My parents had a tree that was needed to be removed because it was home to pests (very sad to see it go!). My neighbor had used Iron Tree to remove his trees a few months prior and I happened to have the phone number and website on hand when I visited my parents. Looking to assist my parents in removing the tree, I contacted Iron Tree Service.

Austin came out to my parent's home within a day, explained the whole process, and sent me a proposal within a few hours. The scheduling team (Frank, Savannah, Abbey) were great - they answered my many, many questions and were even able to schedule me earlier than I expected! It was truly a great team effort on their part. The team is friendly, knowledgeable, and responded to my inquiries via email fairly quickly despite being so busy during the summer.

The Iron Tree crews were also the same and they took safety very seriously. The cleanup afterwards was also meticulous. Again, thank you to the Iron Tree team! As someone who has never been through a tree removal and stump grinding process before in their life, the team really helped a lot.

Every employee who I interacted with from Anthony, who assessed the scope and cost of needed tree service, to Savannah, who works in the office, to Brad, the crane operator, were all professional, knowledgeable and committed to doing a great job for their customers! Brad and his crew removed a massive tree in my yard in just a couple of hours. My yard was undisturbed by their tree service work! We had Iron Tree take down seven trees in our backyard, most large and tall. They were extremely professional. They showed up on time, were polite, finished the job by lunchtime and were exceedingly polite. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to have some trees removed. Iron Tree was excellent. Plowed and took down tree weeds with an expert bobcat operator, Dave. He was meticulous and worked the entire time here. We were thrilled with their work and Eric the sales manager was super friendly and reasonably priced for the job. Definitely recommend and will be using again.

Iron tree was a delight to deal with. They responded immediately to my email and followed up with a phone call and quickly came out to give an estimate. Any questions I had were promptly answered. The day of the tree removal was seamless. The crew came and within 2 1/2 hours two very large trees were taken down by use of a crane and taken over my house with no damage, no mess, no problem. The crew was very professional and respectful of my property. I would use iron tree again without any hesitation.

I cannot say enough about Iron Tree. Truely professional. From the beginning to the end. Cleaned up everything, and even helped a bit above and beyond for a request I had from my neighbor. They also came In the least expensive of all 3 quotes I got. The most expensive from Mayer tree came in over 2x Iron tree. These guys know what they are doing. They do it well. At 3:30 AM today we heard a loud crash and saw that a very large white pine had landed on our roof! At 5AM our condo assn. called in Iron Tree, by 7:30 they were here with crane, chipper etc. The men were exceptionally professional, careful removing the tree and all its branches, sweeping down the roof, removing anything damaged on the ground. Shortly after 12n a truck came to remove several large pieces of tree trunk that could not be put through the chipper. By the time it was over, you never would have believed anything had happened here at all! No brush was left lying around, the street and driveway swept clean. Your crew was amazing in performing their very precise work in very very cold and windy weather. This is a great company !

The Iron Tree team worked well together for 5-6 hours thinning and shaping our trees and removing one tree. We have a lot of obstacles that made it hard to use their equipment - the crane & the bucket machine.They kept at it until the bucket machine was in place. The arborist even had to climb a tree to enter the bucket machine and crawl across a beam to get out of it once the tree was removed. The team leader was cheerful and always available for my requests. I wanted to remove one leader. He advised against and he was right. They carefully followed our directions. There were no surprises. Clean up was complete. Thank you for a great job!!

I was referred to Iron tree by a family member, but have seen the green trucks around the north shore and have heard good things. I reached out to 3 tree companies for quotes to remove a partially broken pine tree that was being precariously supported by a neighboring tree in my backyard in Topsfield. I was very worried about it falling. One company was a no show, the other was a smaller company that was slightly cheaper but didn’t have a crane. The guy at this company wanted to climb this 90 foot tree but I thought it was too dangerous and wanted a company with a crane. I was also concerned that the guy at the smaller company didn’t have all the insurance and workers comp insurance that I knew Iron tree had. Ultimately I ended up going with Iron tree and the price was very reasonable. Also Iron tree helped me deal with my conservation department in getting the necessary permits. The crew we had was very good and fun to watch - really amazing to watch the crane operator and the “saw” guy dangling from the crane a hundred feet up. All my neighbors were watching in amazement with kids clapping once they were done. They are truly professionals and did a great job. Would highly recommend. It’s also nice knowing they have all the equipment and insurance that some of the smaller companies may or may not have.

Best in the business! Highly professional! We hired Iron Tree Services to remove 6 trees from our back yard. The initial quote was very reasonable compared to the others. The timeframe for the removal was pretty quick as well. The entire team was professional. Showed up bright and early for the removal and were done with the work well before dark. Very impressive. The tree trunks were removed the next day and didn't damage my lawn. Overall super satisfied. Will keep Iron Tree in mind for future tree work. Thanks again!

I called Ferris Tree and got a quick response to my request about taking down a tree that half of it, had fallen on the road. Dan responded quickly, at a very good price, removed it quickly, and did an excellent job, including clean up. I'm an insurance agent and would highly recommend them to a client in need.

Iron Tree did a terrific job removing several trees at our home on a very windy (and difficult) day. They showed up right on schedule and were done in a couple of hours. After they were done, they cleaned up and except for the trees being gone, there was no sign of them being here. When I called our sales rep, Dennis to see when the stump grinding would be done, he got it scheduled for the very next day since he knew we wanted to plant a new tree in place of one of the trees they removed and the weather was closing in. Great job, excellent communication and a very fair price. These guys are professionals all the way - I highly recommend them.

After a long, hard day of shoveling (we have very long walkways/ driveway) my boyfriend, friend, and I were exhausted. A plow driver from Irontree saw us and didn’t hesitate to help clear our cars out. He plowed the entire end of our driveway for us. I had a great experience working with Iron Tree from the initial estimate with Dennis, schedule coordination with the office to final project completion with Jessie and the crew. The on-site team executed a well-coordinated, efficient, and rather impressive process. I had several large trees removed all via crane and from start-to-finish was completed in a half-day. They returned promptly the following morning for log removal and final cleanup. I highly recommend Iron Tree for your next tree removal project.
