Great team with fabulous service. ABC has been our pest control team for over 15 years. They keep the property pest free and respond to any pest spots needs that might arise.

Great company, both the inspector who came out and the serviceman were extremely nice and thorough going above and beyond. Highly suggest the quarterly pest prevention they offer

They have serviced us for over 6 years, no bugs at all!! If there are minor issues that come up they always are there the next day to resolve them. Great service, would highly recommend them!!

Mike is very knowledgeable about the different pests/diseases in the area, in order that our palms can be treated and saved. Diagnosing is very important in landscape care, and this pest control company went above and beyond to explain it to us, as well as the recommended treatment. Would definitely recommend when your plants have issues and you don't know who to ask!

I am so tired of being harassed by this company. In Oct 2024 as I was preparing to sell my home, I had the house treated for both drywood and subterranean termites. On the quote included a monthly warranty for the stt. I told Bobby I was selling the house and asked if it was able to be cancelled if the buyers did not want to extend it. Via text message, that I STILL HAVE, he clearly stated that if the buyers did not choose to keep it, the monthly amount could be cancelled. I sold in late December and cancelled in January. They continue to call me, claiming I owe for the ENTIRE YEAR (over $300) and send me threatening emails constantly. I've explained it over and over to no avail. Nor have the asked to see the actual text messages. I am getting so tired of the harassment. I'm getting ready to report them to the BBB. (Prior to this, I used to RECOMMEND them. I've used them for my parents house and mine in the past...I cannot believe they have become THIS).

Be careful when you sign for service. You’re locked into a year and they may not tell you up front. They charge you extra if you use a credit card. Don’t give them ACH access to bank account. They will bill you monthly even if you’re quarterly. Stay with the service person during service and inspection. They will overlook a lot. Not very happy with this company and definitely will not renew! Definitely don’t recommend!

David was extremely knowledgeable and careful working through my interior space. He was also very polite and easy to work with! Highly recommend working with ABC and their technicians and 10/10 would recommend their service to friends and family !

Overcharged for removal of bee hive that was not removed. When I contacted the company my call was ignored . The second call resulted in a manager asking " what am I supposed to do" no call back. Crap service.

We’ve been using ABC for years. Excellent technicians, and a shout out to the office staff who cheerfully answer any questions we have about billing, etc.

abc pest control is ridiculousyl expensive i am sure this post will be pulled off. every time you turn around they are raising their prices 99.00 for around the trailer and two weeks later a bill for 60.00 for lawn and under the trailer they use to be reasonable but have gone out of sight this is a mobile home not a large house

Call to cancel my service and was told they would charge me a $500 cancellation fee and got extremely belligerent when I told them that there was no way I was going to pay that kind of money she put me on hold and charged my wife's bank account $50 and now none of them cowards will even answer the phone it is an absolutely pathetic way to do business but you will never get another Penny out of us I have already contacted the bank. Pathetic company with pathetic coward owners. That's just my opinion though

Both the salesman Bobby, and Neil who came out to do the service were not only professional, they were knowledgeable and very personable also. The same goes for Kelly in the office. We are so glad we went with ABC over other companies we contacted. Best news, no bugs!

Waste of money. We have been with them for over a year and grass has steadily declined and infestation of millipedes continues around the home. Their efforts and responses seem futile. This is a new property with fresh sod and if pest control company has trouble maintaining that left to them in good condition my faith is not with their abilities

I have had this office of ABC doing my pest control for many years. I have never had a complaint or problem with the work. If I noticed an area of spiders that I didn't like, they "fixed" it! Sometimes bugs seem to just appear! I work at home a couple of days a week and they are really understanding about that and thoughtful! No reason to change from their product and service.

Mark is so knowledgeable and so helpful. I call him the Lawn Jesus. He took my Sand Spur riddled yard, and put me on a schedule to get me going in the right direction! Awesome company. Give them a try. You'll be glad you did!

Thanks for spraying our home for the past 8 years. We never have bugs inside. Yesterday I saw and killed a very slow palmetto bug in my bathroom. It's the first time I've ever seen one in my home. I'm sure that your chemicals are what slowed it down. I squashed it and cleaned up the mess which was quite traumatizing, but also very satisfying. No more nasty, giant bug!! Yippee!! Thanks again for your services. 😊

I was so nervous but the rep was awesome. He put me at ease. He was patient with all my questions. Walked me through everything. Best experience i could hope for. I didn't remember his name but hopefully you can look him up and let him know he did a great job.
