We had an emergency call on a Sunday night. They answered right away. Confident, courteous and very professional. Fixed quickly with no surprises. We will be using them for all our work going forward.

We lost power to our garage, and suffered damage due to a hidden problem with the wiring between the house and the garage. He tracked down the problem and performed the repair in a few hours. He's always been knowledgeable and willing to handle whatever we're in need of.

I live in a mobile home, and let me tell you, it was not easy finding an electrician willing to do electrical work in a trailer. Eric from ENM electrical returned my call the same day I left a message. He is very nice, professional and has 20+ years of electrical work experience. He came and replaced quite a few of my outlets and had to fix alot of issues I had from another source that did not do the electrical work correctly, and also from water damage in the walls. He does GREAT work. 10 out of 10 would recommend him to anyone that needs electrical work done!

He came out after hours to get our electric problems worked on. He made sure we had electric where we most needed it and made sure it was safe until he was able to come back and fix the main electrical panel.
I would strongly recommend him to take care of any electrical problems you may have. Reliable and professional.

I called on a Sunday afternoon regarding problems in my living room. ENM had responded and was at my house within an hour and diagnosed then soved my problem within 45 minutes. Could not be happier with their services!

Called Eric as we had an emergency with the electric coming into our home. He was very professional and explained everything in detail solved the issue that same day. Hands down the best customer service and work ethic.

I contacted various companies and had no luck on getting anyone to answer the phone. When I called ENM Electrical Services, they were quick to pick-up and when I stated my issue, he felt the same as I did (emergency) This was after hours and was prompt to arrive in the time window he said. He was very friendly, he took pictures inside the panel to show me what was going on. I was impressed on all his tools and personal protective equipment. Once he got the water vacuumed out from between the breakers and around the panel, he got busy cleaning and finding out the problem. Once fixed and put back together, he wanted to check voltage on areas where I had the problems. He even found a tripped GFCI in the garage from moisture and the openers would not work. I will for sure be using them again for additional work and even recommending them to others.

Eric came out he was knowledgeable and thorough. Got our meter base and breaker box upgraded very quickly. Very clean install, very satisfied with the quality of work ENM provides. Will be using them for all future electrical needs.

I had unexplainable problems with a pop in the wall outlet and it's breaker tripping. We thought the problem was taken care of but we had to go further backwards to find that I had damaged Romex wiring. He was here another two hours until the problem was satisfactorily taken care of. The total service call was almost four hours.

New wiring was run and all connections were checked to be tight/secure.

I am very impressed with his professionalism, and he explained what he was doing every step of the way, almost as is he was teaching his apprentice.

I tipped him and he straight up told me it was going to come off the final bill. It was taken off the invoice. Everything he had done was aboveboard.

I've found the only electrician I will deal with from now on.

I emailed ENM on Saturday night at 9:30 about an electrical issue I thought could result in an electrical fire, but had no clue how to figure it out myself. Within a half hour, Eric was calling me to schedule a time to come out the very next day. Once he got here, he got the issue figured out within just a few minutes and set out to do the repair. In less than 45 minutes, the problem was resolved. He even offered some advice on how we could take care of future repairs ourselves. I am wholeheartedly recommending ENM's services for any and all electrical issues. I would definitely use them again.

We arrived home late from the Halloween Parade to find that over half of our home was either out of power, or had power that was flickering on and off. I of course was worried about faulty wiring and potentially a house fire. My husband, Josh, attempted the circuit breaker and nothing changed. We then called ENM at 11:45pm. Eric answered and he was very honest with us that there was an after hours fee to have him come out, and that if it was an AEP problem, there wasn't anything he could do, but he was happy to come out. He didn't come out "when he could" or "in a couple hours", no, he said "I'll be there in 12 minutes." It was so reassuring to have him take us seriously and to come out to see what he could do. He was polite and friendly the entire time he was here and even joked around with my husband. Yes it was after midnight at this point, but we never felt rushed or brushed off. It was an AEP issue, but Eric called them for us and got the ball rolling. It was so nice to have peace of mind though. In the end, we had our power restored within about 2 hours. We later learned that Eric owns ENM. You don't find many business owners who actually take care of customers themselves anymore! I highly recommend their services and look forward to working with them in the future.

Eric got me in last minute for an estimate. He finally got here and fixed my issue after 8 o’clock!!! What electrician works that late?! Above and beyond my expectations! Extremely happy and will refer to anyone that asks! Thank you!

Contacted various other companies and did not get a response. Contacted Eric over the weekend and did not expect to hear from him until Monday...but instead, he contacted me right back. He squeezed me in for a quote within a couple days. He even fixed a couple switches with loose wires while he was putting together a quote. He then sent a quote and was totally willing to work with me to change the quote. Decided to go with original quote and he was very patient with me. He came and did all the work, and even had additional suggestions. He also noticed that our water heater was leaking and our exhaust pipe for our furnace wasn't angled correctly. He did not have to take time to notice this other stuff, but I'm so glad he did!! Great guy...highly recommend!!!

ENM did a fantastic job rewiring our kitchen! The old wiring was a little sketchy and the remodel has been high on my list since we bought the house. The electrician was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about layout, and updates. I really also really appreciated that he reached out and confirmed a few days before the job. He was very efficient and also gave us tips to save us work on future projects. Highly recommend and we will definitely be hiring him again for more projects!

Eric was excellent. I requested a quote late in the evening on Sunday the 25th. He responded via email within 30 minutes and we scheduled the work a few days later. He was on time, and very professional. He took some extra time to explain a few extra electrical questions I had. I will absolutely use ENM for any future work!

I was very impressed at how quick Eric was to get 1 of my jobs done. I have been calling around and most people dont seem to want to work let alone come out to give you an estimate. Holy cow, what service! Our fridge went out tonight and our little guy’s milk was at risk of going bad. Eric called us back right away and was able to fix our issue over the phone! We will be calling ENM for all our electrical needs from now on.

We called last night and today they came out. The tech found our problem and fixed it. He was thorough and courteous. He even gave a veterans discount. We definitely will call again for future work that needs to be done. We highly recommend this company.

Eric (ENM Electrical Service) was a true professional. He ran a new 240v line and shut off switch for our new hot tub. He came out on a Sunday after a very busy week. He made sure everything worked as it should. I would definitely recommend Eric and will hire again if needed.
