Words are not enough to describe this company.
I called this company due to a problem our house pipeline was having.
Had the pleasure to meet Jeremy, incredibly polite, courteous and very helpful, Richard, Dylan and another young man do not recall his name came back and finished the job effectively.
Most definitely recomend Aaron Super Rooter, from the moment you call the company until the job gets done you will meet efficiency, politeness and courtesy.

I recommended them to some friends a few months ago that needed a pump out. The owner gave them one price, but the worker charged them double the price after the pump out. Ok, so that was one bad experience and I overlooked that.
Fast forward today, I called to get an estimate for the installation of a septic tank. I was very polite, hi goodmorning etc, the owner was rude and unprofessional and before I could ask another question, he hung up on me. Folks, take your money to another company that put customer service first because this place is full of scams and they certainly don't value you as a customer.

Richard was excellent at isolating our plumbing issues and we are very impressed with the work that he and his crew did. We had another company come out prior and they just kept temporary fixing the issue till finally A Aaron was referred to us by our friend. I would definitely use and refer A Aaron Super Rooter again!

Jeremy came to my home and took excellent care of our septic tank needs. He and his helper were friendly and efficient. They took the time to explain what needed to be done and explained what they were doing at each step. I was happy to see that they came with mask on and they provided an overall excellent experience. Will use A Aaron Super Rooter again.

Where to start ... First, they do not honor their warranty. We used them for a new septic install and almost immediately had issues needing multiple pump-outs over the next year. When we pushed about the warranty then they became completely unresponsive even after many phone calls and emails. Eventually, we agreed on a fix but it took them several months to get a permit which cost us even more time, frustration, and money. We eventually gave up with them and went with someone else. Had to pay for an entire new septic system to replace the one Aaron installed less than two years prior. Would not use again or recommend.

I was referred to A Aaron by my neighbors, who use their services, for septic tank cleaning. In fact one of my other neighbors is a contractor, so he likely refers this company all the time to his clients as well. Anyways, I moved to my home about 1.5 years ago and didn’t really know where the septic tank was just a general idea. I informed the gentleman completing the services. He said that he would wait for the owner so they could look for the septic tank. I gave them a general idea of where it was because my neighbor told me as she has been living here for many years. Well, it turns out, one of the men went to my neighbor’s house without my knowledge to ask her for assistance in locating the tank. I came out front when she called me to tell me. The owner kept asking my neighbor questions of where the septic tank was. She was trying to assist to the best of her knowledge. In fact, she even called my prior owners and FaceTimed them for help! The owner was being very rude and obnoxious to my neighbor and me. At one point, he even threatened to bill my neighbor if they dig in the wrong spot because they were doing extra labor. I was completely shocked! How rude. When my neighbor left, the owner even said “I think I made her mad.” So, he knew his behavior was uncalled for. I stepped in and said of course you did. I was upset too at how he was treating her. I was referred to your company by my neighbor and she was helping me out of the goodness of her heart. It’s your job to locate the septic tank, not hers. And, he just kept on with his smart remarks. I was appalled. The only reason why I did not send them away was because they eventually found the septic tank with the help of my neighbor and prior owners, my husband is away on military duty, and our tank was full. It needed to be emptied asap and they were one of the companies that did come out quickly. I will say that the gentleman actually doing the work and pumping out the septic tank was nice and at the end apologized for his manager. But, he shouldn’t have had to do that.

A Aaron Super Rooter is an extremely professional company. They have great communication, showed up when promised, worked efficiently and had good prices. After they finished the work they left everything very clean. My brother recommended them and I have already recommended them to several friends and will do so again anytime.
I had my septic tank emptied as well as a manhole installed.

0/10. Extremely unprofessional, rude, and consistently late. As a property manager, I used their basic services several times, but when a larger septic project arose, I invited them to submit a proposal. The owner ultimately selected a different company, and it was evident they took this personally. Their communication was unprofessional and lacking. We will no longer be using their services across our entire South Florida portfolio."

We recently had to replace our home's septic tank and drainfield, because it wasn’t working. The existing system was in the backyard, but the new one had to be relocated to the front of the house. After getting about five estimates, we decided to go with A Aaron Super Rooter & Septic Inc.—and we're glad we did!

From the start, Richard was informative and straight up when he came out to give us the estimate. The installation team, Joe and Darnell (Dee), were amazing! It was a tough job because access to the new system was extremely tight, with only a 3’ 6” wide space next to our A/C unit, but Joe managed to maneuver a small excavator through it and got the job done right!

They worked extremely hard, communicated well, and made sure everything was done properly! We’re completely satisfied with the outcome and highly recommend A Aaron Super Rooter & Septic Inc. to anyone needing septic work done.

I highly recommend this guy‘s 100%. I have an issue with my septic tank and from the moment I called and explained my issue, they knew what was going on. I had another company going over my property and they charged me twice and did a bad terrible job to a point that I am sure the technicians did not know how to do their job, however Jhon and Richard from Aaron’s are rock stars. These guys right away told me what was my problem And help me to fix it saving me a thousand of dollars. I am very glad that I contacted them.
