I will like to say that this company did the maintenance to my Ac and they did a very good service I recommend, for your needs in your ac problems they have a great costumer service.

Las month I had some trouble with my AC and my thermostat. I called this company and the owner showed up to my door and he was really respectful. Very good customer service. I really recommend this company. And I guarantee he’s gonna take care of you all your needs, and it was very affordable. He told me he will get it done next day. Sure thing he did so he can take care of any needs called this company..

We had an emergency AC issue on a Sunday, and Refrocoolaction went above and beyond for our family. Jadiel responded quickly, showed up when most wouldn’t, and handled everything with professionalism and care.

What stood out most was how thorough he was. He took the time to explain what was needed and made sure everything was done right, not just patched.

My experience with Brad (oct 2019) and Daniel (july/2018) was 5 star, unlike the other company service tech i encounter, plug in their gauges, look outside and inside unit, and then suggest to replace the whole system, Brad and Daniel worked on something and system worked, that's why 5 stars, will call again when needed...
