Couldn't say enough good things about this company. Our blower motor went out overnight (when it was 10 degrees). They were at our house within a couple hours, had it fixed in about 45 minutes, and were less than half the price of what other companies quoted. Very friendly, clean, upfront, knowledgeable, and fair. Will definitely call these guys again if we ever need it, (hopefully we don't)

Also, they're super professional, timely, and do amazing quality work. They ripped out our entire system and replaced it with brand new shiney equipment in one day, fixing issues we didn't even know we had.

Charlie Smitson did a great job on my new HVAC. It is my second home in Lexington and the second time I called on him. He takes great care in installation and working with his customer.

Charlie is a breath of fresh air. Good pricing and fast service. His crew was also great to work with. We are in the midst of our first flip and have run into some dishonest contractors to put it lightly; not the case at all with Charlie.

These guys are the greatest! My air conditioning stopped working on Monday evening. I contacted them and they were out the very next day. They were very professional and polite. And not only did they fix the problem, they took the time to explain it. I’ve used them one other time at another home and they will always have my business. Very knowledgeable and very fair prices. Can’t say enough good stuff about them.

The best people that I have talked to in this industry so far. I know and have experienced the hard way how technicians and their companies lie to you or upsell at your cost. Finally got Charlie to come over for a third opinion to inspect a my HVAC unit which quit working this winter. While the verdict so far had been to replace the unit from a few of the popular companies, he inspected the unit and found the faulty part in no time. Replaced the part and the unit was up and running. I had to go through the struggle of having no heat for sometime, as I resisted the urge of replacing an old unit, which I always felt was still mechanically sound and had some more life left in it. None of the popular companies' explanations sounded anywhere close to logical. Charlie and crew has been punctual, honest, reliable, trustworthy and very knowledgeable. They do their work at very competitive cost. Would highly recommend him and his crew for any HVAC repair, maintenance and installation. Thank you Charlie and team! It was good talking to you as well. I looked up HVAC services in my area to find great reviews about Smitson. I called and on the first call, it was answered by Charlie. I told Charlie about my heating problem and he offered to come the SAME day! Unfortunately, it was me that couldn’t make that day work so, he worked me in first thing the next morning. Charlie was right on time, professional, courteous, and found the problem within minutes. Charlie had parts with him and fixed it right away. With the service I received, I expected to pay big bucks! However, Charlie was VERY affordable and reasonable. I will use Charlie for all my future HVAC needs!

Charlie is a great guy! He came over after the heat went out, figured out the problem, got the part, and repaired in 24hours. He also serviced it and made sure that everything else looked good as well.
And I didn’t faint at the bill. I HIGHLY recommend him to everyone. He was easy to talk to, explained what he was doing and could answer all of my questions.

Mr. Charlie and his family was a Blessing to me and my family. I needed a. Air new system and my co- workers found out about the give away that Smitson was doing. They wrote in and told my story and I won one of the systems. I Thank God !!! Mr. Charlie himself the owner of the company came out and installed the unit. Everything was done in a timely manner and when I tell you I have slept so comfortable every night since January 22. I would MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!

Jeremy is excellent. He is efficient and gets the job done! He and Hunter worked hard and all day to put in a new heating and cooling system. When they left the only way you knew they were here is my home is very comfortable. I highly recommend.

I appreciate the HVAC professionals at Smithson Indoor Air. Our gas furnace went out late on a Thursday night and we called and left a message for Smithson. They called first thing Friday morning and arranged a service call to our home. Once it was determined a new furnace was our best option, Smithson’s owner went to Lexington to pick up the unit and promised us it would be installed that afternoon in order to make sure we had heat. Trevor came to my home and did a thorough check on ALL of my heating and cooling equipment inside and out. I had positive interactions with ALL of the employees that I dealt with.
