I cannot recommend FiXXT enough! We have a home from the 1950s that we recently remodeled, but then our 70+ year old pipes said they had enough...the initial plumber's solution was to break through the original restored terrazzo floors, which would have been a heart break for us. We were then recommended FiXXT! Mike and his crew saved the day! He came as promised, gave his quote and recommendation, which was spot on. The quote we were given was extremely fair. They arrived on time every day, worked very long days and 100% professional and the work was top quality! Repair was done perfectly, and the best part, our terrazzo floors were untouched. I highly recommend FiXXT for your next repair need. You will be in great hands with Mike and his team. Thank you so much FiXXT! We will use them for our repair needs (Of all kinds from now on!)

OUTSTANDING AND EXCELLENT SERVICE! Had two separate emergencies! First) one of our toilets leaked into neighbor's apartment. Called and was scheduled for next day! Received text they were on the way, arrived 2 minutes before estimated time! Fixed problem within minutes. Second issue, scheduled, received updates of plumber's arrival!!! Arrived early in the time frame, fixed in moments. Kind, polite, efficient plumbers, exceptional service, top quality. I totally recommend, 100 %

I’ve had several services and am very happy with the work performed. I’ve had an electrical switch and fan replaced, multiple items hung on my patio wall, ice maker installed with water connection, lights on my patio hung up, bathroom drawer repaired and make up mirror installed so far and I several more projects to schedule. To include getting my sprinklers working and closet door repair. No emergency service needed yet! Thankfully, but I have the peace of mind knowing that I can call one company for any situation. Highly recommend.

Mike and his team came out to replace my hot water heater, and I'm very pleased with the results. Mike has an excellent work ethic, and his prices are very reasonable. I'm glad he was recommended to me.

Didn't use the company

Quick and efficient to fix what could have been a disastrous problem, excellent service, would highly recommend and will continue to use them moving forward for any plumbing needs.

Great work ethic with an awesome team. Lone star has wonderful management. I would highly recommend!

Got Overcharged 1 extra hour for labor
and got charged 3 hours ($45/ hr ) for helper
Total over charged when I got the bill
225 dollars do not call them
Do not call them for service
Or any plumbing issues

I called Tom ivy manager/ owner
and explain my self
He was rude and disrespectful

If you don’t want surprises/ when you get your bill do not call them
They spent 2 hours in my apartment
Changing the shower carthridge
And they billed me 3 hours labors for the plumber
And 3 hours labor for helper

Quick, Reasonable, and Professional. Had a plumbing issue i needed taken care of in a hurry and they went out of their way to get me done.

Called them because of a bad smell coming from the shower sink, they came and did absolutely nothing besides looking down the sink with a flash light and then trying to charge 230usd. They did not bring the necessary equipment to perform tests and figure out the issue.
It was 100% waste of time for me.

I loved my experience with this company and if I have any additional problems I will be calling them.

Lonestar is an outstanding plumbing company, able to handle anything from small to big jobs. Their office is helpful and knowledge and was able to answer all the questions I had. I never felt like they were trying to sell me anything I didn’t need or make me add anything additional that didn’t apply to my job. I highly recommend this company should you have a plumbing problem.

Clown show. Tried calling because of an emergency situation. The woman on the phone couldn’t even get a hold of the plumber on duty. When he finally called back, he did everything in his power to get out of coming to my place. Kept finding ways to explain that having incessantly running water is not an emergency situation. To quote, “You should call a plumber.”

This, after I had to ask him to please turn his TV down because I couldn’t hear him.

Called Lone Star Plumbing and spoke with a very nice young lady who was able to answer all my questions and concerns. Very professional service. The plumber showed up on time for the appointment and took care of the problem right away. The equipment used was very sophisticated and the most competitive price. The job was very clean and comes with warranty. Definitely would use it again.

I had job done by this company last week, i was impressed with the quick turnaround and fair price i was charged. After calling a few companies and not being able to get anyone to come out and rates that were through the roof. My building engineer recommended Lone star Plumbing and I am very grateful to have found a good plumber and on top of everything else they have very helpful employees working for them. Wow, what an experience working with this company was. From initially calling in just for information and receiving top notch advice & honesty, to making the decision to move eventually end up selecting this company to do the repair. I went from other company’s overpriced quotes to unsatisfactory handyman work, and I should have gone with Lonestar all along. They gave me the best price, best service, and most professional assistance than I could have ever imagined. This company was initially highly recommended to me and now I can say with confidence that I personally highly recommend using them for any repairs. I never want to have to go through a plumbing situation like I did, but if I must, then I absolutely look forward to working with them again. Kudos to Tom, Odalys, Pedro, and the whole team.
