I chose another supplier other than Kirkwood in September. Here it is December and they still have not picked up their tanks or paid me for the propane that I've already paid for that still is in those tanks. I had not had any problems with them until last year when I asked them to come in make a delivery they gave me a hard time and would not commit to delivering it on a certain date. Then this fall when I asked for a quote for propane it was $0.50 more than another supplier per gallon. This was after I've been a customer for years.

Service tech arrived less than 2 hours after I called, had the proper parts in the truck, and had our heat back on very quickly.

Cory and Jeff are just outstanding!! I have dealt with them for years. Jeff was actually one of the original techs who installed my furnace. I hope he never leaves!! Thank you so much you 2!

David F was here earlier to service my furnace. He was very professional and explained everything to me. He welcomed my questions and was friendly. David is an asset to your company.

I am not sure what Kirkwood Energy product you believe I am using. I did have my furnace "tuned-up" (routine service) today but have no idea what product(s) the tech may have used, as filters were already changed. To my knowledge he simply checked and cleaned.

I had no heat, Mohammed arrived at 10 aclock at night. didn't have part on truck, went out his way to go find the part I needed to get heat. Thank you so much mohammed!

Don't even deserve a star. I have always liked this company, the price for their propane always seemed reasonable. Now, I am very leery of them....I was having my annual furnace inspection in October 2023 and the technician, Alex, notified my that I was in need of a new furnace due to a crack. The price was quite higher than I expected (about what it would be for a furnace/ac unit - which I didn't get) when I questioned it I was basically blown off that prices Iooked up online weren't correct for the model installed. Ok, so we got what they recommended and waited for a detailed bill stating how much everything was (furnace, parts & labor). As of January 20, 2024, I have only gotten an invoice stating how much I paid them, not a detailed, broken-down bill. I have repeatedly asked and nothing. I am now looking into reporting them for questionable billing.

The technician Andres was knowledgeable, courteous and very helpful. Invited me to view and engage as he worked; tutoring me on the what, whys, dos & don'ts warnings as he cleaned, asessed...& well,...tuned up.

He was comfortable allowing me to watch & be in his workspace, & so made me feel comfortable learning, & trusting that he knew exactly what he was doing; & was willing &prepared to do it thoroughly & well. At the end he made sure to wait for things to settle in right, so that he could demonstrate with me that all was well; workable, and working properly. Even provided a few cleaning and safety tips with pamphlet.

Anna at the office was very nice, & the other 2 ladies i dealt with also. The were friendly &kept in contact with me, before & during my appt, ensuring that all was going well and even cordially requested to address any other concerns that i might have. All in all; even though arrival time was a bit off the schedule appt i had originally set....it ended up being well worth! the wait. And, left me feeling no longer concerned, but comfortable with my service; satisfied....and very happy.

Shawn was great and had my furnace running in no time. He also took the time to explain the issue. He didn't have the correct filter, but contacted another Technician to bring one today. Thank you for being so prompt.

They've become an absolute headache to deal with, would not recommend to anyone.

My experience with the technician Dan was very good! He was very personable and knowledgeable. He was able to show me how to take care of my radiators and he took the time to make myself and my dog feel comfortable. Very great experience, and highly recommend!!!

Andres was so very helpful today. He is respectful and extremely knowledgeable about our furnace and was able to troubleshoot and replace a broken thermostat. I have always had wonderful service from Kirkwood Energy over the last 35 years.

I switched my propane service from Superior to NOCO and right from the beginning NOCO was great. They are easy to get ahold of, easy to set up account with and are very professional. I’m looking forward to a long relationship with them. Very happy with my choice after being a 30yr customer with the other company. It’s a family owned business that treats you with respect which is all I ask for.

The man, the myth, the legend - Alex Hinkley came and literally fixed all the problems within a couple hours. I have lived in my house for five years and I have had atleast 4 other companies come in, look, and "fix" my boiler system and within months its not working agian. ALEX DID IT!!! Alex was kind, knowledgeable, and actually did it. Ales answered all questions and even did more than he had too! Alex went above and beyond and I cannot say enough good things about him and will be recommending him to everyone. NOCO is lucky to have him and I will be requesting him every year/emergency!!

Super helpful and reasonably priced. I went in not knowing exactly what I needed and left with exactly what I needed, some quality knowledge on how to go about the repair and a better understanding of my system over all. Job done. I'll be going back.

They took a potentially super stressful situation (my AC dying in summer) and made it totally manageable and easy.

They came to the condo I rent to assess the HVAC. After looking at it, they declared the fix would be expensive, and it needed to be replaced. They said they would get us a bid to replace it. In spite of a follow-up phone call from us, they never provided a bid. Just a bill for $100.00, for having done a grand total of nothing. What a waste. Little wonder this business is now permanently closed.

Great HVAC repair and professional technician.

It says they're out of business but there drivers are still out and about causing havoc everywhere. Aaron Harris cussed me out and accused me of doing repairs to his vehicle that I didn't do nor anyone else at my shop. He also lied on my google reviews saying that we did the work and he also lied about it taking us 3 weeks to do the work. It took HIM 3 weeks to show up! It's very clear he is driving extremely overweight down the canyon and riding the brakes the whole time because he doesn't know how to drive. Find better people to represent your company. Scamming people isn't a good reputation to have.

Highly recommend Salt Lake City Heating and Air Conditioning! Our AC broke suddenly, but they came out quickly and fixed everything. Polite and efficient technician. Great pricing. Couldn’t be happier with their service.
