Our heat went out the night before it snowed. Luckily we had enough heaters and a wood burning fire place to be able to decently keep the house warm. The following day I googled a heating and air company in Winston-Salem. We chose Aspire because of their google review! They did not disappoint. The very first person I spoke to on the phone was so friendly. He walked me through some steps to ensure it wasn’t something I could fix. He helped us to get our emergency heat going until they could come out as we could not even get the fan to kick on previous to speaking with him. The guy that came out to do the repair was equally as friendly and helpful! The prices are not bad. Wonderful company! Thank you Aspire!

Shopped for several quotes and Aspire stood out to us. They responded quickly and within two weeks of the first appointment we had a new AC and heat pump. They were very professional and polite. I look forward to continue to work with this company.

THIS IS NOT A REVIEW OF THE TECHNICIAN!!!! but is a review of the company and its pricing. My tech was great and very informative. However, I had Aspire out in a pinch because my house was 83 degrees and I have a 3 month old. Turns out the fan motor was bad (which i already suspected and noted that when i called)...tech put the quote into the system and it came back at $1100. I said absolutely not and started to do some research on my own. Long story short, $110 later and about 45 minutes of very simple work and I had the motor replaced on my own.

Unless your labor rate is around $1500/hr this is a complete rip off.

So our air hasn’t been working right for about a month. We gave Aspire Heating and Cooling a call last night about about 7:00pm, the guy who answered the call came right out to our house. He was there about an hour maybe hour n half. Well after about 30 mins our air was working and our house was cool again, the rest of the time he was thorough and diligent in making sure of what he did was our actual problem. I was very pleased with his knowledge and over all work he did. I would definitely recommend them oh and ask for Caleb Knight! Good guy and knows his stuff. Thank you Aspire

William was very knowledgeable and transparent throughout the whole process. The maintenance call turned into a service call and he didn't miss a beat. Had the new part installed and running same spot window. Would highly recommend William and Aspire services.

We came home to an 80* house after having another company here in the morning. The other company had been able to get the AC up and running but unfortunately didn't address the root cause of the problem.
We called Aspire at 6:30pm and their tech, Andrew, promptly returned our call. He was at our home by 8:30pm. He did a full diagnostic on the system and found the root cause to be the capacitor. He changed out the part and had us up and running in no time! He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and took time to explain some options to us. Our system is 23 years old so we asked if an appointment could be made for a follow up for information on upgrading.
We received a call the following morning from JC to schedule a consultation. So far, we have been completely pleases with the service and attention we have received and would highly recommend Aspire!

Jorge is the absolute BEST!! He extremely knowledge in explaining things in a way that I can understand. He’s also very patient and extremely friendly. Jorge has service my AC unit twice and I’m overly impressed with the quality of service I have received with Aspire and people like Jorge are what makes Aspire so amazing!! I would never trust any other company to service my heating and cooling needs.

Robert and Sam did a complete maintenance on my heating and cooling system. These men were very professional and personal. They explained what they were going to do and checked with me before they fixed any issues. I got a good deal if I would become a member and would be eligible for two free future calls. I’m glad I engaged this business and feel confident for months without any issues.

Adam and Abel were extremely professional, while being very personable and easy to communicate with about what they were doing to my system. They cleaned out years of buildup yard waste from inside my outside unit and hosed it off to allow better drainage before Winter sets in. I highly recommend Aspire and this particular service to anyone else who has an older unit that may not have been properly maintained. Using Aspire, I don't need to worry about my heating and cooling, because they are diligent in reminding me when it's time to service my unit. I recommend every six months.

As a new customer I was impressed at how quickly they were able to respond. Rob did an excellent job of diagnosing the problem and fixing it to my complete satisfaction. Everything was done in a very professional and transparent manner with detailed explanations of everything that was being done. I will definitely use Aspire in the future.

We have used Aspire for 2-3 years. They are absolutely the BEST! They are always on time, professional, take the time to explain everything and make sure you understand! I will be recommending them! If I could give more then 5 stars I would!! We have had Rob, Hawk, and Zack all out at our house and they have all been awesome! We just had our unit replaced and they were clean and professional and explained everything!!

Aspire HVAC does a great job with installation and repairs. Their team is friendly and efficient, making the process easy. They offer fair pricing and really care about their customers. Highly recommend!

Abel and Will were excellent. They came in and did the install quickly and correctly. They answered my questions and made sure I was happy with the end product. While no one wants to have to get a new system, Aspire made the process easy and these two made the install pain free while they were here.

Great customer service from the phone dispatcher to technicians. They keep you updated as to when to expect someone to be at your house.
The technicians are very professional and courteous. Rob provided great service and advice and presented options on our repairs. Our service required 2 follow up visits. Each time we were given the same professional treatment. Aspire was very fair with service fees when multiple visits were required.
We would recommend Aspire.

My instal was great. I have very young children and a dog. The guys did a great job installing while dealing with a dog trying to get out every other time they needed to come in, bad weather and kids running around. They genuinely did a great job being efficient will still communicating with the family. They even got my dog down and brought her home when I had to leave and she got out so my mother in law could stay with my baby.
Cordell, Ethan and Chris were wonderful and the service manager Andrew came out immediately to help with any issues so they could get things done on time! These guys work.

I’ve been using Aspire since 2018 and have been on their maintenance plan since 2019 and I really like them! I’ve had everything from ordinary maintenance visits to weekend emergencies, easy maintenance to crazy weird problems, quick fixes to major replacements… you get the idea. Lots of varied experiences… They’ve always been excellent.

The technicians give really detailed physical reports, often photos now. Some visits I ask TONS of questions (sometimes obnoxiously detailed) and they’re always happy to walk me through stuff and call management to get me extra info if I need it. What I’m especially grateful for is the technicians ability to walk me through all my various options (rather than try to convince me I NEED some pricy add-on like other companies have). So although they always offer additional services (with the costs listed ahead of time!), I’ve never felt pressured to buy anything. Importantly, if I ask more then they talk me through the functional AND financial pros and cons of each decision, and make sure I know I don’t have to make decisions immediately. Even the newer technicians have done a good job of this.

Additionally. all the technicians have been awesome - kind, friendly, ‘chill’, funny… I developed a pretty good relationship with two technicians that I saw OFTEN with my original menace of an HVAC system and I trusted them immensely. Now that it’s been a few years and I have a new unit that doesn’t have a slew of issues, I have far fewer visits and I’ve met a lot of other technicians. Even though I don’t know them nearly as well, I’ve liked every one of them insofar and they’ve earned my continued trust. (My dog Otto also LOVES them!)

My new HVAC system from them has been an absolute dream and it’s been going strong for a few years now. I’m eternally grateful that I no longer have to army-crawl through mud and spiders every time there’s a thunderstorm to flip the GFCI a previous group installed UNDER my house.

The only complaints I can think of is that my maintenance visits don’t always include checking on the water heater (maybe it just doesn’t need as frequent work?) and that scheduling the maintenance visits can be difficult with my work schedule (emergency visits were easy though!). But really, that’s all fine. If it ever became a legitimate concern I’d feel comfortable calling them up to ask them about it. So personally, I HIGHLY recommend Aspire and its maintenance plan.

And if someone from the company is reading this: definitely give all the technicians that have ever done work on my place a raise or promotion or something. They’re awesome.

The employee from Aspire was extremely professional and informative. He gave honest and unbiased feedback about my options and helped me and my family get our house cool again within a couple of hours. The quality of his work was excellent and thorough. I’m very pleased with my experience.

The Customer Service Rep was very friendly & eager to assist me. They all responded in a quickly timely manner. Sam, the tech, was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He worked diligently & ensured he exhausted all possibilities and scenarios before providing me with alternatives and the best solution possible concerning my AC situation. He made sure he wore protective gear over his shoes & left the work area very clean. I highly recommend Sam & the Aspire team for all your AC needs.

Ms. ShaKarra Thomas is a wonderful and knowledgeable technician. She arrived on time and explained everything she was doing. I appreciate her patience and understanding of all my concerns about my unit. She’s a warm and very respectful young woman who shows compassion and respect for her clients. She has a smile and attitude that will definitely light up any room she walks into. I was kind of skeptical at first but she immediately made me feel at ease. I think she is a great asset to Aspire and she comes highly recommended by myself. Thank you Ms. Thomas and Aspire for always being there for me and my family. Josh and Amanda were great! Very personable, knowledgeable, and willing to work around our busy schedules for the install. They were recommended by a friend and after meeting them I can understand why.

Where do I begin!!! First of all the Aspire team showed up on time, and did an awesome job!! They were very friendly and professional. Our new AC/furnace is fantastic and the crew stayed and completed the installation in one day. Once the job was done, they took the time to take us on a tour of our new system and explained all the details. I have been bragging about the excellent service to all my friends and family and my sister was so excited about our experience, that she is getting a free in home consultation.
