Probably the best customer service you could ask for when the cold snap hits and your heat is not working. They came late in the evening to help. They installed a new furnace 24 hours after we met the sales representative. Tech was outstanding too. Very personable and informed.

John came in at short notice, he fixed the AC in less than 1 hour and was very reasonable in charges. I was 100% sure this gentleman knew exactly what he was doing and was pleased with the visit. I will continue to use this company in the future.

Having my HVAC system checked out turned out to be a breeze The technician arrived just 15 minutes after the scheduled time which was a nice surprise He explained everything clearly making sure I understood what preventive maintenance entailed He was thorough efficient and left no mess behind My A C has never run smoother and I feel confident it’ll last through the warmer months without a hitch

Josh showed up on a snowy Sunday afternoon, called when he was on his way, wore shoe covers to keep the carpet clean when he entered the house was very honest and fixed the problem very quickly. Polite, honest and professional service.Will definitely use them again.

We have been using Joyce Heating & Air Inc. for a few years now and they always go above and beyond with their service. They also make a point to get out to any problems we may be having as soon as possible. Very reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

Three reschedules, and they just wouldn't show up.
I called Saturday for a blower fan issue. The representative on the phone scheduled me for the next morning (10a-1p), Sunday. That sounded quick, especially since I mentioned it wasn't really an emergency. But on Sunday morning, a representative from a different phone number called & said the appointment would need to be rescheduled to Monday (4-7p). After no call & no show at 7pm on Monday, I called & they didn't even give an excuse, just said they'd need to reschedule to Tuesday (8-11a). So I took a half day of vacation to wait for them Tuesday morning. After no call & no show on Tuesday, I called & asked for a refund of my $149 pre-pay for their 'Premium Home Service' plan. To their credit, the refund was pretty easy within in the 7-day refund period.

Having to reschedule on a Sunday? Understandable. A no-show for the reschedule? Not acceptable. A 2nd no show? Downright infuriating. Add to that no phone calls, texts, or emails to communicate they wouldn't be showing up, and I felt compelled to warn my neighbors about this lousy experience.
