We called them to clean the septic tank. An inspector came by 2 months later and it had not been fully cleaned. We had to call someone else to come and finish their job. DO NOT RECOMMEND

This company is highly rated on the BBB website and I now know why. Everyone I met today was professional, personable and did not try to profit off my problem (mysterious hole in the yard near the septic).I knew from my prodding that there was an issue with the lid on the septic tank. One company, without seeing the problem, informed me that I needed a new drainfield and suggested that their company pump the septic in order ro find out for certain. I previously informed this person that the septic was pumped the previous year, there was no odor emanating from the hole and no water pooling in the area. Another company also suggested that the septic be pumped even though they agreed that the issue was the lid. I was informed by A Aaron Super Root's highly knowledgeable rep that there was nothing wrong with the water level in the tank . Rather, he addressed the real issue-the broken tank lid. He provided options and formulated a plan that would not be excessive and two highly skilled employees installed the replacement. They were all very respectful of my property and are highly recommended. Should I need encounter future problems, I would not hesitate to call A Aaron Super Root.

Very unprofessional when it comes to customer service and responsiveness. Once they take your money forget about you as a client. Which is very foolish because they are not only loosing one client, they are building a bad reputation and preventing us to recommend them.

This is a scam company! I called them to clean the septic tank ... arrived, did the work, and after two weeks the septic tank was full again! I paid $ 700 for the service! I called the company, they say that let's give another 250 dollars, and we will clean it again! It's a lie!!! Never contact this company !!! Fraudsters !!!

I HAD THE BEST TECHNICIAN EVER!!!!! ROBERT, CAME IN AND FIXED MY TOILET THE FIRST TIME AROUND. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, NICE. I WOULD TOTALLY RECOMMEND A AARON SUPER ROOTER IF ANYONE NEED THE JOB DONE RIGHT.

Worst experience of my life with this sort of thing! I called them because my septic tank was full and I told them it had backed up onto the bathtubs etc....they kept delaying and every time it was "we'll be there in an hour" or "they are on the way and stuck in traffic"....FINALLY a couple of guys showed up to unclog the lines but couldn't do it because the tank had not been emptied.....the tanker showed up after dark and the NEXT MORNING it was backing up again. At this point I had paid them $ 275.00. They said they'd send the two guys that supposedly had unplugged the stoppage the day before (again, after many delays they showed up at 5pm)....and they unplugged the stoppage. This was four weeks ago. They charged me ANOTHER $ 275!!! YESTERDAY MAY 8TH - THE WORK HAS TO BE DONE AGAIN.....THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES!!! I'VE CALLED AMERICAN SEPTIC WHOM I THOUGHT I WAS CALLING WHEN I CALLED THEM....THEY PRETENDED They had been to my house before which they had not. Beware of these people.

The workers are professional and did a wonderful job. they were very neat, polite and took very good care of the property, i would use them again if i ever had to and highly recommend them!!

This is the WORST and most UNPROFESSIONAL business we have ever experienced in 15 yrs. Took deposit, late over 2 1/2 hrs and then cancelled without even a courtesy call. The office manager and boss was the rudest and totally UNRELIABLE!!!!

The receptionist was rude and said they could come around 3pm, however, they arrived by 11am which was excellent because we were still home. The men did a great job, very efficient and professional. Removed one star because of receptionist.

Thanks for taking care of my septic. These men came and cleaned my tank and clean after they left. The workmanship these men have is so wonderful and I can't thank them enough. They even played with my dogs for a while.
