Peak Property Electric, LLC and owner Johnny Pop provided outstanding service from start to finish. I reached out through their contact form on a Sunday, and to my surprise Johnny called me back within minutes. That level of responsiveness immediately stood out.

I needed to upgrade my electrical service from 100 amps to 200 amps. We initially scheduled an in-person estimate, but when I had a last-minute work conflict and had to cancel, Johnny was extremely flexible. He told me to send photos of my exterior meter and interior panel, and within about 30 minutes he was able to review everything and provide a clear estimate. We agreed on the price, and he scheduled the work for the very next day.

On the day of service, Johnny’s crew, Cesar and Gio, arrived right on time at 8:00 AM on the dot, coming all the way to Chicago from Skokie. They were professional, courteous, and clearly knew what they were doing. The 200-amp service upgrade was completed within the promised time window, and the quality of the work was excellent.

What impressed me even more was that Cesar and Gio also fixed my backyard door and troubleshot my garage issue to get it working again without any additional upcharge. That kind of extra care and customer service is hard to find.

Johnny was prompt, professional, flexible, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. My wife and I are both very happy with the service and the finished job. I highly recommend Peak Property Electric for any electrical service needs.

Amazing experience. I remodeled my home and added a ton of new recess lights, car chargers, generators, etc… previous service of 200amps couldn’t handle it but I called Ruben from peak property electric and they upgraded it to 400amps. Everything worked out amazing after. Highly recommend!!!!

I can't say enough about these guys. Rewired and installed brand new hydronic electric baseboard heaters with smart thermostats throughout the entire condo. Every time I have them out, they fix my issue and a couple more from the previous owner. Pricing is more than reasonable. I highly recommend them for any electrical work!!! A++++
