The temperature in our house suddenly dropped in the middle of winter and we couldn’t figure out why. This was also on New Years Day. Made some calls and American Mechanical actually picked up and scheduled a technician for the next morning. Ricardo showed up first thing in the morning and diagnosed the system right away and told us we needed a new circuit board. He left and got the part and returned to install and advised us on our options for a new furnace moving forward without pressuring us to buy right there. Great experience and got our heat back on right away

We had on-going issues with our furnace and contacted American Mechanical Heating and cooling. Ricardo did a wonderful job as he fixed our heat in less than an hour. We are very happy with the services we received and signed up for the yearly checkups for the yearly tune up for our equipment. Definitely will continue to use and will recommend everyone!

Our furnace failed during the day and with the cold snap and storm coming we were very happy to find a 24/7 business. The technician arrived extremely quickly and was very helpful and attentive to our problems. He discovered our furnace inducer needed to be replaced and had it up and working within 30 minutes. Very pleased with the excellent service and glad to have our heat back!

Very courteous and easy to talk to .
Negotiated a price and were able to install over a Saturday and finnised Sunday morning. Would recommend. The crew cleaned up after the install and made sure everything worked. House has never stayed cooler .

Excellent experience with Ricardo, Eduardo and team. Other companies I’ve worked with have been bought out and ultimately all suffer from the same “Service Titan” big company issues. Ricardo actually responded to a comment I made asking for help online in a forum with no expectation other than to offer advice. Turned out his company was local to me and he came out the next day. I knew I needed to replace three units and Ricardo gave a great price, short timeline and excellent warranty. They also repaired another unit they didn’t install while on site. We just moved and were looking for a good reliable local company, and found that with American Mechanical not far from our home. The service was fast and very good. Ricardo was very knowledgeable and helpful. They came within hours of my request and helped check my system and provided all the possible options. While 3 previous companies pushed and pressured us to buy new acs. American Mechanical came out same day on time and not only inspected ac also inspected furnace. Ricardo was very patient with all the questions we had. He was the only tech that provided repairs. He replaced oyr thermostat and now we have cooling!!! Super happy we found American Mechanical. Ricardo from American Mechanical Heating and Cooling is the HVAC whisperer! He was not only professional but also a great explainer, breaking down everything so well that I felt like I understood HVAC systems. He even asked if I work from home (which I do), to avoid those awkward Zoom call interruptions.

He was also a champ at keeping my husband in the loop, calling him right away with all the details. And the best part? Despite us living 40 miles out, Ricardo showed up like it was just around the corner. This was so important as we had just moved in and our AC stopped working on the 2nd day of us being in our new home.

With a new home purchase, we were already up to our ears in expenses. But, Ricardo’s prices are so good, I double-checked to make sure I wasn't on a hidden camera show. Plus, they offer financing, so no need to sell a kidney.

Ricardo and his team are reliable and very professional. Our A/C went out and he was able to come out and get it up and running. Woke up to a cold house with some electricity issues, found American Mechanical and they sent out a licensed tech right away. Technician diagnosed problem and was able to get our electricity restored with some minor repairs. Thank you for your prompt service.

Ricardo did a fantastic job on the install for my house! It was well worth the money. I feel like he cares about his clients instead of these cooperation that are after your money!! Highly recommend him.

My fan motor stopped working, and temperatures were in the upper 90's. I called Paul at 11am, and he was at my house by 3:45. The service was honest and thorough. We will definitely look to use them for future HVAC needs (not that we are hoping for any).
