Electrician Mike, from NuBlue Plumbing came in professional and approachable. Our issue was a very easy fix. Mike, did a complete walkthrough of the property. For us it was more of an educational lesson. I appreciate the time Mike took to explain scenarios, etc. as this is a new home for us. Living in for a few months now, and was uncertain of an electrical issue affecting feature in our shed also the electrical performance of the pool.

Amazing service. It was not just about the quality of the product; Kaiden Cirby was also very knowledgeable and kind. He helped educate me along the way, which was terrific as a first-time homeowner! I felt comfortable asking questions, and with every selection we made to update our water heater, garbage disposal, and both toilets!
A previous plumber told us the noise when we flushed would require cutting into the drywall to discover the problem. Still, Kaiden immediately knew what was happening and how to fix it without unnecessary repairs.

The plumbers came quickly to repair a burst pipe at 9:00 pm. In doing so, they noticed a problem with the piping in general and came back today to replace the defective piping. I am very pleased with the results. They worked steadily. They explained everything completely. Before they left, they cleaned up thoroughly.

Can't say enough about this company! They sent Mike out, immediately, the same day/evening. He was here within less than an hour of my call. He was able to get everything tracked down & fixed on the same visit. He explained everything going on as he was working on the electrical issues. Very professional, knowledgeable, and considerate. Andrew from NuBlue Plumbing delivered prompt and professional Service for me to get a free estimate on maintenance for my generator. I was truly impressed that I received timely scheduling within 24 hrs ( I called on Friday and appointment was scheduled on Monday). I would definitely choose them for services if my current provider had not returned my call to schedule an appointment. I will definitely keep them as my backup service provider if needed.

I was very happy with our electrician Carlo! It was a simple fix with our breaker box and I had some other issues around the house that he was able to take a look at for me. The work done was purely electrical.
The price was better than fair.
It was done quickly. The technician was knowledgeable, polite and respectful. I would hire him for my business. Oh, and give him a raise.
The company is actually professional. They called to confirm and again on the appointment day to say they were on the way. A breath of fresh air having dealt with many companies in the area.

Had a shower leak that turned into a lot more than we thought it was. The restoration company we tried to go through way over quoted us and didn't listen to us, Ian and NuBlue did. They found someone willing to help us out, fit within our budget, and were there in a timely manner.

They also helped us with preventative plumbing by repiping, replacing the water heater, and well pump and bladder tank.

The experience was great, having every step explained clearly from the work to the financing making sure we understood and checked with us before doing something. The service was great! Both Michael and his co worker were very professional and very knowledgeable in their jobs! They traced the wires underneath my house and found the problem in no time and fixed it with limited damage. Small cuts in the wall vs having to knocking down walls is way better. I’m very satisfied with the results. The outlets now work in my dining room area now!

Came for plumbing, multiple issues. Replaced water heater, new piping, insulation. Kaiden and Holden were very professional. Explained everything they did and why. While I was waiting on the plumbing job another NuBlu team came and maintenance checked my HVAC heating and air, adjusted it so It wouldn’t use so much energy. They were thorough. James and Jeffrey were great. Brand new system installed.
We had problems with the unit after the installation. James worked for over 5 months to correct the problem. When it seemed to be fixed, it failed again. He finally found out the problem. It was a bad unit. After he replaced the cooling coil, the issue was resolved. This is the first time he has received a defective unit from the manufacturer. James was tenacious in resolving this problem. He stuck with it, and now we have a great unit and a great company working for us.
