I’ve never had someone handle an issue the way these guys did. In the beginning I was a little nervous about not only the repairs but who to trust. I’m glad I decided to listen to Kenny. I can’t speak highly enough of him but also his team. The technicians were clean and respectful and did exactly what they said they were going to do. So far so good. They were helpful on the phone and responded on site quickly. The project manager was knowledgeable and provided multiple viable options that were reasonably priced. I’m choosing them as my contractor as a result after meeting with multiple contractors. Hopefully the execution is as professional as the initial introduction.

After calling several AC companies. I called Mainline Plumbing AC & Electric. I spoke with Kenny who gave me great advice on what I should purchase. But also gave me the best price of all. I brought a 5 ton Ruud and compressor. The unit was a perfect fit for the replacement. His crew came out the following day and did a great and professional job. They were very clean as well. Didn’t get there names but were amazing in their work. I would like to give Mainline two thumbs up on the installation job they did. I definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for and Air Conditioning.

Mainline is the only call I had to make when fixing something mechanical on my home. They are an amazing company with nothing but the most professional tradesmen that they sent to our home.

I did a $200k + home renovation with them, and the experience and finished product was not as promised. I contemplated with this review, but I felt like if I was in the other side I would want to know the results. You pay for the results.

If the contractor is named Tim Carter, he's a horrible contractor. First of all, he operates under his brother's license. He doesn't have his own. He also changes his address for his business all the time. He took money from my husband and I to replace our ceptic tank and never did the job even after he pulled a permit for it. The hide looked very nice when finished but a lot of the work was just speed together and things started falling apart less than a year after moving into our home. He's very unprofessional and doesn't mind arguing with his clients. He told us that our money was blocked in his partner's account and he could keep working on our home so the job took 14 months instead of the promised 6 months to complete. I would not recommend him to anyone that I cared about.

They take advantage of the elderly. Does not stay in contact with customer. Never fixed the dishwasher and would not give a full refund.

Our dryer was making a whistling sound that was starting to worry me, so I called for a dryer vent cleaning. Ethan was the technician, and he found that the flexible hose behind the dryer was crushed and full of lint. He replaced the hose with a more durable semi rigid one and cleaned the entire line out to the exterior wall. The whistling sound stopped immediately, and the dryer is running much cooler than it used to. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain why the old hose was causing a problem. I feel much more confident running a load of laundry now that the airflow is corrected.

They took the time to explain to me the different features of the new AC and how each one works. The head technician was very accommodating and even fulfilled my request to receive a digital thermostat with large numbers. I would like to acknowledge the help that Air Boca gave me last week. My a/c had stopped putting out cool air. I called up Air Boca and spoke with Diane. She was able to send a technician to evaluate the problem the same day. The service tech Yandis was very professional and found I was low on freon and replaced the freon. He also found that I had a sticky thermostat and was able to replacement it. The work was done timely and at a reasonable price. Thank you, Air Boca
