Had HVAC technician Zach perform maintenance/repair on the HVAC system in my sister’s home. A complete and knowledgeable professional who provided excellent service.

Disappointed! New Name, New Owner but NOT the same great service! Got a maintenance cleaning done and they recommended some repairs be completed to the tune of $3200. I decided that warranted a second opinion, the second company completed the necessary repairs the next day for $750 including replacement of the UV bulb that hadn’t been called out by Trade Hero tech. I had used Clean Air Technologies (now Trade Hero’s) for my 4 previous renovation projects, but will be taking my business elsewhere moving forward!!!

Tim G arrived to do plumbing work in the kitchen and bath. Fabulous service, kind man. Knows his stuuff!

Excellent service by Zach. Took great care of our HVAC issue and fixed the problem in minimal time. Everything is working as it should.

Zach provided a same-day service on my 4-yr old AC unit. He was prompt, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He did a thorough inspection of the entire system and communicated my capacitor is badly rusted and might need to be replaced soon. Zach also reviewed all the system output readings with me and compared them to the published Lennox numbers; I was in the low range for Freon. Zach provided excellent customer service and I would highly recommend him!!! He is a fine and honest young man, with a great work ethic.

Easy to schedule, Tim came out on time. Spent the whole day here, but now we have a new, better (working!) water heater as well as a replacement shut-off valve, because the old (25 years) one was frozen shut & we couldn't even use it. Tim explained everything. Checked every water valve. Gave us good advice for now & for the future needs. And he worked out a reasonable price, giving us a few discounts we were eligible for.

I'm very satisfied with Jonathan, he came out for a no heat call and was super professional and had my heat running in no time. Recommend anyone for hvac and plumbing needs

Zach the Technician\salesman was excellent! He was very knowledgeable about the different AC units! He answered every question my husband asked. We replaced our 23 year old central AC and added air purifier and blue light. He was never once pushy or tried to up sell anything! I would highly recommend Trade Heroes to anyone needing to upgrade/replace central AC.
