Chris A. came out for a diagnostic visit and was very courteous, informative, and thorough. He found the problem and continued to check our system for any other issues. Chris was fantastic and exceeded my expectations! We recently moved to the area and have had a difficult time finding quality work for a decent price. I will definitely be using this company again. I would highly recommend!

This is a great company to do business with. They installed a new A/C and new water heater for me last years, and they just installed a new heating system for me this fall. I am very happy with the projects they have done. Everything was done with great quality and with a great finish. David B. was the leading technician on the heating system install this year. He and his colleague Mike did an excellent job with the install. Everything not only working great, they also look great. :) The back office and the management were also great people to work with.

Armando R. was my technician today, installing a new humidifier on my unit. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and patient and was happy to answer all my questions and keep me informed of everything every step of the way. A different gentleman came out a few weeks ago to do some routine maintenance on my furnace, I think his name was Eduardo. He was also professional, kind, and patient. I signed up for their Comfort Club membership and I'm hoping it was worth it, time will tell. This will be my first year working with this company so I'm hoping they provide good value and service going forward - if so I will be happy to keep giving them my business.

Service Plus and Mike Karlin did a great job ensuring that I was happy with the installation of my new steam humidifier. Throughout the process, Mike was very patient and answered all of my questions. And even when there were hurdles, like the need for a new smart thermostat or the relocation of a water hammer arrestor, Mike came back to ensure everything was working as intended and I was happy with the final result. I highly recommend Service Plus and will be calling them the next time I need any HVAC work done!

Armando did a great job with the install and answering all my questions. He was extremely professional and very kind. The total service overall was excellent. Everyone, including Cesar and Jim were professional and now I have heat! My system is quite old and Armando was able to get it running with 0 issues. I definitely recommend this company! I will definitely use them again.

Wow, incredibly high quality and professional service! There's nothing more to to say about Armando and his team at Service Plus other than that. He and his team did an excellent job. The entire process with Service Plus, from my initial call, to their expedient scheduling, assessment, quoting, delivery, and installation has been nothing less than stellar. Their furnace replacement has helped put my mind at ease, made my home more efficient, more comfortable, and most importantly, safe as the colder season approaches. 10/10, would Service Plus again! :)

Chris came over and absolutely provided great customer service. He was very knowledgeable, respectful and had excellent communication skills.

Carlos and and Ceaser saved us on the hottest day of the year. They were able to fix some wires that melted and fused together in our old air conditioner. It saved us so much more money than having to replace the unit. Even though it was 90 degrees while they worked, they were the nicest guys with the best attitude. 10/10 will call when we eventually need a new air conditioner.
