My air conditioning motor and module went bad on Thursday. Friday the part was to come out to be put in. It didn't come. I never received a call telling me it wasn't coming in. I called at 1:30. No one knew why it wasn't in. Monday it was to come in. Again never received a call as to if it came in. Called Restano at 2 pm. They said it the part was being delivered to my house to be put in later that day. No Communication from them at any time. The worker who came to my house was polite and apologized for the mix up and did a good job. No one from the office could explain what happened or why I didn't get a call. I was without air for 5 days due to the weekend.

I called Restano to connect two pipes CPVC to copper. Guy came and gave me an "estimate" of $500. The sales guy spent 45 min negotiating price with me - real plumber could finish the work in less than 30 min. He called his "manager" a couple of times to lower the cost to $279.99, and when I refused, he told me that he needs to collect $69 + tax for diagnostic (connect two lines ???). This was not communicated when I called first time.

We use Restano for all of our plumbing and HVAC needs but I have to rave about the service we received from an installer Damon! He installed our undercounter icemaker. He was courteous, professional and took the time to walk us through the process and the extra steps he needed to take to install it properly. Thank you Damon!

Excellent in every respect! Arrived on schedule and called ahead to verify that we were home. This was a problem with a drain stopper which he fixed quickly and assured us would not recur. He asked if we had any other plumbing issues or plumbing related questions. I had minor plumbing concern which he addressed.

We have been utilizing Restano for over 5 years. The quality of work is five star. We have never felt pressured and we have been treated with respect, beginning with the phone call and all the way through the final install. Thank you.

I had a great experience working with Restano Company when my AC was down. The tech came out and assessed the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. He was professional and prompt. I really appreciate it.

Austin was wonderful- arrived on time and the install was seamless. Put rugs down so he didn't track dirt in and out as he had to literally crawl into our "pit" to take the old furnace out and install the new one. Will recommend time and time again!

Restano has always done right by me...they installed my furnace and have always been fair with their charges for parts and labor. Perry was the technician on their most recent visit and he fixed our A/C unit at no cost, even though the warranty only covered the furnace. We use them for all our HVAC needs.

Great job. Phone answered right away. Made an appointment for next day. Even had our furnace on record. The technician was very professional and courteous. By the way, when they installed the furnace 9 years ago they did good job too.

My furnace's pilot light was going out frequently over the last week. Yesterday, Sunday, it went out 4 times. My home's temperature was 62 degrees. I called Restano's and was able to immediately speak to someone who was able to send a repairman out within 2 hours on a Sunday. Brian was very knowledgeable and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad thermocouple. In the space of 30 minutes he replaced the thermocouple, cycled the furnace, & assessed that everything was in working condition. I even was able to use a discount coupon from their website. The price was very fair. He also gave me information about a maintenance program I can use in the future. The furnace is working wonderfully. I am a very happy customer.

My wife has a real bad hip and is going to get surgery and we needed higher toilets than the standard ones we had. The Tec named Joshua came out and gave us a price. Today he installed both toilets and the price was exactly as previously stated. Joshua was one of the nicest plumbers we have ever had. He not only did a great job but he explained the process. He was so kind and considerate and triple checked the toilets so there were no leaks. When he addressed us it was always maam and sir and was very respectful. Restano's came highly recommended by a reliable source, so I was pretty confident going into the transaction. I was immensely pleased with the performance and quality of the work as well as with the communication and professionalism shown. These plumbers are the good old fashion respectful crew. Now, I will highly recommend them to anyone that needs a plumber, furnance, or central air services. .

Our furnace/air conditioning unit were installed by Restano about 20 years ago and we've had them service both units annually since. They have been very professional, courteous and punctual in both the installation and maintenance of the system. We would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

Restano and his team were outstanding -- thoroughly competent, polite and friendly! They've installed a ductless air conditioning system in our home in the Squirrel Hill area. They've done an excellent job. I have no reservations recommending Restano to any homeowner interested in implementing a customized heating and cooling solution!

Sales and service technician were very professional and did not try to over sell their products. They gave me a great price so I had a new AC unit installed. Once it was done it looked great and cools the house. My only criticism would be with the call center. Not all of my calls were returned. I would recommend Restano to a friend.

I had a leak in the main valve of my house, plus the handle on the old valve was in bad shape and difficult to use. Chris from Restano came out and got the water shut off in the yard, and the valve fixed quickly and at a reasonable price. The entire setup (valve and handle) is updated now and is so much better 😌. I have used Restano a few times now, and they've always been helpful and reasonable.

My 30+ year-old air conditioning unit finally died, and I contacted Restano to get it up and running again. A service tech came out the same day, tested the unit, and was honest enough to say that they could repair it, though the cost justified replacing it, because of its age.

I opted to replace the unit and Restano provided a quote of around $3,100 to install a Carrier 3 ton air conditioner. The following week, two service techs came out and spent roughly eight hours replacing and removing the old unit, and placing the new one in a better location.

The service techs did a great job, were neat, courteous, and went out of their way to make a few additional adjustments to help me out (that were not included in the service agreement and probably cost nothing, but helped me nonetheless).

I wasn't thrilled about having to replace my air conditioner, but I was happy with the service I received from Restano. I would recommend them to anyone who considers HVAC services. Honest and reliable.

I booked an appointment for a furnace cleaning. A technician by the name of Rich came to service my furnace. He was personable and polite, calling before coming, introducing himself and identifying his company. He was careful of my carpet, and went to the basement to begin the cleaning. After assessing the furnace he thought a new water pump would be necessary, but found he could repair the existing one which he did, saving me over $300 dollars. I will certainly use Rustano services again, they were efficient and trustworthy.

Our company experienced a plumbing issue, on a Saturday and holiday weekend and Restano was the only company to return my call. Jason was on-site in quickly and cleared the clog, installed a new disposal and helped trouble shoot some additional issues and recommended a contractor for that repair. Managing the issue from another state was much less an obstacle with Jason's professional and eager spirit. Thank you Restano call center (I believe her name was Karen) and Jason.

From the time I called to their ability to seek and find a solution was exceptional. Chris as well as Andy
are true professionals in their field. They were super friendly, while able to explain the issue and what they needed to solve the issue.

Although the Restano staff could have easily threw in the towel upon their visit by completing an outside repair that would cost up to $15 to $20 thousand, they were determined to find a solution for which they did.

I’m so thankful to the Restano staff and their exceptional team, Chris and Andy. I will continue to tell my story and experiences with their service and will always use their services.
