Jordan was fantastic — prompt, knowledgeable, and able to quickly fix a Navien tankless heater/radiant floors when several others weren’t able to address. Would highly recommend.

Jordan came out and diagnosed our air makeup unit. Turns out the protector relay flame safety control had gone bad. We have an older unit and parts are rare. He was able to get the unit running as well as a part number. We found one online to order as soon as it comes in he’s going to replace it.

Great service and problem-solving

Shawn and Marco installed a replacement HVAC heat pump unit. Transitioning from old unit to new unit had some challenges, but they persevered and worked everything out. They were dedicated to providing a thorough installation. Thanks guys!

Tyler was very communicative prior to arriving to keep us updated on his arrival time which was greatly appreciated. Tyler was very friendly and talked us through the issue with our air conditioner. Tyler was able to solve our issue quickly and was very polite and friendly the entire time. Would definitely recommend to others needing HVAC help.

Tyler was great in walking me through what was causing the issue with my furnace and the steps he took to fix it. He made sure I knew what was happening at each step of the way and recommended options for future maintenance. I asked for a quote to replace the unit as it is old and Tyler is having a quote sent out to me. We called Saturday morning with an issue with our tankless water heater and had a technician out to our house within just a few hours. Not only was the problem quickly resolved, but Jordan was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Great experience and will definitely be a repeat customer.

Marco and Shawn did a great job servicing both of our HVAC systems. They were thorough, replaced our filters, and took care of everything. We did run into a small miscommunication regarding the quote and an add-on service, but the company handled it professionally and quickly honored our already agreed-upon price to make things right. It’s not easy to find a business with that kind of customer service. Highly recommended

Tony is the best!

I just had a new furnace, AC unit and smart thermostat installed. Tony and his crew (Rick & Drew I think) were very knowledge and if I had any questions, they answered them. Tony was very patient with me, since I am not familiar with a lot of this stuff. His price was reasonable and they did excellent work. Very reliable

I could not agree more with the other reviews. Tony was prompt, honest and easy to work with. He also took additional time to explain everything to me and clearly demonstrated a love for his craft and helping people. Finding a good contractor is easy, finding a great one you can trust is not. I encourage you to give him a call and form your own opinion, but you will not be disappointed.

Martin did a great job of servicing my furnace & humidifier today.
He walked me through the process & answered all my questions & left everything clean & in working order.

Sean was knowledgeable, friendly and straightforward. He gave me recommendations but there was no high pressure which I have seen from other companies.

Today, Jose came out because we had a river flowing from our furnace. Turned out to be a clogged drain pipe for the humidifier. He cleared everything out, dried everything, cleaned up everything and got everything working excellently again at a great price for an emergency service call! Been a customer for 20+ years and plan to continue to be for the next 20 years! Thanks so much One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning!

Joe, Vlad & Jarren were great. Polite, friendly & professional. Did an excellent job replacing my furnace and a/c systems. Explained everything thoroughly and did a good job cleaning up afterward.

Mark Martinez is the best service tech I’ve had at One Hour Heating & Cooling. I’d like to request him for every service call. He did a great job explaining the options I have for my aging AC unit.

Jeff Brownstein showed up at the appointed time and after explaining what the issues are with the thermostat he was able to pinpoint the problem very quickly and resolve the issue for me. He carefully explained that somehow the "programable" feature was activated and, with my permission, deleted this option from the thermostat. He updated the date/time and also the time span for notifications of setting a service call as I regularly schedule the Spring and Fall inspection service, part of my Club Membership. have been a satisfied customer of One Hour Heating and AC for 31 years!!
