I spoke with Josiah to set up furnace duct and vent cleaning for a townhome I recently purchased. He explained other services often done going into a new home, including A/C check and dryer vent cleaning, which I added. I was lucky to get an appointment in a few days as the crew was already in my area. Shawn and Tony called the day of the appointment and were running early. I wasn't, so had to postpone 30 minutes and they were ok with that. I met them at the door and they proceeded to do all the services quickly and efficiently, and explained things before and after. They removed their shoes without asking and were friendly and professional throughout. Items were very dirty and I appreciate they took away the old furnace filter and cleaned as best they could the dryer lint from outside. Great experience and prices for all services. Will definitely call them again in the future.

Homeplace offered inside dryer vent cleaning at a great group rate (thank you Rita for scheduling my appointment & answering my many questions with such knowledge & patience!) at the same time our HOA performed the scheduled cleaning of exterior primary dryer vent lines. Shawn & Tony were professional, personable & efficient. They answered my questions, explained what they were going to do and the final results. Great guys & great service! Thank you!

Jordan in the office was very helpful in getting the appointment set up and selecting what services would be best for my home. The technicians Trey and Marco were on time, friendly, and professional. They even got a bunch of gunk out of my dryer vent which I’m sure will increase the performance of my dryer cycles. Great job!

Our ducts needed cleaning after previous owners had not needed to do so for another year, but wanted a fresh start! The HOA for our location recommended this location and we gladly accepted. Marco & Trey were both kind, professional and thorough in their cleaning. They both answered any questions we had and maintained a pleasant attitude throughout the hour or so process. While earlier than we expected, it ended up being very beneficial as they were quick to get to work and we could start our day! Would recommend both of them to clean your vents! :)

Shawn & Tony came out on Thursday, 5/18/23 to clean our dryer vent from the dryer thru to the outside. They were prompt, answered any questions we had and they did an outstanding job. It turned out that the dryer and vent were very dirty and we could not believe how much they removed.

Homeplace Furnace and Duct Cleaning came out to clean the dryer ducts at our condo. There were quite a few ducts needing cleaning and unfortunately they missed ours by accident. But Tim came out, realized the mistake and quickly and efficiently cleaned out our dryer vent. Back to normal. I really appreciate how responsive they were and willing to own their own work. I had my ducts cleaned by these guys the other day. The tech made some other recommendations for me that made a lot of sense. He showed me what was wrong/dirty and explained why it would be smart to get it cleaned/fixed. He was super friendly and got the job done quickly. I ended up having an issue with my water heater panel - the knob was missing, so I wasn't able to start the unit. I contacted them and they hustled for 2 days to find a solution for me. They sent the tech back out to problem solve and when that didn't work, they called around until they could find me a replacement knob that worked. They stayed in contact with me the whole time and the owner himself came out to make sure the new knob worked. The service was outstanding. They earned a customer for life!

Received a group rate to have the inside portion of my dryer vent line cleaned while they were doing the outside in my townhome area. It was easy to make the appointment; associate was very friendly. Ethan showed up at the allotted time and very kindly and professionally explained what he was going to do and answered my questions. He completed the task in less than 5 min. and was on his merry way. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend the company.

My association hired them to clean the dryer vents and after they left mine sounded clogged and smelled burning. I call another company to come take a look and they found that the vent was never cleaned and was clogged. This was a very dangerous situation that they created. Don't hire unless your ok with a possible fire

Shawn and Tony were our techs. They were very knowledgeable and respectful of our home and us. They took their shoes off and kept us updated on everything they were doing. We had a different duct cleaning company previously and was hesitant about having it done again. The other company left our home dirty and dusty. Shawn and Tony were spotless in their techniques and didn’t up sell us anything we didn’t want. Such a great company to deal with. Thank you.

Tony and Shawn were very polite, professional, accommodating, and efficient. My house was a mess, but they found their way through and got everything done well. I would definitely use them again. In fact I will request for them, and also recommend them. I hope ‘Home Placement’ will retain these good workers and reward them appropriately…..because it really is these people who bring in/retain business!

When I scheduled, I requested a simple 5 minute heads up phone call since I’d be at work. They showed up at 9:30 without calling and then left. I’m quite disappointed in this miscommunication and when I called, they did not offer anything to correct the situation.

Update: Josh reached out within 24 hours and addressed the situation. He was very professional and made a solid effort to correct the miscommunication. Tim came out to do the job the very next day and was punctual and professional. I am very pleased with how both of these men corrected this simple mistake. Thank you very much for your service.

Micha did an excellent job cleaning out the dryer vents inside my house. He was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. The job was done quickly and competently for a fair and reasonable price. 0 complaints.

Homeplace was hired by my Townhouse HOA to clean the external dryer vents and also offered an internal cleaning for an extra fee. Since I recently bought this place it seemed like a good idea to do the full cleaning as I have no way of knowing the last time it was done. I missed them when they first came to my door by about 10 minutes. I called back and they were able to get back to my place within 15 minutes. Shawn and Tony arrived and they were very professional and courteous and immediately got to work and the vents were cleaned very quickly.

Highly recommend homeplace to everyone! I’m a renter so the homeowner paid but he did a great job cleanings my ducts and dryer! Explains the whole process up front. Two Thumbs Up!! Shawn was the person they sent out, he did great! Keep him around!

Anyways…Most importantly this goes out to specifically to one worker I had the pleasure of working with “Shawn” and the team at this place absolutely exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, their professionalism and expertise were evident.

Air Duct Cleaning: My home's air quality has dramatically improved. I didn't realize how much dust and debris was lurking in my ducts. Now, I'm breathing easier and my allergies have subsided.

HVAC System Maintenance: Shawn meticulously inspected and tuned up my system. It's running more efficiently, which I'm sure will translate to lower energy bills. He also provided valuable tips on how to maintain it between visits.

Ductless A/C Installation: The new unit is sleek and blends seamlessly with my decor. The installation was flawless, and Shawn took the time to explain how to operate the system. It's incredibly quiet and cools my home evenly.

Heating System Repair: My furnace was on its last legs. Shawn quickly diagnosed the problem and had it up and running again in no time. I'm so grateful I didn't have to go without heat during the winter.

Dryer Vent Cleaning: I had no idea how much lint had built up in my dryer vent. Shawn removed it all and explained the fire hazards associated with clogged vents. I feel much safer now.

Had my appointment for 8am-12. Micah showed up a little before 8 and was done with my dryer cleaning in no time. He was very friendly and professional. Would recommend this company and use again myself.
