Aramis and Rick were a pleasure to meet today when they came to our home to inspect major problems we are having between our plumbing and our air conditioning. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. We are so happy to have found a company that understood the problem and offered solutions when many other air conditioning and plumbing businesses did not know how or would not help. We will update this review when the job is completed.

We’ve had some issues regarding our plumbing. Anthony Sullivant has always been responsive, proactive and guiding us through the options needed to help our plumbing issues. He’s patient and takes the time to answer any/all questions we have. I highly recommend him!

Joey arrived the same afternoon I called. He was very professional and explained everything perfectly. He provided pictures of drain vents and explained the situation. He was able to analyze the situaion and provide a great solution for the same price. So far everything is working great!

We used Mainline plumbing for a recent issue at my mom’s house where her kitchen faucet was leaking. Mainline came over, diagnosed the issue, and determined that the entire faucet needed replacement. I had bought a new one for such and issue and it was used to replace the old one. The technician (maybe Dave?) who supported us was extremely proficient and courteous and was able to resolve the issues professionally without concerns. I was extremely grateful for the prompt service. If we ever need plumbing service in the future, Mainline Plumbing will be the first firm we will call, as I know my issue will be resolved timely and professionally. Thank you, Mainline.

So here is the review.

About 18 month ago, we had a shower faucet that would not shut off. I shut off the water supply to the house and called Mainline (NOT as an emergency call). The technician came to the house that day, said we needed a new replacement cartridge for the faucet and replaced it. He was here < 30 minutes. The bill was over $300.

I later found the same Moen replacement cartridge online for about $35 retail. So we were charged over $270 for a service call and under 30 minutes labor.

Greg and Dom did a fabulous and quick job. Toilet is like new. And the price was great!

The plumber was helpful, outlining a number of options and explaining each one detail. He was professional and courteous and there was no pressure to commit to a repair immediately.

Mainline replaced all the cast-iron plumbing underneath my house about a year ago. It was a major undertaking. They did an amazing job replacing everything. But the real test is time. So a little over a year later, I would just like to say that I am completely satisfied with the job they did. You would only know how pleasant it is to have good plumbing that you don’t have to worry about unless you’ve spent years fighting clogs in cast-iron plumbing. I would strongly recommend mainline. The
owner and the office staff are amazing people as well as their men in the field.

I had water coming out of my toilet in my basement. I called Marine plumbing and they sent out Mark P. He was awesome. Came out and replaced the seal as well as the parts in the tank. Bathroom was spotless when he left. Everything is like new. Highly reccomend.

I was having nothing but problems with my kitchen drain until I called Mainline pluming and Mark Pezzetti was sent out to assist me. He recommended that I install a garbage disposal and ever since I haven’t had any problems. He was super professional and informative. Bonus points to him for being great with my dog coco too. Would highly recommend them and ask for Mark!!!!!

Mark Pezzetti does amazing work! I’ve known him for many years and I’m still amazed at how good he is at what he does. He replaced the hot water tank in my elderly mother’s house in an emergency all by himself and in only a few hours. He’s efficient, fair, and very knowledgeable. Couldn’t recommend him enough!!

10/10 service would definitely offer him as my go to guy to friends and family! Mark was incredibly kind and a very generous and hard working person. He was able to help me with any questions I had and helped explained everything out to me before he did it. Would recommend to anyone!!

I needed my hot water tank replaced. A friend recommended Mainline plumbing. They sent Mark P out and he recommended I use a tankless hot water tank and I couldn’t be happier! My electric bill went down monthly and I also received a 2000 dollar federal tax rebate. Service was excellent, very knowledgeable and explained everything to me so I could understand it. Overall a very wonderful experience!

I had a serious AC drain line clog that turned out to be a solid blockage deep in the old piping. Mark Pezzetti from Mainline Plumbing handled the job with incredible professionalism, skill, and determination. He had to carefully cut through the drywall and partially replace the drain line and once I saw how bad the clog really was, I understood that Mark didn’t just provide a solution, he provided the best solution.

He replaced only what was necessary and left everything clean, neat, and better than before. I’m truly impressed and grateful. Thanks, Mark!
