I had a totally different experience. @ 4:15pm. They were very helpful, sure some stuff got messed up but I cant remember the last time Whataburger or popies got an order 100%. as in not in resent memory as in over the last 2 years and there just getting worse. so all in all i appreciated the guys behind the counter. And if I'm not mistaken the whole sailer goodman, or train whoever rights policy not the guys behind the counter.

Always prompt, friendly and helpful. When we started our HVAC company, our inital interactions here were a bit "dry", however now our experiences are great. The new store manager and staff are extremely helpful ! Thumbs up !

Joel and the crew at Stuebner have always gone above and beyond to ensure our orders are processed in a timely, accurate manner. Our salesman Frank Silesky responds to our requests with a sense of urgency that shows he’s as committed to our success as his own. We appreciate his and all of the Century teams efforts.

Wow! How refreshing it was to get the supplies and advise I needed to do a small duct adjustment in my home. Joel is an outstanding customer service provider. Way to go Century Supply for having such a great guy in North Houston

The best AC supply in Houston! Carlos the manager is amazing. He will help you with anything and get you in and out fast. As a matter of fact all the staff are friendly and helpful. I will continue to use them as my main supplier.

Always prompt, friendly and helpful. The new store manager (and counter staff) have personally assisted us with difficult part identifications, and have reminded us to grab items that are sometimes overlooked (saving us the second trip). Glad to call this branch "Our Store" !

Believe the reviews, customer service was subpar to say the least. I waited patiently to even be acknowledged, then when finally someone Decided to stop telling a work story to their coworker and acknowledge me, Began attempting to fill my order before realizing they did not have a cylinder for me and would not accept my cylinder. To put shortly a waste of time.

Keep in mind when driving by this business it does have a store front with actual doors to walk in to and walk around freely and shop. When asking for assistance for a part I was looking for a white male said he could not sell to me after leaving, I gave it deep thought and while I understand that this maybe for contractors no where did I see that posted, I think what drove me to write this review is he seemed to have great pleasure in telling me he couldn't sell to me communication seem very poor and just that guy that has that chip on his shoulder. I didn't make a big deal about it not worth raising my blood pressure and ruining my day. I am hoping to make others aware and not wasting your time here. I would definitely stay away from this business.

Had a ac question before buying a condenser. Guy sent me over to technical support. Tech support says they can't help me since I'm not a contractor. Thanks for the help!

Guy was rude, as soon as I walked in he make me move my truck because I was blocking one extra parking spot due to having my work trailer. He wanted me to park down the shopping center and walk. Note there was not even one car parked in the parking lot. Honestly I rather move my business if that’s the type of people they have at that location.

Mr. Efrain went above and beyond to help me with my ac supply needs. He is extremely professional courteous. I give him 10/10 in customer service. Thank you!

If your looking for a fast, friendly and an experienced A/C company, shop around no more!!! Our A/C stop cooling, I guess you could say at the right time..just before the Summer temps arrive!! I called ACE and a technician was at my residence in about an hour. When talking with Nick, my tech, he explained everything in detail that needed to be done. Nick was very clear, experienced and most of all didn't try to sell me a new house!! Nick had our system up an running with precision in a timely manner. Thank you ACE and an even greater thanks to Nick!!

Bought a/c unit from them and was never told to register it and they didn't register it. So I only got 5yr. Warranty instead of 10yr. Warranty and it cost me $1430.00 !!!!! THANKS to SNYDER'S and now they don't want to answer my calls!!!

Tallahassee Heating & Air Conditioning impressed us with reliability.

They installed an HVAC system in my new home. The work was done professionally, quickly and at a very competitive price. I have dealt with a lot of air conditioning companies in Tallahassee and they are my favorite. Can't got wrong with them.

AVOID WORKING WITH SNYDER'S AIR CONDITIONING! We just built a new house, and our builder contracted with Snyder's to do our air conditioning installation. Long story short is months after Snyder's installed two units for our 4500 sq ft home, we became frustrated that the house never fully cooled or heated properly, so we looked directly at the specifications on the units. It turns out that Snyder's installed cheaper models of both units (14 SEER instead of 16 SEER) without informing us of the change or charging us less for our air conditioning. The other issue is that the downstairs A/C unit is 4 tons whereas the upstairs unit is only 3.5 tonnes, despite the fact that both floors have the same square footage. The upstairs unit runs nearly all of the time in the summer. We had an independent company come out to the house to evaluate the system and they suggested that the upstairs unit be replaced with a 4 ton system, but that the ducts are only compatible with up to a 3.5 ton system.
Since we realized this discrepancy we have tried repeatedly to meet with the manager David himself to resolve the issue. Instead he has sent his less informed employees over to try to smooth things over and convince us that you "make up the difference in SEER levels in the coils" and other such nonsense (FYI the coils only add 1.5 SEER so we are still only at 15.5 SEER total). We have also requested multiple times that Snyder provide documentation of exactly what our builder (who is now deceased) requested from him in terms of air conditioning units, but Snyder's refuses to provide the documentation. We discovered the problem with these units in December 2018. It is now March 2018 and we have gotten precisely nowhere with respect to solving the problem. Our next step will likely be to go to Snyder's office and refuse to leave until David gives us a personal meeting to explain himself. One additional note: our builder was diagnosed with terminal cancer shortly after beginning our project. As the news of his illness spread, one subcontractor after another began to take advantage of his condition and inability to monitor our project carefully to provide shoddy workmanship or substandard materials, including subcontractors who had a long-standing cooperative relationship with the builder over multiple decades. It is shameful that Snyder's is apparently one of these unscrupulous companies.
