Matt is genuine and hard working. I needed a reliable electrician to install power and bond my newly installed pool. He was responsive in the quotation process and arrived as scheduled. Very impressed by his hard work and integrity throughout. I highly recommend him.

He replaced 5 original ceiling fans with new fans - some were challenging due to ceiling height and angle of ceiling, but Matt got the job done correctly. Matt did a fantastic job on a whole home remodel electrical job including putting in a completely new electrical panel along with replacing the outside connection service and updating all of the electrical throughout. He also added several lights throughout the house and other tasks along the way. He was very responsive throughout the entire process, stayed on time and completed everything in a very professional way. I called for service nearly after hours. I left a message and within a half hour Matt responded. We set up an appointment for the next morning. He was punctual and very polite. Within a few minutes the problem was found, circuits checked, as well as the plugs.
The charge was very small for what he did.
I will only call Lake Home Electric for all my electrical issues. I would rate Matt more than 5 stars.

We searched years for a competent electrician who would do residential work. Matt from Lake Home Electric came quickly for an estimate, scheduled the work, came on time, did an excellent job, found and corrected faulty electrical work done by previous companies, was friendly, honest, and went above and beyond what was expected. He charged a reasonable fee. We were completely satisfied and want to claim him as our electrician for life.

So impressed with Matt, the owner/operator of Lake Home Electric! Extremely professional and knowledgeable as a Senior Electrician. So grateful and thankful to have found his company! Called for an appointment and received a call back within an hour or so. Set the appointment for later in the day which is incredible service! He even texted when he was within an hour of arrival, which is always so helpful. Matt resolved the main issue quickly, plus completed additional work on a second issue. In addition, he did a troubleshoot on third area in question. His rates are so fair given his expertise and can-do spirit. You will be so impressed. Matt was very professional, and helped diagnose the problem on ohio edison side. He then came back to fix a problem I was having. Great pricing, good guy, he came in and got it done quick. I definitely will call him if I have any other electrical problems.

In December, I had a new breaker panel installed in my home. Matt is incredible to work with. He provided regular updates and completed all the work in a timely and professional manner. He asked about a few extra details while he was at the job site and quoted the additional work fairly. I will not hesitate to reach out again if I need any additional electrical work done in the home.

Linton and Stinson have replaced electrical panels for me and I’ve seen their work on a full-underground service replacement for a house and several outbuilding property. Their work is consistently high quality.

They are great people, responsive, communicate well, and go above and beyond to find solutions that save time and money while still ensuring everything is done the right way. That balance of efficiency and doing things correctly is hard to find.

Just as important, their pricing is competitive and they stand behind their work. I manage multiple properties across Lucas County and live in Ottawa County, and they’ve proven to be a reliable partner.

I don't hand out 5 stars, but these guys came close. Did a good job, within a reasonable time & a fair price. I will call on them for future when needed.
