Great service from start to finish. Our sales person was extremely responsive and knowledgeable. The crew arrived on time and finished in less time than estimated. We had 4 trees removed and vista pruning. They did an awesome job and had no problem working with me on the branches I wanted removed. They cleaned up and left our driveway and yard as clean as possible. A truck arrived early the next day to remove the large logs. I will definitely call them when we are in need of more tree work.

Super professional with their huge crane managed to pull out 13 big trees and process them in only 3 hours. No loud chain saws, just occasional grinding of stems. Make sure to ask them to include clean up after stump removal, since that’s extra $. Price was affordable considering the amount of work.

Iron Tree was awesome to work with. Anthony was helpful in evaluating our trees and making recommendations. Price was reasonable given scope of work. Office staff was super communicative regarding scheduling. Actual tree and crane crew was efficient and careful to protect our property. All debris was removed.

dennis answered the phone twice ! thats a miracle these days ! no jokes intended. he set it up ,and he was a pleasure to deal with. tom showed up with the stump hauling truck,and he was very good.i new tom from his machine moving days. he was a hard worker then,and he is atill a hard worker now. great guy,you are lucky to have both of these guys. my final comment, whatever you pay these guys,its not enough ! thanks,good job

Hired Iron Tree to prune some trees covering a parking area. I mentioned to both the arborist and the crew that I only wanted to prune them to be able to park the cars without getting covered in bird poop. Only after they started cutting did they say they can't fully remove the branches covering the parking area without compromising the tree. The crew left without confirming I was happy with the work. 2 days later someone called me wanting to check if I was satisfied. I told them I wasn't and they said someone would call me back. No one did.

Update: 01/22/24 10:28 AM - I received a phone call from a representative of Iron Tree who told me that the owner would like me to call him before the sidewalk repair. Isn't this supposed to work the other way around? Why is a third party involved if the owner wants to talk to me? If you want to speak to me bad enough, call me. I told him I would not call the owner (that's the owner's job) and simply to fix the damage - I'm done. Dropped review to one star for horrible customer service.

On July 5th, 2023 I had Iron Tree remove several trees from my property. The work was done professionally and on time. However, in setting up for the tree work, their truck absolutely destroyed my sidewalk. I called their office and was set up with a date for a supervisor to come survey the damage. Unfortunately I forgot the gentleman’s name, but he admitted fault and said the crew should’ve put boards down and he would interface with the town about whether Iron Tree could repair the damage themselves or whether the town would do it and Iron Tree would reimburse them. That was last summer. Since then not a word. It’s still in pieces. It’s now January.

I also had Iron Tree remove several stumps. While the work was done well, there was no option to remove the grindings and I was left with a huge messy pile to deal with.

I had previous work done by Iron Tree and ran into issues there as well. The owner personally contacted me and made things right, much to his credit. In short, the owner cares very much and it shows, his employees not so much. As this is the FOURTH issue I’ve had with Iron Tree (previous work, sidewalk damage, damage not repaired as promised, leaving a huge mess) I will advise everyone I know to stay away. Dealing with this company is like pulling teeth. Do your homework before you choose them, as I will never recommend them to a single soul.

Iron tree has taken care of our property for years. This year, Dennis (our contact) said we had to remove 3 trees that they determined were a risk to the house. The crew showed up on time with everything they needed to get into tight positions for access to the trees in difficult spots. They finished up and left the place spotless, as always. Honestly, for the work they did the price was great. I highly recommend them.

I had Iron Tree come today to cut my Maple tree in my backyard because it was dead & I also had them prune my two trees in the front yard. They did an excellent job! If you ever need anything done I recommend Iron Tree! I’d give them more stars but only 5 is available! 👍👍

Iron Tree Service did great work. had 3 trees at the back of my small 0.75 acre lot that they had to crane the trees over my house to get them out. they did a great precision job.

BEST "CUSTOMER SERVICE"
In these times when businesses employ an online "robo chat box" as their "customer service" (that has no idea what you are talking about), it's a joy to actually talk with a home office person, & correspond with the same person via e-mail & phone, & talk directly during a second visit by field rep....in order to promptly resolve any detail of a job. This customer noted after a completed job that a tree he thought was in the assignment was left standing. This customer took partial blame for not being fully specific & not pointing directly to one of the trees being included in the job. Instead he relied on word descriptions to specify the job. In the end, it was favorably resolved after a second on-site conversation. No hassle. No stiff-arm. Just smiles & pleasant conversation. THAT"S "CUSTOMER SERVICE".

Iron Tree did a great job removing two large dead pine trees posing a risk to our home. All that was left behind was a little bit of sawdust - complete removal of everything in 2 hours, arrived right on time and were extremely professional. Would not hesitate to use them again.

We’ve taken a lot of trees down over the last 5 years with separate companies. Iron tree by far was the easiest to work with. From the initial quote, to the day of, to the follow up these guys are top notch. Their price was the lowest for the work but their quality was the highest.

Initially a crew of 4 came with a million dollar crane, working for 4 1/2 hours, lifting trees up and over our home never touching the lawn. Each of the 3 teams (tree removal, trimming, stump removal) were punctual and thorough with safety a priority. We were especially appreciative the pride each team showed in their job.

Clean up was above and beyond including removal of debris that had been present previous to their arrival. We were also pleased with pricing which was fair considering the enormity of the job and the challenging tree removal. As well, their work complimented our varied landscape design.

Iron Tree removed three trees for us. We were very happy with their work! The price was reasonable, they were here when they said they would be, the guys were great and they did a great clean up when they finished.

I hired Iron Tree to remove 10large trees from an area behind my home that were in bad shape and dangerously leaning over my home. The logistics of getting the large equipment close enough to do the work were very tricky with a yard containing septic tanks, and close proximity to buildings. Iron Tree walked me through all the obstacles and what precautions they would do to protect my property. I am happy to say all ten trees were removed and not one scratch or dimple was made to my yard or buildings. I was treated very courteously and will have then do any and all future tree work I may need.
