I have heat!

My experience with Restano was top notch from beginning to end. The person who took my call was professional and patient with me as I was flustered and cold (I’m sorry I didn’t get her name). The response was fast, Brian F. answered my questions professionally and arranged to come out and give us an estimate. Brian quoted a price that we were comfortable with and did not try to push other products on us, we offered the job to Restano mostly because of Brian and his professionalism. We received our reminder call the day before installation as promised and the guys were prompt and super friendly. Josh and his partner (sorry, didn’t get his name) were friendly and professional, explaining everything to me and answering any additional questions along the way. Once the job was completed, Josh showed me how to operate our new thermostat and then showed me the furnace and all that we need to know about it. I couldn’t be happier with Restano, I’m super picky about businesses being punctual and they were right on time! I almost failed to mention that they left my basement probably cleaner than it was before! haha

The Restano team lead by Chris was absolutely fantastic! They were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and talented. They were able to solve a problem that puzzled 3 other plumbers and did so in record time. They also did a great job of communicating with us to make sure we understood the details of our project and the progress. Chris went out of his way to educate us on additional recommendations to maintain our system moving forward. I am thrilled with the service. They will be our go to for all HVAC and plumbing needs moving forward.

This was our 1st time of using Restano plumbing services in our condo. We got assistance from Austin, who was very friendly and very knowledgeable, very fair about charging (did not push for any additional needless services in resolving our matter) and fast issue resolving. Austin put our mind in peace. We are very happy customers and will not hesitate to inquire for Restano assistance in future. Restano = professional knowledge and fair charge for excellent work! Highly recommend!

I am seriously in awe of how amazing my experience was with Restano! Today, I noticed my AC wasn't operating appropriately. I called Restano and Jim was here within an hour!! He was insanely professional, polite and educated myself and my husband on preventative measures of our AC unit! Although it was a call on Sunday afternoon, it was insanely affordable for the quality and care Jim displayed. Restano now has a forever customer with us, due to Jim's exceptional service!! Brandon was my tech guy that came out and replaced my water heater. Glad to see a young guy that knew what he was talking about and was very professional. Brandon was respectful and fast at replacing the water heater and the price they quoted was the price I paid no change and it was very reasonable. Afterwards Brandon went over the procedure of taking care of the water heater which I was very appreciative. Thank you for a job well done.

I discovered a leaking shutoff valve just a few days before I needed to leave town, and Restano got me in on the day I contacted them! Love the office team (I talked with Cindy). I was glad to see the most excellent John W at my door, who gave me an advanced notice phone call for his earlier-than-expected arrival (always nice when you've been given a wide window). He has been here more than once (for a difficult job last year, done patiently and beautifully, and for an easy job today, done quickly but carefully). He was friendly, remembered me and my house, communicated well, and double checked my service club membership to make sure I got the best price. I want him next time (which is inevitable in my aging home)!

Very pleased with Restano Heating. Had issues with a newer furnace installed a few years back by another HVAC company. That company unfortunately wouldn't respond to our problem.. Have no idea why. Especially since our thermostat kept shutting down and restarting. Restano came out within 2 days. Dan was very knowledgeable and did some troubleshooting on the system making adjustments. Very pleasant & professional technician. I definitely would recommend Restano to anyone looking for a HVAC company that can be trusted and is reliable. I will definitely be using them for all our needs in the future. They gained our trust. 💯!

We had a new gas furnace installed by Restano about a year ago. As part of their services, Restano recently offered to come to our house to do an inspection of the furnace to make sure that everything was working well.

Coincidentally, we had just had a gas range delivered to our house earlier on the same day that Restano was due to arrive to do the inspection. After the delivery crew installed the new range and left, it smelled a bit like natural gas in the kitchen. I wasn't sure if it was just some residual gas that had escaped from the supply pipe during installation, or whether it was something more serious. I mentioned this to Nick, the HVAC tech from Restano, when he arrived at the house. He immediately offered to go to the kitchen and check out the gas range hookup. After a very thorough inspection, Nick was satisfied that there were no leaks.

This service was not part of what Nick was there to do. Nevertheless, he volunteered to do so, putting my mind at ease. And of course he also double and triple-checked the furnace to make sure that it was running smoothly and safely.

There are, unfortunately, a lot of less than honest trades professionals out there -- but Restano is not one of them. I will definitely use them again, and will recommend them highly to friends and coworkers.

I have been using Restano for both hvac and plumbing needs for approximately 20 years. I am very confident that they will be thorough and honest with me. Their prices are reasonable and fair. They are prompt and professional. I don't think I would consider any other company to handle my HVAC and plumbing needs.

We just had our fall maintenance visit with Nick. Nick was thorough, professional and courteous in completing our furnace checkup and cleaning. He answered all of our questions and gave us tips on how to keep everything running smoothly until the next visit in the spring. Thanks Nick!!

Just got a new furnace and ac today. My old furnace was cracking internally and was from 1997. Everything was old and needed replacing. Very happy with the new system and thermostat. Special thanks to Dylan and Chris for their work and making this process easy.

On March 5, 2026 Patrick McAllister, Jr. and David Sr. came to my home and installed a 40 Gallon Natural Gas Atmospheric Vent Water Heater. Both mean were AWESOME! I move into my home in December 2017; the water heater, a Kenmore, was from 2008!!! Patrick came about 0830 that day -- was friendly, personable and very knowledgeable explaining the 3 options to me. After making my choice, he informed me that he and David Sr. would be back later that day to install the new water heater! Patrick and David were quick and quiet in their installation, cleaning up my basement like nothing happened. Thank you both for a job well done. I have a service contract with Restano; they have come to my home on a few occasions, installed my new heating and air conditioning system, replaced a toilet, replaced my garbage disposal. I can say they are always friendly, courteous, knowledgeable giving me 3 options all the time. Thanks much for your good workmanship and dedication to your customers.

Ricky has been amazing to work with. He explained everything in a way that I could understand. He worked with me on what I needed to get done and the best way to go about it. I will definitely use them again in the future.
