I had previously called another company about my AC having an issue. 3 separate times they came out and never fixed my problem yet I had to pay 2 out of the 3 times. I became fed up and called Smitson Indoor Air. Charlie shows up thunderstorm overhead and within minutes my unit was functioning as it should with no issues days later. Great service and knowledge of their profession. He brought all the proper equipment to get the job done the right way. I would highly recommend them before calling anyone else.

WOW!! I cannot say enough about Smitson Indoor Air, Charlie is awesome at what he does! We lost heat in our upstairs in 20 degree weather and he had it fixed within 30 mins and even corrected a problem with installation from another company!! Thank you so much!!! Would highly, highly recommend!!

I have nothing but great things to say about these guys. They are honest, thoughtful, hard working, and meticulous. Charlie Smitson is a true professional who cares about people whether they work for him or he's working for them. Nobody ever wants to have to call the HVAC guy, but in the event you do, Smitson is the company.

My house is almost 100 years old with an upstairs that was converted from the attic. The original Amana died at about 45 years old. Charlie came out himself to assess the situation and had a very reasonable bid within two days. He stayed on budget and completed the job immediately after the equipment became available. Within an hour after competition my wife and I enjoyed a cool house. The installation quality with the pads, wiring, piping, tape, and warranty show that this company cares and stands by their work.

Smitson to save the day! I had been without AC for 2 months (in the summer!) dealing with my Home Warranty's awful local contractor. Once I decided to move on from them, I called Smitson and they came out super quick (before I left for vacation) to give me a quote for a whole new system . Within a week of being back from vacation I had a whole new system up and running! The pricing was very competitive and Jason and the techs that came out to install were very professional and personable. I definitely recommend calling them for your HVAC needs.

From when I first called to the quote to the install, I have been impressed with the service I’ve received, especially the attention to detail all the way through. We’ve had issues with our A/C having low air flow upstairs and our air filter staying drenched. The company that installed the unit came out four different times and could not figure out the problem. I called Charlie who was able to troubleshoot the problem in about 5 minutes and saved me a small fortune. He’s been great to work with and is extremely responsive. I would definitely recommend him and he’ll be my go to HVAC guy from here on out.

Just wanted to say that this was the best and most affordable HVAC service that I have ever had to have done. Charlie was extremely professional, courteous and just a downright good individual to talk to and work with!

If I could give Smitson Indoor Air 10 stars I would! They are just wonderful! When our HVAC unit first went out, it was a weekend and Candis answered on the second ring and had Danny out to our house within a couple of hours and got us back up and running. Unfortunately, our issue was unable to be repaired and we had to have a whole system replacement. They gave us many options and price ranges as well as financing options. We decided to wait and pay cash and when I called Candis and told her we were ready to move forward, she had us scheduled for instal the following morning! The guys arrived promptly at the beginning of the arrival window I was given and were very professional and courteous while in our home. It was like having family over for the day that just happened to be fixing some stuff while they were here. I cannot say enough good things. Danny went out of his way on his own time to install a digital thermostat in our home while he was here to fix a major issue. In addition to excellent customer service, they are competitively priced and, in our experience, will repair whatever issues they can instead of just replacing parts/units in order to save the customer money.

This is an amazing company!!! We called Gene at 9:30 on a Saturday night when we discovered our AC unit was out. He was on his last call for the night. But said he would come as soon as he was finished. And he did!!! Owner of the company (Gene) comes out at 11pm and got our unit going again! Thanks so much!
