I've used ABC Pest Control for over a year now to treat my lawn. I couldn't be more pleased with their outstanding service, professionalism and knowledge. They provide complete service once a month and will come out more if needed. They truly care about keeping my lawn healthy and beautiful.

The owner of the company, Mark Govan, has an informative Call-In Radio Show where he answers questions from listeners concerning anything related to growing healthy plants, grass, trees, etc. I found out about ABC through the radio show. I was so impressed with Mark's knowledge and caring attitude, I thought his company would be better than the other companies I had used in the past. I was right - Thank you ABC!

I have used ABC Pest Control for years and remain happy with the service provided. ABC has always responded to any concerns I’ve had and are knowledgeable in all areas concerned. The service providers are courteous and helpful. I spoke with Lacey today in customer service and she was also courteous and helpful with questions.

Always show up when scheduled, if not get courtesy call back. Sure do not have any problems with bugs ECT. If have contact with techs they have a friendly attitude

First, I'd like to say how grateful I am that ABC was willing to treat my grandmothers piano (a family heirloom) by coming to my house as opposed to the competitors who all requested I have the piano shipped to their facility. Right there saved me a ton of money and time! Second, I am very pleased with everyone I have interacted with from ABC. They have been friendly, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable about what they do, and are more than happy to educate you on the process. My service has come with a year warranty, which has come in handy already since these critters can be difficult to pin down. ABC has come back to my house for further treatments, with no problems whatsoever. Thank you so much to Violette, David, and Julia for the wonderful service you have provided!! ABC Pest Control will be my go-to!

I met with multiple companies, large ones and small ones. I can honestly say that after meeting with Chelsey i felt very comfortable with using ABC. She was very personable, knowledgeable, and she did not pressure for the business. She made herself available to answer all questions even after meeting and if she did not know the answer she found out and relayed it to me promptly. I had Bobby, a supervisor, at my home the day of our application. I was very happy to have him working at our home. He was also very personable, knowledgeable, and thorough. He took the time to answer questions and make sure I had the information I needed available to me. He even made sure he was cleaning up as he worked. This company is definitely the way to go if you have any needs for pest control/prevention. Thank you to Chelsey for making it an easy transaction and to Bobby for the seamless work he did at our home. I am very pleased with every aspect of working with ABC.

Thank You, ABC Pest, for sending Bobby to my house on short notice today! He was so kind, helpful, and patient. He went Over and Beyond today. He didn't come to take all my money and run. He went thru my whole yard every window and even the palm trees in my yard. To help me learn what to look for and how to do preventive maintenance. Lacey, was so kind on the phone. I can't stand talking to "attitudes" on the phone. I will cancel any further business with any company if the customer service is bad. She was so sweet and gracious. Good companies and employees deserve to be recognized, especially when there are so few left. Thank You so much, Bobby! Thank you Lacey, and Thank you ABC Pest!

Yesterday Julia came to our home to explain the services of ABC Pest Control. She was very helpful and informative and provided some tips that we could use.
Today Dave and Ron came to do the clean out for our home and they too were very helpful and informative.
We are totally impressed with the professional manner of all your employees and would highly recommend your Company.

Julia was very professional and knowledgeable and took the time to educate me on all unwanted house invaders. She also gave me a lot of tips. I have been with ABC for 5 years and never had a problem with service. If your looking for a great company and great service checkout ABC. Jessica helped me today by taking my payment over the phone. She was kind and efficient. She offered to set me up with auto pay to make payments easier but I declined for now. This is a wonderful company to work with. From the techs who provide services, the office staff and specialists who troubleshoot a problem, they have all been honest, friendly and knowledgeable. I had carpenter ants a few seasons ago and they got rid of them for good. Highly recommend this company

I called ABC Pest Control yesterday morning and Julia was at my house later yesterday afternoon to provide me with an estimate. She was very personable, thorough and gave me a lot of great information about pests. Julia answered all of my questions and provided advice on things I could easily do around the house to help to protect our home. I was able to call and schedule and appointment for them to start services next week. So far the company is living up to all of their great reviews 😁

Update: Recently contacted ABC Pest Control to inquire about adding mosquito treatment to my existing services. Julia was out within a couple of days to measure the area I wanted treated and to give me a thorough explanation of how the treatments work. A couple of days later (today), Carrie came out to spray. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. Very pleased with the quick turnaround and great customer service. Would also like to give a shout out to Darryl for the ongoing courtesy and service he has provided when coming out to provide our general pest treatments.

ABC pest control was excellent, I called because my husband found a mouse in our washer dryer room outside, they made a scheduled appointment in 2 days and showed up on time and serviced what we ask for. Our technician Neil was very courteous and knowledgeable. We would recommend ABC for any future pest service.

We have had a quote/inspection done by one other business and ABC Pest gave us the best experience. Not only is it more affordable than the other option by saving us $110!! But the service was awesome. Julia was extremely informative and kind. Right off the bat she started educating us on the rats that got into our home and immediately figured out all the entry areas. She was thorough yet quick. It took about 45 minutes for the inspection.

Always provided respectful quality service. Caden is very informative, as many questions as I ask he always has the answer! He does his job throughly. I love that he tells me exactly what to watch for and gives me a time frame to watch for. I am set up on an easy monthly payment for preventative service however recently a critter was brought into my home. Carol was able to get me a prompt emergency visit along with a new plan to make sure the critters stay gone for good. I appreciate the great service we are being provided with from the start.

We have been with ABC Pest for several months. Overall, the service has been good. We had a problem with roaches, that got out of hand and was discusting. They came in and over time, solved the problem, and that is the main thing. So in that regard, I would recommend them. Areas of improvement would be communication among thier office staff because that has been a challenge and something they should work on as far as finding the right technician. We were very impressed with Larry today. His knowledge and professionalism should be and was greatly appreciated, as well as the office manager, Holly. I am giving higher reviews for them!

Buyer Beware! Read Page 2 of their contract carefully! There is no way to get out of the contract. After about 6 months I ran into financial difficulties and asked to cancel my contract. They cancelled my contract and then told me I was required to pay the balance of the contract, well over $300.00 Clearly they didn't care!
If I was going to pay anyway I called and told them I would keep the service. Since they cancelled my contract they started a new 12 month contract. I either had to pay over $300.00, which I didn't have, or keep the new contract for 12 months before I could cancel without paying the remainder. Finally out of the contract! Asked numerous times to speak with a manager which never happened. ABC clearly only cares about their money. Service tech Shadow was great. But I believe no one should ever do business with this company!!!
