Chris is amazing and very professional; figured out the problem within minutes. Very great service. I am satisfied. Will use them again 👍
-
Very nice and professional hoping my home warranty will do what they recommend. Over great experience.
-
Honest and efficient, made sure everything was done and working before they left.
Not just a "you need a new AC" company. Good techs that actually know how to fix systems. -
Professional, polite, courteous, and did a great job.
In other words, the same greatness as we have had every time we have used Comfort Zone of North Florida -
Prompt, explained the service we’d receive. We could feel a difference in temperature of the house before Brad left. He found an issue and corrected the problem.
Thanks Brad! -
Aaron did a great job. He was professional, courteous, and interested in solving my issue which he did.

I have been using comfort zone for a couple years now and probably will never use another AC company again. Their value combined with exceptional customer service is unmatched in the Jacksonville area.

Robert was very unprofessional. He had not even checked the system and decided that it was the way the sunrise and sets that was causing the problem. I needed somebody to actually check the HVAC system and tell me what's up so we can resolve the problem. Even if the sun's the problem I needed a solution. Wasted my time.........

Very professional and prompt. We received a copy of the completed work order by message shortly after the service tech left. Would highly recommend this company!

Danny and his team did an amazing job! Couldn't be happier with the install and new HVAC system. Thanks Comfort Zone!

The tech came out and did detailed investigation on my system and found some configuration issues a previous company missed. So far so good!

Very unprofessional staff... employee who claimed to be the supervisor was showing younger employee extremely unprofessional methods. 1. Arrived and had no mask on didn’t ask or didn’t try and maintain 6 ft. (Normally not a stickler but this is my home) 2. Went upstairs to view AC unit and began working on the wrong one. Insisting that nothing is wrong but a clogged drain. (I’m not HVAC specialist but if there is no water in the tray-bone dry- it’s probably hard to determine that’s the issue especially if they were not there long enough to to use any other techniques besides visual inspection). But none of that mattered because IT WAS THE WRONG UNIT. 3. When I approached them to ask he got into my face and said “yeah mama! You got it! That’s exactly right!” However, didn’t answer my question. He then sat down on my brand new couch and began going through what we owed. BEFORE he even looked at the correct AC! Then confusingly enough chose to do the one thing that wasn’t covered by our warranty. $150 later still no results. My advice go elsewhere or at least vet them prior to allowing them in your home. *Sprays Lysol, while still quarantining in a hot house*

This company serviced my clients air conditioning system through 2-10 home warranty. It took them a month to install a system. First they misdiagnosed the system and attempted to install a replacement compressor on a 20 year old condensing unit. When they failed to cheaply repair an outdated system so they could make maximum profits they agreed to install a new system. They charged the clients $1000 dollars in bogus items such as "extra labor" "hurricane straps and pad" "building a platform" they never installed a platform because it existed and hurricane pad and straps are code for any new installation. They also charged 85 dollars for a permit which is also a normal part of any construction project. I called and asked for a permit number at 12Pm - 4 hours after the installation started. They never called back so a couple hours later I called them and they had a permit number ready, but it had only been filed minutes earlier then they gave some poor excuse that they're busy blah blah. The truth is they were never going to file/pay for the permit, but once they (the company and Ashley in the office) were caught red-handedly being the SCUMBAGS they are they filed for the permit. This company has little ethics as do the people that work there. There's a reason they work with 2-10 warranty company ripping people off- THey are an IMMORAL and SCUMBAG COMPANY.that works hand in hand - just look at the 958++ negative reports 2-10 has on BBB and this company works with them exclusively in the Jacksonville area.

Fast and professional service. Diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in minutes. They were honest and said all he had to do was reconnect something that had been disconnected. It’s good to know I now have an A/C company I can trust for both business and residential.

Robert came in and save the day. Robert arrived confirmed the problem and was able to come back and fix my heating system the same day. I am sooooo grateful 🙏. Thank you Robert for your service.

Comfort Zone replaced the HVAC system I had when I bought my home, and the service and price were awesome. I have used these people for over 10 years, and they have always provided excellent service, recommendations for replacements and upgrades and price. I would recommend them to anyone who has HVAC.

I live at Esplanade in Towncenter and I had Aaron from Comfort Zone come out to assess my AC that has not been working or cooling properly. Aaron assessed the outside system and returned to inform my family and I that “there is a big leak, I’m surprised your AC is even running at all.” Hearing Aarons concerns after his evaluation, brought concerns to us all since we have service animals living in the unit. Aaron noted that he will contact my insurance company for the approval to fix the AC and the parts needing for the leak. He stated he will get back to me within two days. We have not heard back from Aaron again, we contacted our insurance company to learn that Aaron “denied the request to return or complete any repairs” not only that, he also allegedly informed the insurance company that he “did not have enough time to assess and results were inconclusive”.
Comfort Zone and Aaron, I appreciate you offering your services in the community however, you not only left people in an unsafe environment, but you also neglected service animals whom all live in the unit. Aaron I know you know this that you provided untruthful information and were unmotivated to complete the work that desperately needed to be done. I hope you and the community reads my experience and find my experience as a place of improvement.
