I have an older heating/cooling system, and over the last few years, I have had to use Comfort Zone of North Florida for repairs. When called they gave me a date in which the Technician would arrive. I receive a call the morning of informing me the Tech would arrive. He was on time and I couldn't have asked for a better technician. Brad came, adhering to the current health concerns. Second time using comfort zone. Brian was fantastic! Same day call for a non-working air conditioner. Knowledgeable, competent, arrived when he said he would, and helped educate me as an air conditioner owner. Highly recommend this company.

Happy with the maintenance service and plan. Only thing was how come the repairs suggested were not brought to our attention in the last session when the capacitor values were exactly as recorded now for the outside unit? Something is not consistent!

Excellent customer service. They easily made the appointment on the time when I needed. Very responsive and the Technician contacted and gave an ETA before arrival within the time-frame. The Technician was thorough, listened, and addressed all concerns that I had. He diagnosed and informed me of everything that was needed and necessary for my unit to be running at peak performance. Now I will wait and see if the warranty company will honor the contract
to fix/replace everything that is covered and necessary.

We did not have a good experience with ComfortZone, perhaps because we engaged their services through our home warranty. Our AC broke on a Friday and they came out on Monday. The tech came very late in the day, said he tightened a cap and charged the system, and we were all good. The system seemed to work for a little while, but then it was clear it wasn't working at all, so we called next day (Tuesday), but they couldn't help us until Friday. Friday came, and again he came very late and bedraggled, said he found a leak but had to submit to our insurance for approval. We were concerned that there had been a leak all along, and during the first visit he poured freon into a leaking system. Regardless, our family suffered through our second summer weekend without AC. On Tuesday (after the holiday weekend), we called for updates, but couldn't get clear answers from the two clerks we spoke to. When we finally got help from another company engaged by our warranty, they did not understand why the tech hadn't fixed the problem. Our guess was he was exhausted and overworked, and just couldn't do a repair so late on a Friday evening. But we did not get the help we needed from this company.

Today was HVAC maintenance checkup with Jeff. Awesome company and employees who are polite, professional, on time and does a fantastic job! Been with them several years and will stay with them. Kudos to all!

Tyre was pleasant, efficient and professional. However he should wear shoe covers. He left mud and leaves on my cream carpets and stairs to the main unit!

The office staff had great customer service skills and was very professional.
