cheapest estimate we got but their attentiveness and service sold us on the quality of work that we would get, and we did not regret that at all. They were also very true to the estimate that they gave (which is not often the case with many other builders). The crew was respectful and professional and made sure to do their best to keep our house clean while they were working, and put paper down on all of the hardwood flooring to prevent messes/damage. Tom and Zohar came back to the house nearly everyday until the job was done to inspect the work, make sure everything was on schedule, and make tweaks to the plan to ensure that the quality was top notch. We could not recommend them more highly and will definitely be reaching out to them if we ever need work done on a home again!

I was looking to remodel my kitchen for years, a friend recommended Noam construction and it was the best recommendation iv ever received. They were professional, punctual yet friendly. As a physician, remodeling a kitchen felt like daunting project, however, the guys at Noam were so approachable, so humble and explained every step of the process. They turned the anxiety of remodeling into a fun easy project and guided me through every decision I made.
I am thankful for them and definitely looking forward to remodel the rest of the house.

I had a serious leak in my bathroom and I solicited multiple estimates for the work. Noam’s estimate was competitive and the price seemed about right. I could not be happier with my choice. The guys are professional, competent, and diligent about communication. The final project is, if anything, better than I had hoped and they stayed right on budget. They hire competent people for each aspect of the work, and carefully inspect the work, and the cleanup, to ensure it is all done properly. Indeed, there were, inevitably, small elements that were not up to their standards and they followed through, bringing the project to completion, exactly as agreed. I note in addition that they guys are very nice and easy to work with and talk to.

It is a big deal to hire contractors for sizable projects and there is always a risk. They did the work on time, on budget, and professionally. I have additional projects in my home and will continue to turn to them first when it comes to additional work. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Postscript: After having them redo by bathroom, I asked Noam construction to add a smart thermostat to one of my three HVAC zones. This was not completely straightforward because the thermostat had to be properly connected to the board that controls the zones and to a thermometer in the upstairs bedroom. The project was executed flawlessly. In addition, by coincidence, my A/C unit broke and Noam was able to get someone on the same day. The unit is now working again. Again, I cannot recommend this company more highly.

Noam Construction helped fully renovate our bathroom after some water damage. The entire team and Claudio did a fantastic job, making sure everything was properly waterproofed and tested. The work was done quickly but also properly each step of the way. They even made sure to send a cleaning crew after all the work was done as well, which was awesome. Pricing was fair and in line with the other contractors in the Philly area.

After a complete disaster with our first contractor, I can’t express how lucky we were to find Noam Construction. They took a nightmare situation and fixed it beautifully. They were precise in their estimates, scheduling, and aesthetics. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to avoid losing money and time on their home project.

Had a great experience with Noam Construction! Price was extremely competitive compared to other bids I had and Zohar was communicative throughout the whole process. We had one issue with our bathroom that they were able to mitigate and fix and take responsibility for immediately. Highly respect this team with incredible timing work - and best of all- Mike who is hilarious, and brings the humanity and fun into his work. Mike was truly our point person and made us feel comfortable and made the experience the best it could be. Highly recommend!!

The tools are reliable and comprehensive for modeling excavations, foundations, and stability analyses. The technical support and assistance I’ve received have been excellent — always attentive and solution‑oriented. I am very satisfied with the experience and highly recommend these software solutions to other engineers looking for practical and well‑supported tools.

DeepEx is an extremely valuable tool for designing support of excavation systems, tiebacks, piles, etc.. The graphical interface is great, and a big improvement over other programs i have used. Their technical support has also been critical in my understanding of the program. They always get back to me right away to answer questions and solve my issues. 5 Stars for Dimitrios and the whole crew over there.
