Excellent service, very knowledgeable and he explained everything. Great worker and pleasant personality. However, when I looked at my plates, I was disappointed. I have a cracked tile on edge & I probably will have to get screws & redo them if location is not damage, which cost me more money.

Michael, Cirby, Holden and the whole NuBlue team have been beyond amazing. We have had so many issues arise over the last month and these amazing people have gone above and beyond. Everyone is courteous, polite and very knowledgeable. 10/10 highly recommend!!!

Nublue was very thorough with their estimate. Cirby, the technician was respectful, professional, friendly and I can’t say enough about his demeanor. He was on time and had everything together. I would recommend this company. They are to install a new reverse osmosis system for me, I will update when the work is completed.

Update: I changed my mind about the reverse osmosis system. I was so impressed with NuBlue, I had them install a hot water heater. Kirby installed the hot water heater. He arrived on time. Installation was completed in a timely fashion. He cleaned up on completion. He was professional, meticulous, very courteous and friendly. He showed us all the different parts and explained how they worked. He made sure we were satisfied with the job before he left. Nublue has integrity. It’s hard to find today. I will definitely be using them again. They deserve 10 stars. I’m thankful I found them on the Duke energy website.

Kaiden was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. He did was my water heater flush and assisted with additional issues as well. He talked me through their new membership plan as well and the price is amazing.

Mikes site visit was outstanding. He was on time and very professional. He explained each part of the service request in detail and answered all my questions. First-rate outfit, for sure. This call was only to review my work request and provide an estimate. Update: Mike and Andrew completed the install of my garage heat detector and Ring Floodlight camera. They arrived in a timely manner and completed all the work in less than 3 hours. They were both professional and polite, seeking my guidance and opinion along the way and ensuring I understood each step they were taking. This is by far one of the best experiences we’ve had with local vendors and we will absolutely use them in the future.

Had a great consultation pertaining to pending electrical work and was able to provide options to what fixtures would give the optimal outcome for the job. Mike was knowledgeable and forthcoming to any issues that may arise during the work so no surprises for it was mentioned during the consultation.

Kaiden Cirby came out to the call. I needed a two way jetting and an access installed on our outdated septic system. Above and beyond is an understatement. Very knowledgeable and great to work with. Very pleased with the service provided and highly recommend!

Ian helped tremendously with a long standing issue in my home. Him, his coworker, and all associated staff were excellent to me and incredibly thorough. I will be using NuBlue again for whatever comes my way.

Kaiden came to my home and was very honest and professional. I had tons of questions, all of which he answered. I did not feel rushed. I have already scheduled other services with them and hope to have the same experience.

Ian was great, came out within an hour of us calling. Our water heater started a pretty severe leak and he notified us we’d need a whole new water heater. Walked us through our options and my husband went out and picked up a water heater while Ian started removing our broken one. He was in and out in about 2 hours and now we have a new system that worked for our budget and Ian made sure we understood every step of the process.

A new water heater was installed after winning the oldest water heater contest in our area. Drew arrived as promised and got right to work. We were upgraded to a 50 gal tank which required additional parts to finish the job. Parts were brought to site and work was completed by Drew. Drew was meticulous and checked venting in attic and roof. He reworked gas line and added an expansion tank. Drew was professional and personable as well as Cole, the marketing rep who was here to document the installation of the water heater because we won the free water heater contest.

Andrew was great. He was kind, professional, explained in detail what was needed and why. We felt very comfortable with his expertise and would definitely have him do our electrical work in the future if needed.

I had the pleasure of working with Mike to install an EV outlet in my garage, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. Had a great experience here! We needed a specialized piece of equipment and NuBlue had it. Called and got an appointment same day. Ian came out and was communicative, respectful and super helpful. Got us all fixed up.

11/25/2025 Had a toilet blockage. I thought the price was steep, but the service personnel were very professional. When you can’t use your toilet, you pay the price. I’m just grateful everything is flowing smoothly for now. January 5, 2026 I spoke too soon. Toilet blocked again. The technician said no warranty on removing blockage and I would be charged $743.65 again for him to remove blockage. Needless to say I refused. Now I am waiting to hear back on the sewer lines being replaced for a more permanent solution. This will be$1,926. If that fixes it, will be better than $743/ month. Not a happy camper right now.

Kaiden from NuBlue Plumbing did an outstanding job replacing my kitchen sink garbage disposal. He arrived on time, was very professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. Mr. Kyle and Christopher came by yesterday and assessed the situation, gave us the estimate, and were able to accommodate us for today.
