Our experience has been horrible.

It started off well and the Electricians are nice people however, management makes them come on their times only and not the time agreed or stated. Several weeks would go by because they had bigger projects to work on and they told us they were busy and wouldn't even get something on the calendar for us....?

We finally got something on the calendar to finish off our work....the job finally got completed....We had work done to our home to update our electricity to a new breaker box.

A few weeks later we switched a couple switches to off and they wouldn't turn back on....one of these switches controlled our Thermostat in the middle of 28 degree weather....our home is an ice box.... I called early in the morning and the answer I got was we don't know when we can get someone out....we'll try ASAP once their current jobs are completed. No expected lead time....nothing.....

The service is absolutely nuts...

They put in a new outlet in my 1950s bathroom on a wallpapered wall - it was so neat and tidy you could not tell the wall had been opened up. They also ran a 220 circuit up to that bathroom using the existing conduit. It took them all day but it was perfect.

They are really professional. I need to change the electrical panel and my friend recommended Mike. He came to my house and inspected and told me there is no need to upgrade to the more expensive 200 A panel since there are not many high power equipment. Later to convince the village that there is no need to upgrade, he came again to take photos. The quote he gave me is also very reasonable. And during the day when his staff came to work, Mike also came later to inspect and answer any questions I had. So I really appreciate their service. Both Mike and his staff are really good. The only concern would be that they don't have many people, and might have a lot of work load, so it might take some time to arrange the work date.

Tom and Oliver showed up exactly on time and helped us walk through the whole home to label our panels and talk through future plans. Originally, I thought we'd just be getting an estimate, but they came prepared with supplies and were able to update three outlets to GFCI and replace a very old exterior outlet cover. They were so friendly to chat with while they worked, efficient, and reasonably priced - we'll gladly call on them again for our future projects and will recommend them to others!

Guys arrived right on time and promptly repaired three nonworking outlet pairs...and identified a fourth that, contrary to my own belief, *was* functional but only needed to be properly reset; in retrospect, it seems that I'd misattributed a problem caused by a radio's faulty adapter and/or adapter port to the outlet pair itself.

Great work which, thanks to their efficiency, was done for a very reasonable charge.

Quality, thoughtful work at a good price. My two upstairs bedrooms did not have power. Hormis was able to fix my problem in a timely manner and provided good guidance. Solid work and knowledgeable.

Hey Electric has done a significant amount of work for me the last few weeks. Mike the Supervisor came to my facility to review my needs quickly and he knows what he’s doing. Mike and his electrician Brandon are both very responsive and have impressed me with the quality of their work. I needed a significant amount of new lights and instead of recommending new fixtures they modified existing fixtures with new high efficiency LED lights that use literally a small fraction of the electricity but have significantly more light output. Yesterday I expanded the scope of my project substantially because I see them as true professionals.

Hormis is a very knowledgeable and honest person. It is difficult to find a licensed and bonded electrician for the price. I have had multiple estimates from different companies not even being close to reasonable. Trustworthy, high quality of work, I would give him 6 stars if I could.
